The Presidential Election in the Republic of Senegal - a small French country of about 15 million people in the West African Sub-Region, was conducted on Sunday 24th February, 2019, and the incumbent, Mr. Macky Sall, (57), emerged re-elected for a second term of five years, with no gunshot fired, no act of thuggery reported, no ballot box snatched, no one hurt, no single death recorded nor any human blood shed anywhere across the nation!

According to reports, voting was calm, peaceful and international observer missions signalled no major security issues as he won with a clear margin of 58.27% of votes cast with his closest rival trailing behind at 21%! Mr. Sall who was first elected in 2012, was adjudged to be a moderniser who propelled the nations economy growth to more than 6% a year, a feat described as one of the highest rate in Africa and which endeared him to the Senegalese Electorate of more than 6.6 million people, with 66% turn-out, who cast their ballot to vote CONTINUITY!
In his first term, he was quick to focus on major people-friendly capital projects which enhanced the social life of all citizens. TWO popular opposition candidates,  among the seven short- listed, a former Mayor of Dakar, Khalifa Sall (not related to the President), and Mr. Karim Wade, the son of a former President, were unable to contest having been found guilty of CORRUPTION! Senegal had maintained stable democracy since independence and always recorded a history of peaceful elections!

NIGERIA'S 2019 POLITICAL MODEL!
Unlike SENEGAL, the Republic of Nigeria, a large country with an unofficial population of about 200 million people, the conduct of the Presidential Election was a complete opposite of the Senegalese outing! Nigerian registered voters was put at 87%, of which at least 50% of that figure should turn out to vote during the Presidential-National Assembly/Governorship-State Assemblies/Local Council polls at the Federal Capital Territory (FCT),
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), registered a total of an unwieldy 91 political parties out of which 78, presented presidential candidates, while 23,000 candidates were to vie for 1,558 seats across board!
Although, Senegal also registered over 80 political parties, only SEVEN presidential candidates vied for the number one position!
SHOULD THOSE INTIMIDATING STATISTICS PROVOKE VIOLENCE? According to unofficial figures, at least 39 lives were lost in election-related issues because some thugs, ballot box snatchers, and gunmen reportedly disturbed electoral processes in Rivers, Bayelsa, Kaduna, while some politicians alleged that the entire process was MILITARISED! Ballot papers were openly seized in some polling units and publicly  torched in the full glare of the electorate and global viewers while the sitting Governor of Rivers State and one of his Commissioners alleged threats to their lives and families by some soldiers!
In spite of all the electoral commotions, President Buhari was re-elected for a second term in office with a total of 15,191,847 votes as against his main opponent's figure of 11,262,978, although the loser, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar had already approached the Appeal Court to challenge the president's victory at the recently concluded polls which was postponed from 16th to 23rd February, 2019, due to logistics issues!

Like Mr. Sall, President Buhari was also endeared to the Nigerian electorate because his first term was dedicated to catering for the down-trodden who had been denied all dividends of democracy by past administrations, through execution of capital projects of national road networks, aggressive resuscitation of the ailing Power Sector to boost industrialization; financial support to Small and Medium Scale Industries, diversification to Agriculture and Solid Mineral exploration as new sources of internally generated revenues to support Crude Oil, which had been the nation's major foreign exchange earner product; Unconditional Monthly Cash Transfers to the poorest of the poor; Home grown School-feeding programme, University Graduates N-Power Employment Programme, which has absorbed over 500.000 applicants within a short period of three years; etc, etc. AND in spite of all of his achievements Buhari, in his 2019 New Year's broadcast before the elections, appealed to all citizens to ensure total peace adding that the exercise needed not be, "A-DO-OR-DIE-AFFAIR" but all of his entreaties fell on deaf ears because the Fifth Columnists who sponsored and perpetrated violence for selfish reasons did not factor God into the electoral process as canvassed by the President and so would face divine justice, if they escaped the long arms of the law on Earth!

AN EXCERPT FROM THE PRESIDENT'S ACCEPTANCE SPEECH!
"I am very sad at the grievous loss of lives during these elections. Security agencies will step up their efforts to protect voters in the forthcoming State elections," he added, but commended them that though they were overstretched, they were still able to secure the country in spite of the difficult task!

A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS BETWEEN THE TWO COUNTRIES!
Senegal was peaceful before, during and after the presidential elections but Nigeria was rather volatile throughout its outings - not excluding, Supplementary Elections of Saturday, 23rd March, 2019, conducted in 17 States of the Federation! The same rowdiness/unruly behaviour greeted the polling units in some States; especially, Kano's Nasarawa Local Government Area and also in Benue!  The conduct of elections should normally be peaceful if all stakeholders - especially if the voters had no ulterior motives other than to vote for candidates who offered superior ideas of good governance in their manifestos. Was Senegal peaceful at election because it was a small country and Nigeria was volatile because it was a large nation? NO! The size of a country should not be a yard stick for measuring the rate of crimes and criminalities committed in such clime, but the mien, civility, patriotism, socio-political indoctrination of the citizens and above all, individual character orientation/reformation! Has it not been globally established that all forms of insurgency, insurrection, civil disobedience, terrorism, etc, were always ignited by few people - a motley crowd?
Unstable minds needed just some promptings of wrong doctrines or warped ideologies to turn them into uncontrollable monsters within a very short period! The indoctrination of infamous terrorist groups of the ilk of Boko Haram, Al Qaeda, Hamas, Hisbola, Taliban, Islamic State terrorists (ISIS), etc, began in small cells by the master-minds through false religious indoctrination like Nigeria's Boko Haram, which had troubled the nation since 2009, until very recently when their ranks have been totally militarily devastated like never before, through the determination of President Buhari to end the recalcitrant war at all costs!

Senegal and Nigeria attained independence from France and Britain respectively in the year 1960; both countries derived their names from their major rivers, Senegal and Niger; they practice the presidential system of government but with a slight modification and insertion of a frugal parliamentary system by Senegal which ensures no wastages in administration by any tier! Also, the two Presidents ran for second terms in office and providentially won with clear margins! BUT that is where the similarities ended because while Senegal enjoyed peaceful elections, Nigeria's Security agencies are still struggling to maintain law and order across the nations following post election eruptions and violence and though  the Courts are inundated with over 640 post-primary litigations more are expected at the Tribunals as soon as all elections are concluded!

LESSONS TO LEARN FROM SENEGAL?
Senegal may be small in size, political clout or stature, it is crystal that the nation's economical viability has been largely responsible for the constant peace it has enjoyed in 58 years of independence. Nigeria's cluster of 36 States could individually borrow a leaf from the Senegalese success story by starting economic frugality through which Internally Generated Revenues (IGRs), could be regularly actualized to boost the living standards of the Workforce and by extension their entire citizens! FOR each State to achieve sufficient and regular IGRs, more hands would be employed , able-bodied youths would be taken off the streets and the labour market simultaneously and in the event of such synergy among the 36 States of the Federation, including the FCT, evil politicians would not have opportunity to employ them as THUGS during electioneering seasons!
ANOTHER lesson to learn: Political offices in Nigeria MUST, as a matter of urgency and priority, be tailored to conform with Parliamentary norms, even under a Presidential system, in order to reduce fund wastages and create a spirit of general inclusiveness in all citizens, since there would be more funds to cater for all social amenities: education, health, power, transportation, housing, security etc. To achieve this feat, the SENATE must be scrapped during this 2019-2023, CHANGE Administration, through a BRAND NEW CONSTITUTION OR A REFERENDUM, as may be desired and a 74-member House of Representatives to work on part-time was established to serve the people who have suffered enough hardship, torture, pain and death for too long!
SINCE MONETISATION OF POLITICAL OFFICES in Nigeria is largely responsible for the mad rush and crave which always resulted in the loss of precious lives during elections as is being witnessed currently, a DELIBERATE AND DETERMINED EFFORT MUST BE MUSTERED BY THE BUHARI CONTINUITY GOVERNMENT TO TERMINATE THE ILLEGAL UNCONSTITUTIONAL HUMONGUS SALARIES & ALLOWANCES BEING  PAID TO SENATORS, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE MEMBERS, GOVERNORS, STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY MEMBERS AND ALL POLITICAL APPOINTEES, AND ENSURE THAT CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS THROUGH REVENUE MOBILIZATION  ALLOCATION  AND FISCALCOMMISSION (RMFAC), IS STRICLY ADHERED TO!

SENATE CRIES WOLF OVER 2019 BUDGET THROUGH DEBT PROFILE ALARM!

IT IS BARELY TWO MONTHS to the expiration of the First Term of President Muhammadu Buhari and yet the Second Term Working Document (2019 Budget Appropriation), has not been placed on his table for assent and execution!
Senate legislators resumed plenary on Tuesday 12th March, 2019, following the end of general elections to discuss the general principles of the 2019, with a view to giving it accelerated attention in view of the time already lost, but expressed concern about the Executive's plan to borrow N1.6 trillion to finance part of the N9.12 trillion 2018 Budget and through proceeds of N210 billion from privatisation of some public enterprise which will also absorb part of the deficit!

Dino Melaye, publicity-conscious Senator representing Kogi West, was quick to caution the Federal Government not to borrow money to fund the 2018 Budget of Consolidation, while alleging that some Agencies were keeping UNUTILIZED FUND! He also claimed that there was an outstanding sum of overN 1.1 billion Stamp Duty that had not been remitted into the Federation Account and that Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), should pay the over N300 billion owed to the Federal Government to augment the budget deficit!

