TINUBU'S APC GOVERNMENT HAS NO FOUNDATION - IT IS A FRAUD!

When the controversial President 'Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) demanded through subtle manipulation that it was his turn to rule over the downtrodden people of Nigeria, little did anyone think that he could be speaking on behalf of all opportunitists and bad losers just waiting in the wings to settle for one political position or another!

The comedy fully unfolded during the Party's Primaries, which produced the money bag who capably funded all presidential campaigns, and into the 25th February 2023 elections which eventually launched him into transient power!

The "Emi lokan" (meaning, "it's my turn"), slogan resonated across board because there was truly a pact or agreement that on the completion of eight years in office, Mumammadu Buhari would hand over to him!

The opportunists are all swarming like sugar ants in the National/State Assemblies through rigged elections now under litigations while desperate bootlickers struggle for political appointments in order