No Nigerian would be surprised that the legislators had delayed the passage of the 2019 budget for the umpteenth time because it is in their character to deliberately delay budgets with a view to perfecting their hidden agenda of padding, illegal insertions, re-writing, re-inventing, cutting allocations to CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURES and increasing their own allocations, with a view to making Budget execution very difficult to implement!

LEGISLATIVE DELAY OF PAST BUDGETS!
The 2016 CHANGE Budget submitted to NASS, on 22nd December 2015, and which suffered several delays due to padding, was eventually signed into law on 6th May, 2016; the 2017 Budget of Economic Recovery and Growth Strategy, was signed on JUNE 12, 2017, and the 2018 Consolidation Budget, which was submitted to the Joint Assembly on 7th November, 2017, was delayed for SEVEN MONTHS, and Presidential assent was reluctantly given on Wednesday 20th June 2018, in order not to further slow down the pace of the ERGPS which was put into execution to cushion the effects of the dying self-inflicted recession of three consecutive Quarters!

INTEGRITY CHANGE: From inception, the Change Administration of the All Progressives Congress (APC), introduced transparency in governance at all level of FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, beginning with the introduction of the Treasury Single Account (TSA), and also, the inclusiveness and general participation of all stakeholders in BUDGET PREPARATION!
With the TSA in place, it became very difficult and impossible for any agency of government to single-handedly dip its fingers into the Common Wealth, to withdraw one KOBO without genuine authorisation according to extant laws on financial regulations! The 2016 Appropriation Bill, tagged "Budget of Change", was the very first opportunity for the new administration to prepare its own estimates and assumptions through an Economic Management Team, which was masses-oriented to prioritize Capital Projects that would increase economic gains and benefit all sectors. It is common knowledge that the 2015 Budget, prepared by the failed administration of PDP, was SHAM that was virtually unimplementable for the following reasons:
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), left a virtually Empty Treasury which had been looted with impunity to forcibly entrench continuity of a very bad administration;
The USD $2.1 billion dollars, earmarked to purchase military hardware to pursue to a logical conclusion, the war against Boko Haram terrorism was diverted to fund ex-President Ebele Jonathan's inordinate ambition to contest for a THIRD TERM in office, in spite of the fact that he was not qualified!
Despite a threatening wave of Economic Recession which was noticed since 2013, Jonathan's Administration turn deaf ear to independent professional suggestions for total clamp down on Executive/Legislative financial wastages on dubious contracts/elephant projects which remained unexecuted until the advent of the Change mantra of President Muhammadu Buhari, from 29th May, 2015!
The Boko Haram terrorist had a field day from August 2009-May 2015, (six agonizing years for the downtrodden/defenceless masses) - especially in the North East States of Bornu, Yobe and Adamawa and were able to brazenly foist their Islamic Jihad flags in 17 Local Government Areas, under the watch of Ebele Jonathan!
HOWEVER, within the first 366 days of the new administration, President Buhari, was able to produce a people-friendly budget which doused to very large extent the threatening economic pressure and as the Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, was divinely favoured to dislodge all Boko Haram terrorists from those occupied territories, and to restore peace in the geo-political zone! Reproduced below are excerpts of the President's First Democracy Speech on 29th May, 2016.
" ln his First Democracy Speech on 29th May, 2016, President Buhari described the first 366 days of his administration as, “a year of triumph, consolidation, pains and achievements" adding that by age, instinct and experience, his preference was to look forward, to prepare for the challenges that lied ahead and rededicate the administration to the task of fixing Nigeria. "We affirm our belief in democracy as the form of government that best assures the active participation and actual benefit of the people despite the many years of hardship and disappointment, the people of this nation have proved inherently good, industrious, tolerant, patient and generous," he added. In addition to all of the above economic and security challenges, the Change Administration was able to produce a masses friendly budget which took into consideration their basic needs of life and ensured that for the first time in this new attempt at fiscal and productive democracy since 1999, capital projects received more allocation than recurrent expenditures!
The President further said: "We will invest in equipping our farmers with the right tools, technology and techniques. We will invest in empowering and enabling our miners to operate in a safe and humane environment. We will invest in training our youths through the revival of our technical and vocational institutions to ensure they were competent enough to seize the opportunities that will arise from this economic revival". The Minister of Finance also disclosed that the Nigerian economy was on track, and very strong adding that the Federal Government saved N6 billion naira monthly through prudent financial management of a cut down on Recurrent Expenditure, which was an effort towards an enabling fiscal discipline in the face of declining oil revenues adding that, "Buhari's government now spent N159 billion naira instead of N165 billion previously expended monthly, as recurrent expenditure. Also in a very re-assuring move towards diversification of the economy, the Minister of Agriculture also on Wednesday, 20th July, 2016, presented to the Federal Executive Council (FEC), a strategic document titled "GREEN ALTERNATIVE POLICY", which spelt out in details how Agriculture would again occupy the front position as the largest supplier of local food consumption and eventually an export foreign exchange earner for the nation within a period of one and a half year and beyond!
While we salute the courage of President Buhari and his management team, we make bold to suggest that the anti-corruption war should be intensified and remain the number one priority of the government of Change in order to recoup all stolen and looted funds, in order to increase savings of the Treasury Single Account (TSA). No looter of the treasury should be spared and stolen monies must be recovered to the last kobo or dime while we trust that the Judiciary would co-operate with the Executive as joint crusaders to dismantle the institutional impunity of corruption which had almost become a traditional way of life in the nation!

Government must pursue total blockade of food imports, including exotic items that consume and deplete the national foreign exchange reserves; encourage more exports of solid minerals and textiles to all foreign business partners especially CHINA as we revitalize the Industrial Sector through the Power and Energy Sectors. The small scale entrepreneurs who form the backbone of macro economic drive should be encouraged with feasible loans to keep oiling exportation incentives of government as the nation consolidates the gains of THE FIRST TERM from 29th May, 2019!

There is no cause for alarm in respect of Nigeria's debt portfolio which according to the Debt Management Office, hit N22. 43 trillion, in January, 2019! Of the total debt, the external component of both Federal and State Governments', including the Federal Capital Territory's debts stood at $21.59billion! Economic experts believe that was still within manageable index; and that debt management would not constitute an albatross once the MORATORIUM WINDOW & INTEREST RATIO was within the single digit bracket. The fact that the debts doubled within the three years of the APC ruling government has revealed that people-friendly CAPITAL projects - road/rail constructions, airports, waterways, diversification to agriculture and solid mineral exploration etc, were  credible investments that would recover the loans in due season!
There was no need for those who have derelicted in their so-called Oversight to cry wolf in order to cover up their tracks! The National Assembly Legislators should be closely monitored by all CITIZENS to ensure that there would not be able to add one kobo or inflate the 2019 Budget to suit their covetous appetite for illicit monies, especially when majority of the bad eggs among them would not be returning and would be DESPERATE TO COLLECT ILLEGAL SEVERANCE ALLOWANCES!

ALMAJIRI CHILDREN MUST NOT GO THE BOKO HARAM WAY!

TERRORISM was alien to Nigeria until a motley religious group in August 2009, introduced an unpopular/unacceptable/inciting Islamic doctrine, to the citizens of Maiduguri, Bornu State, nurtured and groomed little orphan and street beggar children whom they brainwashed through Almajiri Qu’ranic Schools over the years and introduced religious insurgency to the State Capital! Alhaji Ali Modu Sheriff, the first democratic and two-term Governor of Borno State, did not help matters because he was totally nonchalant to their plight!

Throughout his tenure, he neither encouraged the disadvantaged/helpless nomadic children to pursue educational nor vocational interests that would give them the opportunity to assess employment or to become employers of labour through soft/loans grants - instead, he doled out mint 5 naira notes to them on his way to the mosque on Fridays in the comfort and opulence of his air-conditioned open-roof Special Utility Vehicles (SUVs), and on other days dished out regular "tuwo shinkafa" (rice meal), for food to satiate their hunger around the premises of the State House, Maiduguri!

From 2009 till date the whole nation has been paying great price of Ali modu Sherrif's mal-administration because those neglected children have metamorphosed in the beastly Boko Haram terrorists which had virtually hurt all tribes and tongues across the length and breadth of our demographic entity!

ON-GOING INFLUX OF ALMAJIRI CHILDREN TO THE FCT AND NORTH CENTRAL STATES!
Nigerians are witnessing large influx of Almajiri children who should either be attending Arabic Qu'ranic Schools or the specially-designated institutions carved out for them during ex-President Ebele Jonathan's administration, into the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), in an unprecedented and embarrassing manner! Though, they seem harmless as they moved from one location to another with food plates soliciting for both food and cash, we should not lose sight of the fact that this trend has been with us for almost 20 years of this fresh attempt at Nigeria's nascent democracy!

POINTS TO NOTE:
These street children have PARENTS but are counted among the over 13 million out-of- school urchins that are roaming the streets of Nigeria;
Most of them have become JOBLESS ADULTS in the last 20 years and are willing tools for political thuggery, insurgency/terrorism, kidnappings, civil disobedience, etc,;
They could be easily recruited to foment trouble anywhere, and at anytime with the right supply of drugs, money, and dangerous weapons because they have no positive ambition in life!

REHABILITATION OF ALMAJIRI CHILREN IS A FOREMOST PRIORITY OF THE NEXT LEVEL!
The President and his management team MUST prioritize the urgent task of taking off the streets, the over 13 million out-of-school children - most-especially the ALMAJIRIS - who could turn out to be A TIME BOMB in limbo! While the government looks forward to the Legislators approval of the 2019 Budget estimates, a SPECIAL TASK FORCE  should be set up to round up these children from the streets, provide temporary homes for them and introduce them to positive vocations side-by-side with Qu'ranic/Formal Education which orientation will take their minds off crimes and criminalities.
Government should also without further delay provide employment opportunities for those who have attained constitutional age status, give them responsibilities to focus on national interests and nation building ideologies. Fifth columnist and enemies of the Nigerian State must be closely monitored and taken out of the system before they could feed wrong indoctrinations to the vulnerable children! It is most gratifying that Boko Haram has been technically/structurally degraded; therefore all hands must be on deck to ensure a total mop-up of the rag-tag remnants who are on the verge of extinction if they refused to surrender voluntarily!

FALUIRES OF THE POLITICAL CLASS STEMMED FROM MILITARY COUPS!
Until the Military made incursion into the political terrain on 15th January, 1966, the political class were still in the learning process of grappling with their new status of post-independence administrators through the process of trial and error! If perhaps the new leaders were left alone to democratize and practicalize the Constitution like in order climes that now boast of several years of uninterrupted administrative process/flawless elections, this 59-year-old Nigeria would have attained better "ratings" than the self-inflicted negative global indexes on our socio-economic and political life as being chorused by both our local and foreign neighbours!

Nigerian treasonable coupists were the first to label democratically elected politicians as VERY CORRUPT, INEPT, NEPOTIC, TRIBALISTS, BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT FOOLS, etc, but the 30 years of military aberration left the stable worse that they found it! Soldiers squandered the wealth of the nation, looted the treasury with treasonable greed from one coup to another, shared the common patrimony - foreign exchange earnings from CRUDE OIL - with their FRIENDS and rendered the masses worse off than they found them in 1966!

WHAT IS THE ECONOMIC WORTH OF AN AVERAGE NIGERIAN CITIZEN IN 2019, COMPARED TO WHAT IT WAS IN 1966 - 52 YEARS AGO!
In spite of the negative things which the military said, did or failed to do, post independent Nigeria before 1966 was far better economically because the THREE REGIONS and MID-WEST were buoyant in agricultural products which procured for them foreign exchange earnings through regular exportation. The fulfilment of social contracts with the citizens in the areas of employment, education, health, industries, manufacturing, exploration of natural mineral resources, like coal, zinc, tin and lead supported available funds which were channelled to meet local needs.

HAVE SOME THINGS CHANGED?
Luckily, Nigeria has for the very first time enjoyed 20 years of uninterrupted democratic governance - 1999 - 2019; and it is worth celebrating, especially when a RIGHTEOUS GOVERNMENT IS NOW IN PLACE! (Proverbs. 14:34).
Nigerians must agree with us that ALL RATINGS of the nation (economic, political, education, health, security, etc,), should now be determined by NIGERIAN COMPATRIOTS who believe in international best standards and erase once and for all, the unfounded military connotation - which labelled the country’s democratic administrators as “very corrupt” at inception, to prove their unrighteous assertion!

2019 GENERAL ELECTIONS - ROUND TWO!
Nigerians again trooped out on Saturday 9th March,2019 to vote in about 120,000 polling units in 29 States for Governors/Deputies, House of Assembly Members and Chairmen/Councillors in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), who would be expected to discharge diligent socio-economic/political duties to the citizens for a period of four and three years respectively.
From available statistics, the ruling APC Government has been able to keep its head high in spite of the many traitors and back-stabbers who infiltrated its rank and file through unholy primaries premised on selfishness, egotism, pride, haughtiness, insubordination, resistance to Party supremacy, etc,
In the 20 years of the new democratic order, the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been the only party that has faithfully endeared itself to the down-trodden as truly nationalistic, caring and determined to always put the interest of the people FIRST - through absolute transparency in government!
No wonder the people have their support for CONTINUITY and with the impressive results in the just-concluded elections, all hands must be on deck to build a new, prosperous, egalitarian and an economically-viable Nigeria of our collective dreams from now into 2020 and beyond!

BUHARI 'S GOVERNMENT IS REEKING OF MOLES WHO MUST BE FLUSHED OUT NOW!

A MOLE in any organisation especially in government institutions is an enemy within; a very dangerous entity without scruples, a person who aligns with his/her organisation's competitors to reveal, top secret/blue prints or delicate intelligence information to betray their oath of allegiance for personal profits, a person without qualms, good character, integrity an internal spy or espionage with a clandestine attitude! Six months before the last presidential/National Assembly elections which eventually took place on Saturday 23rd February, 2019, the following conversation took place between six commuters on an inter-state journey between the north and southern parts of Nigeria:
Male voice:  This year's flood has been very devastating considering the high figures of causalities across board.
Female voice: It's all the fault of Buhari's government, which could not provide jobs and houses for the masses.
Another male's voice: Why should you blame the president for every social or political challenge that are bound to occur, even through acts of nature on a diligent and righteous leader like Buhari who is working round the clock to fix all the derelictions of past administrations?
Voice of a uniformed and armed policeman in adulterated English: Which one be your own Buhari pikin? See, this election wey de come next year so, Atiku go floor the old man wey no know him left from him right! You wan bet? Give me your phone number make i for yeye you when Atiku go don win! The only positive voice among the six passengers kept quiet and allowed the others to castigate Buhari and his government in a free-for-all and unrestrained cacophony of costly jokes, reckless accusations, unsubstantiated accusations, libellous statements etc, but was emphatic that because the President was able to restore hope to the talakawas and was very prudent in the management of the very scarce resources of the nation through the introduction of the Treasury Single Account (TSA), which major thrust was on CAPITAL PROJECTS, and most importantly because he was the prophetic anointed servant who would rule for two terms, he would be re-elected!
Voice of the armed policeman again: I beggy, that one no go ever happen, no be we they govment? We know how e de happen!
The elections have come and gone! President Buhari was highly favoured according to the LONE VOICE among the agents of darkness whose only mission for existence was the love of money and would reap from any source of illicit associations! Although they have all been put to shame, that armed policeman who was the only government employee among the commuters on that journey is still earning his salaries from the talakawas sweat without any allegiance to the Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces! HE IS ONE OF THE MANY MOLES IN BUHARI'S GOVERNMENT SINCE HIS ASSUMPTION OF OFFICE IN 29TH MAY, 2015!
President Buhari and his intelligence team were fully aware of the existence of these elements but had to be very diplomatic in not "throwing away the baby with the dirty birth water"! These MOLES were everywhere! Within the APC Hierarchy, the Kitchen Cabinet, the Management Team, the Intelligence - gathering outfits, the  mushroom Para-military outfits, the government-owned Security Forces, uniformed and un-uniformed, the Armed Forces and the POLICE, the CIVIL SERVANTS, even Buhari's CLOSEST ALLIES from the TRENCHES!

THE NEXT LEVEL AGENDA!
When the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), adopted the acronym, "NEXT LEVEL", the Party succintingly introduced an agenda of CONTINUITY, through the CONSOLIDATION of current socio-political achievements which MUST neither be disrupted nor compromised in its guided course of progression which had touched the grassroots within such a short period of only THREE-AND-A-HALF-YEARS! It is gratifying to note that the people are in consonance with President Buhari's style of governance which was well-organised, very poised and delivered at SET PERIODS for all and sundry to EVALUATE and to VOTE their conscience at the elections which were just decided in his favour!

AT THIS NEXT LEVEL: APC SHOULD NOT BE DISTRACTED BY THE RANTINGS OF THE LOSERS!
Alhaji Atiku Abubakar MUST be allowed to go to COURTS to spend the remaining dollars which he extorted from sweat and blood of the TALAKAWAS through the various stages of litigations that are not strange to LAWYERS whose harvest period was always RIPE at ELECTION TRIBUNALS. They also deserve to RIP HIM OFF JUST LIKE THE UNSCRUPULOUS POLITICIANS!
INTENSIFICATION OF THE THREE CARDINAL OBJECTIVES OF APC - ADEQUATE SECURITY, WAR AGAINST CORRUPTION AT ALL LEVELS, AND UPGRADING OF THE ECONOMY - AGRICULTURE, NATURAL MINERAL RESOURCES, MORE OF INTERNALLY-GENERATED INCOME - THROUGH THE MANUFACTURING, TOURISM, FILM AND ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRIES! ETC .SENATE MUST BE SCRAPPED THROUGH A REFERRENDUM! CAPITALIST WASTAGES IN GOVERNMENT MUST GIVE WAY TO FRUGAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM FROM 2023!

THE YOUTHS MUST BE ENCOURAGED TO TAKE OVER MANTLE OF LEADERSHIP AT THIS NEXT LEVEL!
Since Youth restiveness had been the bane of every military or democratic administration in Nigeria since Independence in 1960, Buhari should make serious efforts to encourage them through gainful employments, at all levels of their educational qualifications! Those who snatched ballot boxes, burnt ballot papers, attacked polling booths as THUGS, employed the use of dangerous weapons against defenceless civilian population, were all YOUTHS who control over 50% of the population! We believe that the NEXT LEVEL should incorporate them positively through lucrative employments in both CIVIL AND PRIVATE ENTERPRISES!
Civil responsibility awareness, CIVIC DUTIES & VOTER EDUCATION as EDUCATIONAL CURRICULLUM must be introduced at ALL LEVELS of education NOW!
NBS Statistics on joblessness: employable able-bodied youths, age 20-35; 35-60 & able-bodied retired civil, /military personnel is on the increase; the NEXL LEVEL must arrest the TREND IMMEDIATELY!
JOBS FOR ALL NIGERIANS IS POSSIBLE & DO-ABLE!
THE N30, 000 NAIRA MINIMUM WAGE MUST TAKE OFF WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY!
ALL UNIVERSITY GRADUATES MUST BE EMPLOYED AS CIVIL/PRIVATE SECTOR EMPLOYEES OR SUPPORTED WITH QUALITY INTEREST- FRIENDLY LOANS TO CREATE JOBS FOR THEM TO EMPLOY OTHERS!
DIVERSIFICATION TO AGRICULTURE MUST BE MADE COMPULSORY AND FUNDED!
EVERY ABLE- BODIED NIGERIAN OR FAMILY MUST BE GIVEN FREE FARMLAND FOR CULTIVATION BECAUSE NIGERIAN LANDS BELONG TO THE NIGERIAN PEOPLE!
RANCHES MUST BE MADE COMPULSORY FOR CATTLE BUSINESS IN ALL STATES OF THE FEDERATION!
UNITY IN DIVERSITY SHOULD NO LONGER BE A SING-SONG; BUT BE PATRIOTICALLY-MOTIVATED AMONG THE ENTIRE TRIBES/TONGUES TRADITIONS/CULTURES, CASTES ETC!
MORE CAPITAL/INTENSIVE PROGRAMMES IN MOTORABLE ROADS/BRIDGES, RAILWAYS, WATERWAYS, COMPLETION OF POWER PROJECTS - ESPECIALLY THE MAMBILLA DAM  MUST PRIORTIZED!! Nigerians must not continue to pay for darkness!
HEALTH SECTORS - THERE SHOULD BE A PRIMARY HEALTH CARE CENTRE AT EVERY WARD LEVEL; AT LEAST A MODERN SECONDARY HOSPITAL IN EVERY LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA & AND A UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL IN EACH STATE OF EACH GEO-POLITICAL ZONE!
TAXES.... TAXES..... TAXES...YES, THE PEOPLE WILL PAY TAXES ONCE THEY ARE GAINFULLY EMPLOYED! AT THIS PRESENT TIME ALL NIGERIANS PAY VAUE ADDED TAX (VAT), WITHOUT PROTEST!

CHINA - YES, CHINA SHOULD BE NIGERIA'S GREAT MOTIVATOR!
China once faced economic strangulation in years past and successfully survived and also victoriously destroyed all facets of INSTITUTIONAL CORRUPTION TO BECOME THE SECOND ECONOMIC BLOC AFTER THE UNITED STATES! China's President who has congratulated President Buhari for a second term opportunity stated that his country had no territorial ambitions but that his desire would be to spread the GOSPEL OF ECONOMIC FREEDOM TO ALL DEVELOPING COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD!
ABOVE ALL OF THESE SUGGESTIONS: Not only MOLE APC GOVERNORS should be expelled but all the others that have been identified in the preceding paragraphs! TO WHOM MUCH IS GIVEN, MUCH IS EXPECTED! THE NEW SHERRIF, MUHAMADU BUHARI MUST WAKE UP TO THE CLARION CALL TO DESTROY CORRUPTION AS CHINA DID! PATRIOTIC NIGERIANS ARE READY TO SUPPORT YOU TO FLUSH OUT ALL THE MOLES IN YOUR GOVERNMENT; MR. MUHAMMADU BUHARI WINS AGAIN IN FULFILMENT OF DIVINE PROPHECY OF TWO TERMS!
[2019 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION SPECIAL EDITION].

The umpire’s green light signal for full-blown electioneering campaigns by the 91 Nigerian Political Parties in November 2018, no doubt raised the bars for crude politicking, exposed pent-up angers and furious desperation of thousands of contenders for the elective offices that were up for grabs at the Federal and State levels!

When the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), published the 2019 General Elections Time-Table 365 days before the first round of ballots for the Presidential/National Assembly polls on 19th February, 2019, it seemed like a distraction to the electoral process; but how time flies - "tempus fugit"! In spite of the much-publicised COALITION of 35 political parties by ex-president Aremu Obasanjo, who thought he could play a mafia god, the desperate calls by PDP hierarchy for foreign intervention, the deliberate condemnation of all APC'S Government's activities to ensure a clean electoral process, the failed gang-ups of inconsequential ENDORSMENTS, myriads of electronic debates which culminated in the downfall of OBY EKWESILI, who eventually threw in the towel, there emerged an unprecedented show of solidarity by the SOCIAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY, (SDP), the THIRD LARGEST PARTY after APC and PDP, which adopted and opted to vote en-mass for BUHARI whose credentials and pedigree endeared him to all Nigerians!  The die was cast after that short postponement by INEC, and no SAHARA REPORTERS imaginary stories of any hiccup or upsets in the electoral process which produced Muhammadu Buhari for his second constitutional mandate could hold sway in spite of massive conspiracy and bitter opposition against his success at the just concluded polls!
Nigerians could not have made a better choice, considering the fact that his closest rival Atiku Abubakar was BAD MARKET for the PDP which was yet to make restitution for their 16 years of prodigality and squandermania of the common patrimony which almost turned Nigeria into a PARIAH among the comity of nations!

BUHARI STOOPS TO CONQUER ON A CLEAN SLATE!
He was once a Military Head of State, but in the last four years, had donned the toga as the democratic President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Muhammadu Buhari has been adjudged by international/local movers and shakers of public opinions as one with good pedigree/antecedent, a diligent, honest, focussed and conscientious worker with much integrity; whom even, his worst enemies/detractors had found very difficult to fault! That he has again won the elections with this incredible margin of the masses votes, did not come to political pundits as a surprise because, the Man Buhari, even when men thought that the stakes were too lopsided against him in 2015, won convincingly and overwhelmingly to the charign of the ruling PDP and its incumbent President Ebele Jonathan, who speedily conceded defeat, even before INEC's official results were announced! Those who refused to factor the supernatural power of the Almighty GOD into human affairs in the past had better learn from their errors of commission or omission, make quick restitution by asking for divine forgiveness and the Holy Spirit gift of the discernment of the spirit!
First, they should now imbibe the basic principles of human existence that Man is not an island to himself because his biological composition in itself is a mystery! Man is created by God in His image and likeness with an earthly tabernacle (i.e. a physical body), in which He deposited a soul and a spirit to establish His sovereign power over them!
Second, the Nigerian earthly man must know that through disobedience to divine command by the first man and his wife, that deliberate commission of SIN gave Satan (a fallen chief angel), the ample opportunity to bring multiple confusion into the heart of man to continue in default/defiance to God!
Third, it is now more imperative with Buhari's victory at the polls that God has records of all human activities and that only Him possesses the prerogative of wisdom, might, judgement and mercy! "He changeth the times and the seasons, He removeth kings and setteth up kings: He giveth wisdom onto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding: He revealeth the deep and secret things; He knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him." (Daniel.2:21-22).

THIS SECOND VICTORY and opportunity for Buhari to complete the divine assignment of purging Nigeria of all its dross as a sinful nation, was ordained even before the foundations of the world when Jehovah appointed him as His vessel from his mother's womb, just like Prophet Jeremiah (Jer. 1: 5 - 8, 10), and King CYRUS II, (559 BC), who founded the Persian Empire, conquered Babylon, which held the JEWS in bondage for 70 years, granted them amnesty to return to their homeland, Jerusalem and to restore the Temple! (Ezra. 6:1ff. compare Isaiah. 44: 28 - 45: 1 - 4)!
The divine traits of Buhari's mission as God's special Envoy manifested right from his days as an outstanding, faithful, honest and frugal military officer who did NOT use his position to amass illicit wealth through the barrels of the guns LIKE his counterparts, dead or alive! When he had the opportunity to serve Nigeria as a military leader and also cabinet minister at different times, he distinguished himself as capable and worthy of his various appointments! Buhari has no properties, save his modest home, his farmland/cattle ranch in Daura, Katsina; he has neither foreign assets nor foreign bank accounts and immediately he was sworn in as PRESIDENT on 29th May, 2015, he declared his assets for public knowledge/consumption! He was continuously led by the Holy Spirit to do the right things at all times!

BUHARI HAS BEEN THE MOST DISGRACED HEAD OF STATE IN THE WORLD YET, OPENETH NOT HIS MOUTH!
The moment he declared his intention in 2014 (for the FOURTH time), to vie for the 2015 presidential election, his detractors and their cohorts unleashed their evil devices through campaign of calumny of distortion of facts, mis-information/mis-representation, sheer falsehoods, including fabricated lies to frighten/harass him in order to malign and intimidate him out of the race, but to no avail because his assignment was divine!

GANG UPS - COALITIONS, ENDORSMENTS, DEBATES, BIASED FOREIGN OBSERVERS COMMENTS, PDP CRITICISMS OF ALL RULING PARTY'S ACTIONS, PDP'S CRY OF WOLF FOR FOREIGN INTERVENTION AND ATIKU ABUBAKAR'S GAMBLE WITH AMERICAN DOLLARS DURING THE CAMPAIGNS, COULD NOT STOP THE VICTORY OF LIGHT OVER DARKNESS! THE RE-ELECTED PRESIDENT IS A COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF HIS CLOSEST CONTENDER, ex-Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, of the UNREPENTANT People's Democratic Party (PDP), who was in the race for only ONE REASON, WHICH IS TO FURTHER ENRICH HIMSELF & HIS FRIENDS with the sacred wealth of SWEAT AND BLOOD WHICH BELONG TO ALL DEMOCRATS AND TALAKAWAS OF THIS GREAT COUNTRY!
Atiku has no qualms when it comes to showing his CAPITALIST POSTURE which he flaunted through the massive deployment of USD American dollars throughout the campaign periods and into the election proper, BUT HIS DOLLARS FAILED TO BRING RESPITETO HIM IN ALL THE NORTHERN CONSTITUENCIES – EXCEPT IN ADAMAWA!

FEBRUARY 23RD 2019 WAS SACROSANCT!
Undaunted Nigerians trooped out across the federation to exercise their franchise because they believed in the ACT OF GOD, which necessitated the previous week's postponement and in spite of VOTER APATHY noticeable because of the major opposition PDP’S  foul tactics, deployed as their TRADE MARK to truncate smooth balloting on Saturday, 23rd February, 2019, through THUGGERY & BALLOT-SNATCHING, ( mostly in the South-South, South East and some parts  of Lagos, they still failed to cause any major upset! Muhammadu Buhari and the ruling APC coasted home to victory convincingly after FOUR TENSION-FILLED DAYS OF FINAL COLLATION  with 15,191,847 votes [about 56%], to defeat Atiku Abubakar who polled 11,262,978 votes [about 41.2%], a whooping difference of 3.9 million votes, as announced by INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, in the wee hours of Wednesday, 27th February, 2019! GOD’S WILL HAS AGAIN BEEN DONE IN THE 2019 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION ACCORDING TO HIS REVELATION TO US IN  2014!

HISTORICALLY, PDP IS A CORPORATE  EXPERT IN ELECTION-RIGGING!
First, in 2011, the late Umaru Yar'Adua, confessed the election that brought him to power as President was faulty and that the system should be thoroughly overhauled to avoid a repeat performance in future! Second, when former two-time PDP Deputy Senate President, IBRAHIM MANTU of Plateau State, became BORN-AGAIN CHRISTIAN, he went on national television in 2018 and CONFESSED that his party had an infallible RIGGING STRATEGY through which they were able to rig all previous elections without detection because everyone including members of the INEC, THE PRESS AND SECURITY AGENCIES were adequately bribed to play their roles in the conspiracy theory! NIGERIANS ARE STILL BEWIELDERED THAT MANTU IS STILL WALKING THE STREETS FREE!

THE CONTEST BETWEEN BUHARI AND ATIKU WAS BETWEEN: THE LIGHT OF GOD & FORCES OF DARKNESS!
Nigerian democrats have all witnessed the total destruction of all forces contrary to the plan of GOD crumble before His Superior Power of SOVEREINGNTY - lessons that should remain indelible in their minds is that ONLY GOD CAN APPOINT AND ALSO FIRE! No human action or inaction can ever truncate a divine FEAT!
PDP AND ATIKU SHOULD KISS FEDERAL POLITICS GOOD-BYE FOR THE NEXT TWO DECADES TO ALLOW FOR THE TOTAL PURGE OF CORRUPTION FROM THE POLITY AND FOR SANITY AND PEACE TO REIGN SUPREME AND PERMANENTLY IN NIGERIA! There can never be any room for malfeasance in subsequent Nigerian Administration through meticulous divine supervision.  The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth. (Prov 10:30)

INEC'S SHOCKING POSTPONEMENT OF 2019 ELECTIONS IS A DIVINE INTERVENTION!

With all the assurances and convictions from INEC Chairman, Prof. Yakubu Mahmood, to conduct a flawless 2019 General Elections, no Nigerian politician in his/her wildest imagination would expect a postponement at dawn -  few hours to commencement of the Presidential and National Assembly polls - slated for Saturday 16th February, 2019, from 08.00 hrs!

Who could have faulted the Independent National Electoral Commission's (INEC'S), preparations enumerated with 14 itemized agenda by the umpire since 9th January 2018, and which were meticulously and painstakingly executed, one after the other until the wee hours of the D - DAY, when the shocking but "inevitable" decision of postponement due to logistics/weather challenges, by one week each of the two sets of elections, was announced at exactly 02.44am!

Except for concerned citizens and professional politicians who held vigil on internet/electronic media all night, the masses of the Electorate were sound asleep and oblivious to the sudden/dramatic U - TURN, OR VOLTE FACE of Mr. Umpire who announced two fresh dates of Saturday 23rd February, and Saturday 9th March, 2019, for the Presidential/National Assembly (NASS), and Gubernatorial/State Houses of Assembly/FCT Area Council Elections, respectively, only to wake up as if from a bad dream to the realization that they the election had been postponed and that they had been temporarily robbed of their voting franchise including their daily incomes for Saturday, 16th, February, 2019!
WHO WILL COMPENSATE THEIR LOSES - ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO TRAVELLED TO THEIR HOME STATES WHERE THEY WERE REGISTERED?

SABOTAGE AGAINST INEC?
Sabotage by desperate politicians cannot be ruled out in view of the following bizarre occurrences before the postponement! INEC facilities in PLATEAU, where the entire office was torched and thousands of PVCS, Ballot Boxes, and election papers were destroyed; ABIA, where PVCS/Election materials were also burnt and in ANAMBRA, where the most devastating sabotage, was the destruction of over 4,600 Smart Card Readers which would normally take six months to procure, including other election materials store in a well- secured STEEL CONTAINER - all within TWO WEEKS! Faced with these challenges INEC was constrained to adjust the election dates to avoid STAGGERED ELECTIONS!

Apart from these direct affront against the INEC, there were insecurity issues in Kaduna and Bornu States which recorded human and material casualties on Friday 15th and Saturday, 16th February, 2019, respectively due to gunmen and suicide bomb attacks by insurgents/terrorists!

However, in a national broadcast later on the postponed D - DAY, Prof. Mahmood said that his Commission quickly recovered from all the challenges with a view to ensuring that the held as scheduled, but to no avail. He regretted all the inconveniencies suffered by all and sundry and accepted full responsibility for the failure!
HE UNEQUIVOCALLY STATED THAT THE POSTPONMENT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH SECURITY, POLITICAL INFLUENCE OR AVAILABILITY OF RESOURCES!

DID INEC CHAIRMAN POSSESS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO UNILATERALLY POSTPONE ELECTIONS?
According to the 2010 Electoral Act, as amended, Section 26 (1); INEC as the independent umpire over all Nigerian elections, has exclusive constitutional rights/authority to exercise all legal powers in the conduct of elections, including the right to postpone such elections in cases of the possibility of serious breach of peace, natural disaster or other emergencies provided that such reason was cogent and verifiable! The 02.44am postponement by INEC's Chairman, was done after diligent consultations and review with his twelve federal commissioners according to his account of stewardship.
During an interactive session with political stakeholders at the International Conference Centre, the elections final collation venue, on the afternoon of Saturday, 16th February, 2019, the Chairman re-emphasized that the logistic constraint had to do with the air-lifting of highly sensitive materials to far-flung local government areas so that elections could commence simultaneously at 08.00am across the country, but that ill weather prevailed against the plan!
He categorically stated that the new 23rd February, 2019 date, was sacrosanct and that no one should exercise any further fear of another postponement, adding that sensitive materials that were already in circulation would be recovered and re-certified! He assured all Nigerians of the unflinching integrity/loyalty of his management team, with an emphasis that the Commission would not play anyone's SCRIPT!

THERE WAS A POSTPONMENT OF ELECTIONS IN 2011 & 2015 - YES!
In the preparations toward the 2011 & 2015 General Elections, various logistic challenges also cropped up but that of 2015, emanated from the ruling government of Ebele Jonathan over the issue of INSECURITY which topped the list and he wasted no time to announce a rather long postponement through the then National Security Adviser, retired Colonel Sambo Dasuki, presently being prosecuted for fraud and embezzlement of USD $2.1 billion dollars earmarked for the purchase of arms to prosecute the Boko Haram insurgency!

THE SEVEN-DAY WINDOW OF DIVINE PERFECTION!
Before the postponement, allegations of possible disruption of polls by the main opposition party and its allies rent the air through various publications by members of the PRESS on print, internet and electronic media, that Foreign Mercenaries/Boko Haram Terrorist were being contracted and funded to unleash mayhem before, during and after Saturday, 16th February, 2019. It was also alleged that billions of US dollars had exchanged hands to ensure that the rigging plan by the opposition was "fait accompli" because they completely FORGOT THE DIVINE FACTOR IN THE AFFAIRS OF MEN!

The freshly-released HARMATTAN HAZE, the FOGGY HIGHWAYS and the unusually CLOUDY AIR SPACE that grounded THE AIRCRAFTS AND THE LONG-HAULAGE ARTICULATED VEHICLES, DESIGNATED TO TRANSPORT ALL ELECTORAL MATERIALS for about a WEEK, were all of the DIVINE PLAN to frustrate the EVIL MACHINATIONS of the carnal/desperate, power-monger Nigerian politicians and disgrace them out of the RACE! That was why the sudden, shocking announcement of postponement by INEC, just few hours to commencement of the national polls, at 08.00 hours was beyond HUMAN COMPREHENSION!

There is no doubt that the ALMIGHTY GOD Has again intervened in the affairs of Nigeria, Has destroyed principalities and powers in high places, destabilized their chariots and horses, Has completely ruined their illicit financial resource base AND they are now counting their losses! THE LORD HAS BROKEN THEIR GATES OF BRASS, CUT THEIR BARS OF IRON ASUNDER AND HAS GIVEN VICTORY TO HIS ANOINTED MUHAMMADU BUHARI IN SPITE OF THE POSTPONMENT ACCORDING TO THE 2014 PROPHECY OF TWO TERMS - 2015 - 2023, BY THE SERVANT OF GOD IN ZION!
In spite of the long postponement of about six weeks in 2015, by the PDP ruling administration, BUHARI won the contest convincingly, he will do it again!

Mon. (18-02-19), Completion and deployment of electoral materials;
Complete configuration of Smart Card Readers (Sun.17-Thurs. 21-02-19);
Receipt and deployment of Sensitive Election Materials to Local Government Areas (Wed. 20-Thurs. 21-02-2019);
Refresher Training for Ad Hoc Staff, (Thurs.21-02-19);
Deployment of all Sensitive Materials to their designated registration areas of assignment, (Friday, 22-02-19; and
NEW ELECTION DAY, SATURDAY (23-0219)! "What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?" (Rom.8:31).

IMMUNITY CLAUSE IS A TOOL FOR POLITICAL LICENTIOUSNESS FOR GOVS. EL RUFAI AND NYESOME WIKE!

Of the 200 million un-official figure of Nigeria's population, only 74 serving government officials are constitutionally granted immunity against any form of litigations in their official capacities! According to Section 308 (1) (a-c) (2) and (3) in summary: "no civil or criminal proceedings shall be instituted or continued against the person to whom this section applies during his period of office." Such person can neither be arrested nor imprisoned during such period either in pursuance of the process of any court or otherwise required or be compelled, to appear to answer to any charges, while functioning as PRESIDENT, VICE-PRESIDENT, GOVERNOR AND DEPUTY GOVERNOR, but did the drafters/crafters of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria envisage that such exclusive immunity cover could be licentiously abused by highly-placed/highly-revered government functionaries?

In fact, some past Presidents and especially several past and serving Governors, had desecrated the lofty ideals and sacredness of their offices through unguarded/divisive utterances that had and are still capable of incensing or inflaming feeble/idle minds to fury, destruction, carnage, etc.

HATE/INCITING SPEECHES are criminal acts in Nigeria's Statutes, because they could incense civil disturbances, disobedience, riotings, cultural disharmony, insurgency or even, terrorism, but do the Nigerian beneficiaries cherish or appreciate the enormous respect accorded them through that noble gesture by the 200 million good people of this magnificent nation? With the hindsight of avoiding blanket judgement, we make bold to say that the "big men" who have terribly abused that magnificent honour in recent times were products of the Nigerian society, who benefited immensely from the socio-economic, educational and employment opportunities of past administrations on the platter of gold, but have now attempted to destroy the very foundation through which they rose to limelight, fame and recognition!

THE ROLE OF THE MEDIA IN THE DISSEMINATION OF HATE SPEECHES - 2014-2019!
Hate speeches/publications have been made popular by the Nigerian Media - print, electronic and lately, the all-comers and very notorious SOCIAL MEDIA where every Tom, Dick and Harry, have uninterrupted field day to disseminate outrageous messages of disaffection that had triggered blood-letting mostly in socio-political activities, especially before, during or after elections, without any noticeable censorship by the BROADCASTING ORGANISATION OF NIGERIA (BON)!

In the year 2007, ex-President Aremu Obasanjo, who lost his diabolical plan for a THIRD TERM in office resorted to the hate and incisive cliché of a DO-OR -DIE election that MUST be won by his Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), at all costs! It is on record that several innocent Nigerians lost their lives in the aftermath of that very controversial elections in which results were announced in Abuja while collation of votes still went on at States collation centres! Protests that greeted ex-President Jonathan's election in the year 2011, when the same Obasanjo master-minded the process of his, (Jonathan's), election through the same "do-or-die" machinery and "imposed" him on Nigerians, also claimed precious lives as the Northern political class believed in continuity through a northern candidate to complete the tenure of the late President Shehu Musa Yard 'Adua!
In 2015, PDP politicians came out in their worst behaviour in massive incitements through hate speeches, publications, advertorials, on newspapers, radio, televisions, social media, when a new All Progressives Congress (APC), emerged with the incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari as its flag bearer and got away with all their crimes!

THE IMMUNED ONES ALWAYS GOT AWAY WITH THEIR CRIMES!
Even when Buhari emerged victorious, the hate speeches continued unabated through ex-Governor Ayodele Fayose and a sitting Niger Delta Governor Nyesome Wike, whose Rivers State is notorious for blood- letting and decapitation of perceived opponents - including security agents! Fayose got away with all his crimes of hate speeches against President Buhari and will Wike also get away? We strongly believe that both sitting and ex-governors could be thoroughly investigated and at the appropriate time of exit from office, be brought to face prosecution through the International Criminal Court (ICC), in The Hague, in order to serve as deterrent to would-be defaulters of the immunity clause! BUT DOES NIGERIA POSSESS STRONG SECURITY INSTITUTIONS TO DEAL WITH HATE SPEECHES/PUBLICATIONS OR SHOULD SECTION 308 BE EXPUNGED FROM NIGERIA'S CONSTITUTION?

"WRITE YOUR WILL BEFORE COMING TO MY TERRITORY!" -Gov. Nyesome Wike, Rivers State!
Before the commencement of the 2015 General Elections, PDP 'S GOV. NYESOME WIKE, RIVERS STATE. WARNED Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), ELECTORAL OFFICERS who might likely be partisan, to write their TESTAMENTS, and put their houses in order before travelling to his domain, because they might lose their lives in the event of any negative actions! Many deaths were recorded in Rivers State in virtually every election, general or supplementary - and the governor seemed to be getting away with all the atrocities!

"BE READY TO DEPART FROM MY COUNTRY IN BODY BAGS IF YOU MEDDLE IN OUR ELECTIONS!"
The latest of incisive and hate speech is coming from the sitting APC'S Governor Nasir El Rufai, of Kaduna  State, who has issued a very stern warning to FOREIGN ELECTION OBSERVERS whom he perceived would support the opposition to rig Nigeria's 2019 Elections to desist or face the consequences of death! El Rufai did not mince his words, he was very categorical and emphatic during a television interview when he said that such persons would go home in body bags!
Are these chief executives/chief security officers of their States in possession of some exclusive information which must not be shared with their security agencies according to the law, but believe should be personally executed through misguided or disgruntled persons who might likely kill, maim and destroy lives in the event of mob actions through such incitements?
WOULD THE BOKO HARAM ACTS OF TERRORISM OF MERCILESS KILLINGS OF INNOCENT CITIZENS IN THE NORTH EAST, WEST AND CENTRAL GEO-POLITICAL ZONES BE DIFFERENT IF EL-RUFAI'S INCITEMENT WERE TO DEGENERATE INTO BODILY ATTACKS AGAINST THE INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATIVES FROM AFRICA, EUROPEAN UNION (EU), UNITED STATES, etc, etc.

RUFAI'S PREVIOUS HATE STATEMENT ON FULANI VENGEANCE TRAITS!
It seemed that propagation of hate speeches and utterances has become El Rufai past-time, who in 2016 during the height of the herdsmen and farmers clashes over grazing rights said the a Fulani man would always avenge the death of his peer or animal, no matter how long it took! At that time, the governor claimed that he sent emissaries to Niger State to pay heavy ransoms of money to dissuade Fulani mercenaries from coming to Nigeria to avenge the killing of some of their cattle in Kaduna State during a clash with some locals!

GARBA SHEHU'S STATEMENT IS NOT BUHARI'S STATEMENT!
The Presidential spokesman Garba Shehu has not helped matters either if the statement about the zeal for "nationalism" credited to El Rufai by him is indeed very true!  What is nationalistic in cold-blooded murder of defenceless people who could be summarily terminated on trumped up charges? Who will prove the innocence or guilt of any FOREIGNER if accused of interference in Nigeria's domestic affairs? Would it be an INCITED MOB, incensed through hate speech but had neither moral justification to take other persons lives nor take laws into their hands or security agents were sidelined by the governor in this case? WHEN DID HATE SPEECH QUALIFY AS A NATIONALISTIC PRODUCT?

FOREIGN OBSERVERS ARE PART AND PARCEL OF NIGERIA'S POLITICAL PROCESS BECAUSE NIGERIA IS NOT AN ISLAND TO ITSELF!
Working on the assumption that FOREIGNERS plan to meddle and support the opposition PDP, what should be the immediate line of action of the chief security officer of a State other than to order discreet and meticulous investigations by highly professional/trusted officers to ascertain the veracity of the allegation and take appropriate actions BUT DEFINITELY NOT TO UNLEASH MOBS UPON PEOPLE WHO MIGHT BE PROVED INNOCENT EVENTUALLY! Nigerians have served as foreign observers during political elections in other parts of world since independence and we are not aware of any recorded incident of threats to their lives! We have to place it on record that Nigeria will never yield nor succumb to any form of NEO-COLONIZATION by any foreign power be it America, Russia, European Union, China or the Koreas; because with earned our SOVEREIGNTY in maturity as a determined people who believe in the sanctity of life!  We regret that we have to contend with the Boko Haram insurgency for this long but we would not as a developing nation resort to BARBARIC destruction of lives and properties which those enemies of the State have adopted as their trade mark!

THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT (ICC), RIOT ACT TO NIGERIA!
Fortunately, Nigeria is signatory to several international treaties and conventions including those that confers ICC with powers to try criminal cases involving Nigerian citizens in thei court! And already, the ICC Chief Prosecutor, Ms. Fatou Bensouda, in a special broadcast on 5th February, 2019, read the riot act to Nigerian politicians - including Gov. El Rufai and others in respect of threats to the up-coming 2019 General Elections!
They are warned not to INCITE OR ENGAGE IN ACTS OF VIOLENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE SAID ELECTIONS! "No one should doubt my offices resolve to prosecute individuals responsible of ICC crimes whenever necessary", she unequivocally warned adding that ICC had jurisdiction over Rome Statute crimes committed on the territory of Nigeria.  She also said that violence was not a solution to electoral competition and admonished Nigerian politicians to send a clear message through the conduct of peaceful elections that such contests did not have to result into violence and crimes!
WE VEHEMENTLY CONDEMNED HATE SPEECH PEDLARS IN 2014-2016, WE STILL CONDEMN THEM NOW! A WORD IS ENOUGH FOR THE WISE! "Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shall call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise." (Isaiah. 60:18). Amen.

BATTLE OF THE TITANS FOR SUPREMACY AS NIGERIA GOES TO THE POLLS!

Contrary to negative predictions of presumptuous conflicts that could mar the impending 2019 General Elections in Nigeria, due to the unrelenting rivalry amongst the THREE ARMS OF GOVERNMENT, there can be no better time than now for the citizens to identify who is really faithful to the overall administration of the Nigerian nation!

Though the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria was unambiguous when it began on this patriotic note:
"We the People of the Federal Republic of Nigeria:
Having firmly and solemnly resolved:
TO LIVE in unity and harmony as one indivisible and indissoluble                                                        Sovereign Nation under God dedicated to the promotion of inter-African                                                     solidarity, world peace, international co-operation and understanding:
AND TO PROVIDE for a Constitution for the purpose of promoting                                                            the good government and welfare of all persons in our country on the principles                                                of  Freedom, Equality and Justice, and for the purpose of consolidating the Unity                                                of our people :
DO HEREBY MAKE, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES the following                                                       Constitution: etc, etc.

QUESTION: Are the THREE ARMS, mentioned in our opening paragraph included among, "We the People of the Federal Republic of Nigeria: ", or are they from another PLANET?
The EXECUTIVE, LEGISLATURE, and JUDICIARY in Nigeria - especially of the 6th Republic, have been at each others' throat from 29th May, 2015, when President Muhamadu Buhari, in a part of his inaugural speech categorically stated as follows: "I AM FOR EVERYBODY AND I AM FOR NOBODY", without bothering about other groups of people in the equation - like the CITIZENS, and the ELECTORATE, - whom they claimed to represent in government!

WHAT ABOUT THE DIVINE PERSONALITY OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD TO WHOM THE DRAFTERS OF THE CONSTITUTION COMMITTED THE NATION'S WELFARE, - UNITY, HARMONY, INDIVISIBILITY, INDISSOLUBILITY AND SOVEREIGNTY UNTO? SHOULD HE NOT BE FACTORED INTO THE NATION'S LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES?

In no time the President's statement was given diverse interpretations by the different folks of the conglomerate! The All Progressives Congress (APC), with majority seats in the Federal Legislature was the first to fire the salvo by sidelining Party Supremacy to choose its Principal Officers, in an unprecedented revolution that shook the ruling party to its very foundation from the very beginning!
From that time on, the Federal Government had suffered several set-backs in its various operational activities, ranging from appointments of key officers to man strategic agencies, to confirmation of ministerial appointees, board members, passage of government-initiated Bills - especially, the annual BUDGETS of each year consecutively since 2016, which has culminated into the loss of the budget execution cycle of January to December!
The arrow-heads of the rebellious National Assembly (NASS), Senator 'Bukola Saraki and Hon. Yakubu Dogara, respectively, succeeded in conniving with the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), minority members to craftily decamp to the group and still maintain their principal positions as Senate President and Speaker of the House of Representatives with a view to heating up the polity!!
The JUDICIARY on its part maintained conspitorial silence, though in most cases of litigation, gave ridiculous judgements in solidarity with the Legislature against the Executive, especially after a successful Directorate of Security Services (DSS), STING OPERATION of 2016, which destroyed their self-esteem and self-imposed/illicit IMMUNITY and exposed all the skeletons of their cupboards which included tons of United States dollars,  British pound sterling, Euros, naira, which were excess of their legitimate earnings and also unlicensed guns!

The 1999 Constitution in its very Chapter titled General Provisions, Part I, specifically enumerated the binding force and SUPREMACY of the document over all citizens and warned that Nigeria would only be governed by the provisions of the Constitution and not by any person or group of persons - as flouted by the Military for about 30 years, and now by a group of civilian opportunists, who were bent on truncating the new democratic order!
President Buhari in his declaration of, " belonging to everybody and to nobody", which was mis-interpreted by roguish politicians was in conformity with his manifesto that he would not be a draconian military dictator but a TRUE DEMOCRAT in a growing democracy like Nigeria and would take the nation to greater economic heights in a politically assured and a water-tight secured environment! From the inception of his administration which re-introduced the Treasury Single Account (TSA), all avenues for stealing the common patrimony by unscrupulous politicians and their civil servant accomplices, were totally blocked and every kobo was prudently accounted for to ensure that the TALAKAWAS were not continuously short-changed!

WHERE LIES THE UNITY OF THE ARMS?
Provisions for separation of powers and the seeming equality of the three arms are clearly spelt out in the Constitution but is not one ARM more equal than the others? Although the sacred document was crafted to ensure the independent position of each Arm, it is very clear that their duties and functions dovetail into one another through: operational duties of the Executive which takes care of protection of lives/properties of citizens and defence of territorial integrity of the nation; the Legislature being in charge of formulating the laws for good governance and carrying out oversight functions on government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), while the Judiciary which serves as the arbiter/conflict resolution professional/expert between the other two, takes care of all litigations, civil/criminal, but most importantly, represents the LAST HOPE OF THE COMMON MAN where the quest for JUSTICE was concerned!
From the earlier narratives, it is crystal clear that there was no love lost between the Three Arms, neither existed any bond or UNITY because the Executive was equally disappointed that the Judiciary failed to support the WAR AGAINST CORRUPTION! Recently, when allegations of failure to declare assets was brought against the Chief Justice of Nigeria Walter Onnoghen, who heads the THIRD ARM,  the Executive Arm did not stop investigations but suspended him from office on the strength of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), to allow for the rule of law to play out during his trial at the Tribunal and consequently, the National Judicial Council (NJC), which is the constitutional administrative/disciplinary body for JUDICIAL OFFICERS, concurred in order not to further heat up the polity in spite of  the hue and cries by a motley crowd of Senior Advocates of Nigeria, junior lawyers and some misguided youths!
Similarly, former Secretary to the Government, Babachir Lawal, former Director General (DG), Ayo Oke and Wife, who faced allegations of fraud/corruption/money laundering etc, were not shielded either, but allowed to answer to charges against them by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), at the Federal High Courts!

WAS GOD FACTORED INTO THE ADMINISTRATION OF NIGERIA ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION?
Until when Muhammadu Buhari was divinely installed by GOD, as Nigeria's CHANGE AGENT, in 2015, the previous successive administrations of the PDP, encouraged corruption with impunity in all facets of life as the LOVE OF MONEY took the centre stage of governance! The Common Wealth of the people of Nigeria frittered into the hands of a favoured few which were awarded all manner of unexecuted contracts which ran into billions of naira which have not been accounted for till date - the most outrageous being the USD $16 billon dollars POWER SECTOR CONTRACT during ex-president Aremu Obasanjo's tenure!

During those dark period of Nigeria's history, dubious PETROLEUM PRODUCTS SUBSIDIES were paid to contractors who did not import a drop of refined product into the country! But today, when GOD has been factored into the life of the nation, the story has changed for the best because all uncompleted contracts of the past in the ECONOMY, SECURITY, POWER, ROAD, RAIL, AIRPORTS, SEA PORTS, HEALTH, EDUCATION, TRADERS SUPPORT, AGRICULTURE, ENTERTAINMENT, TOURISM,& SPORTS,SECTORS ETC, have received new directions through "righteous governance" by the UNDISPUTABLE MAN OF INTERGRITY, PRESIDENT BUHARI, WHOSE ANTECEDENT COULD NOT BE FAULTED BY HIS WORST DETRACTORS! TODAY, FEDERAL PRESENCE IN THE EXECUTION OF CAPITAL PROJECTS IS ONGOING IN ALL THE 36 STATES OF THE COUNTRY!

IS IT NOT TIME FOR THE PEOPLE TO FULLY SUPPORT THE RULING APC WHICH POSSESSES CLEAN CREDENTIALS?
Now is the time for fresh orientation of all citizens in respect of quality politicking and governance as the country moves into the 2019 General Elections in about two weeks so that the right candidates can be brought on board to WORK WITH PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI IN HIS DIVINELY PREDICTED SECOND TERM FROM 29TH MAY, 2019, TO 29TH MAY, 2023!
This is the time to separate the CHAFF FROM THE WHEAT, the right time to show the TRAITORS OF THE NIGERIAN MASSES, the way out and send them to the labour market where they belong! It is also the time to KICK OUT APC ENEMIES IN ZAMFARA, IMO, RIVERS AND OGUN STATES who are bent to "have their cake and eat it too"! 
The Augean Stable within the APC fold MUST be thoroughly cleansed in preparation for CONTINUITY from 29th May, 2019! Arm yourselves with your Permanent Voters Cards, (PVCs) and ensure their defeat on 16th February and 2nd March, 2019, days of elections! Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men. (Prov 22:29).

NO THIRD FORCE CAN FORCE BUHARI OUT OF HIS DIVINELY ORDAINED OFFICE!

One of the THREE presidential aspirants who participated in the disorganized debate compared by Broadcasting Organisation of Nigeria (BON), philosophically predicted that the present administration of Muhammadu Buhari must give way for another, yet-to-be-identified-administration, come 29th May, 2019; in view of past antecedents which witnessed such change of batons in 1959, 1979, 1999, and possibly now in 2019!
According to the postulation, the British Administration gave way to self-rule in 1959, with Alhaji Tafawa Balewa at the helm of affairs; twenty years later, in 1979, another leader, in the person of Alhaji Shehu Shagari, came on board while the next decade, 1999, threw up Chief Aremu Obasanjo, as the new democratic leader; and now in year 2019 AD, the aspirant believed that an unknown person would emerge to replace the incumbent president!
This human theory which could not be alluded to any historical reference from amalgamation of Nigeria's Northern and Southern Protectorates in 1914 to Independence in 1960, has now gained currency with Mrs. Oby Ekwesili, the only female participant on the fateful 19th January, 2019, Abuja Debate, who has now thrown away the presidential mandate bestowed upon her on a platter of gold, in other to actualize the 20-year fairy cycle which she strongly believed would sweep out the incumbent occupant of the Aso Villa, President Muhammadu Buhari!

FEMALE PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANT DR. OBY EZEKWESILI, BOWS OUT!
On Wednesday, 24th January, 2019, OBY announced her resolve to withdraw from the presidential race without consulting with the Executive of her Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN)! In a statement released to the Press, she said, she had to step down to "HELP BUILD A COALITION TO DEFEAT BOTH THE APC AND THE PDP IN THE 2019 POLLS! But her party's executive said they were not consulted and as such have ADOPTED THE INCUMBENT PRESIDENT, MUHAMMADU BUHARI, AS THEIR CANDIDATE; but the "Bring Back Our Girls" crusader cared less as she describe them as charlatans!

"Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not?"  As it is written, "And He changeth the times and the seasons: He removeth kings and setteth up kings: He giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding." (Lamentations.3:37 & Daniel 2:21-22, respectively). Divine plans are beyond human comprehension and that is the major reason why Man always failed to factor God into his situations and circumstances! NO THIRD FORCE CAN REMOVE BUHARI FROM THE POSITION OF POWER WHICH GOD PERSONALLY SET HIM UP TO PURGE NIGERIA OF ENDEMIC CORRUPTION!

WHY WOULD OBASANJO AND DANJUMA HATE NIGERIANS THIS MUCH?
Chiefs Olusegun Obasanjo and TY Danjuma are birds of the same feathers and have several similarities. They were buddies right from the army days but Danjuma worships Obasanjo like his god! Fortunately for them, both made it to the five stars general cadre before retirement. When OBJ ventured again into politics for the position of president, Danjuma vigorously and passionately campaigned for his idol and openly declared that if Obasanjo lost the 1999 election, he would go on EXILE! He was lucky, OBJ won the election, did two terms and tried the third but to no avail but Danjuma got a Juicy Oil Bloc for his fervent support! Both generals, through sheer guts are multi-billionaires and are enjoying MILITARY IMMUNITY - which is neither an Act of Parliament nor an enactment of the 1999 Nigerian Constitution, even as amended! When they vituperated SEDITION with impunity, no one in government was bold to either challenge or bring them to book according to the LAW! In fact, they are the LAW unto themselves! Although, Danjuma served as Minister of Defence in Obasanjo's cabinet, he kept away from partisan politicking as an astute businessman. The two OCTOGENARIANS, had thus taken Nigeria for granted as they uttered very INCISISIVE, LIBELOUS, LICENTOUS, SEDITIOUS, statements that touch on sensitive security matters which are affecting the generality of the masses sensitivities, without CAUTION! ARE THESE CITIZENS WHO SHOULD BE ROLE MODELS AS ELDER STATESMEN BIGGER THAN NIGERIA?
Obasanjo continued as a CIVILLIAN COUPIST the moment he lost his much-desired THIRD TERM BID! He manipulated all administrations that came after him from Musa Yar'Adua to Ebele Jonathan and now Muhammadu Buhari (who is also a retired MILITARY GENERAL), through damning criticisms/accusations of non-performance, corruption, nepotism, unfitness, senility etc, through LETTER WRITING in order to gain cheap popularity! HIS LATEST LETTER STATED THAT BUHARI'S ADMINISTRATION WAS WORSE THAN THAT OF THE LATE GENERAL SANI ABACHA!

On his own part, Danjuma goes for direct INCITEMENT by urging some citizens of the North Central Taraba State to acquire ARMS to defend themselves against armed militia groups during the upsurge of crime/criminality in 2018, WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE RULE AND PROCESS OF LAW; and in the new year he has made another damning statement capable of causing animosity/bloodshed between the good citizens of this great country by raising FALSE ALARM OVER PLANS BY THE BUHARI ADMINISTRATION TO RIG THE 2019  ELECTIONS THROUGH UNDEMOCRATIC WAYS WITHOUT AN IOTA OF EVIDENCE!

WHY ARE SOME NIGERIANS SO GULLIBLE!
On-going campaigns on the laudable achievements of the ruling government in the three-pronged promises of ensuring adequate security, providing conducive economic platform and destroying corruption from its foundation, have endeared the Electorate and have agitated their minds positively to decipher the TRUTH FROM FALSEHOOD!
However, attention must be drawn to the opposition's subtle and clandestine introduction of money-politicking and vote-buying which is contrary to the electoral laws, but which is fast gaining momentum among gullible citizen who were easily lured into selling their birthright for peanuts!

WHY WOULD SOME NIGERIANS SUPPORT EVIL DOERS WHO HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS LOOTERS OF THE TREASURY AND WHO ARE STILL SHAMELESSLY GALIVANTING ABOUT AS BEING RELEVANT IN THE SOCIETY? These set of people would hail corrupt politicians, legislators, administrators, JUDGES, whether they were under investigation or had been sentenced to some terms in prison because they possess lewd/sinister minds that feast on aberrations! These set of Nigerians, including 80 National Assembly senators, trooped after Senator 'Bukola Saraki and his wife when they had issues at the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB), and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), respectively, in 2016/2017! Very recently, over 150 Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANS), and some misguided legal practitioners abandoned their duty posts to defend the accused Chief Judge, Walter Onoghen, even though the man allegedly admitted that he actually forgot to update his Assets Declaration Forms with the CCB! And when the President asked him to step aside in order to clear his name and to avoid a vacuum, replaced him with the most senior judge at the apex court, these same set of Nigerians kept lambasting the decision as very UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and have shamelessly called on the United States (US), and the United Kingdom (UK), to RE-COLONIZE Nigeria and subject it unto their whims and caprices! WHAT A PITY! They are the unethical humans who usually exude warped/crude method of thoughts to analyze political/socio-economic issues because they are naturally limited to earthly, ephemeral and mundane things of life. They are the very gullible and their minds trend mostly on negativism, horrors, crimes/criminalities, disasters, evil reports etc, etc. And with the advent of the information/communication technology, the internet social media space had become the freest portal for such set of radicals to pollute sane societies with their distorted views!

These humans or inhumans exist not only in Nigeria, but in all global settlements to constitute themselves into renegade forces which see nothing good in lawfully constituted authorities contrary to the Word of God which says that: "Let every soul be subject unto higher powers, for there is no power but of God, the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God and they that resist shall receive unto themselves, damnation. For rulers are not a terror to GOOD WORKS but to the EVIL." etc. (Romans. 13:1-14).
We enjoin all democrats at home and the Diaspora to join ranks to EXPOSE those enemies of the Nigerian society, who still relish in CORRUPTION WITH IMPUNITY, and quickly bring them to JUSTICE!

IS NIGERIA UNDER SEIGE?
On Monday, 21st January, 2019, Minister of Information and Culture alleged that desperate opposition coalitions, whose chances of winning at the up-coming polls had waned, were bent on overheating the polity through widespread violence with a view to truncating the elections and thus create a platform for the establishment of an interim government? He said government had credible intelligence that armed bandits and Boko Haram insurgents had been mobilized to engage in massive attacks and other acts of violence in several states across the country, including Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Benue, Kano, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Plateau, Taraba and Zamfara. The Minister also said that a Benue-based armed criminal group, led by Terwase Akwaza, also known as Gana, had been commissioned the opposition to strike soft targets in Benue, Nasarawa and Taraba States, while in Kano State, another group of notorious miscreants would foment trouble during and after the elections, adding that some armed mercenaries from Niger Republic, had also been contracted to strike in North-West Nigeria between now and the elections!

HAS LAI MOHAMMED SAID ANYTHING NEW?
Who approved his unpalatable and fear-inducing script which seemed like an indictment on the security architecture of the Armed Forces and their Service Chiefs who are working relentlessly round the clock to ensure violence-free, fair and credible elections! THE HIT AND RUN TACTICS OF MERCENERIES/TERRORISTS IS BEING VIGOROUSLY TACKLED BY THE SECURITY FORCES WHO DO NOT NEED TO BE DISCOURAGED BY UNDIPLOMATIC CHANNEL OF COMMUNICATION! Although, Lai Mohammed assured Nigerians of Federal Government's commitment to a credible, free, fair and credible elections, to also counter the evil plans of the anarchists; did he not succeed to cast FEAR UPON THE ELECTORATE? This Minister should be called to order by the Commander-In-Chief, who had always ensured adequate security for all citizens, not only at elections but on daily basis all year round! Nigeria will emerge stronger and shame all detractors - local or foreign - and prove that IF GOD BE FOR US, NO ONE CAN BE AGAINST US! PRESIDENT BUHARI REMAINS NIGERIA'S PRESIDENT UNTIL 29TH MAY, 2023, BY GOD'S GRACE! AMEN.
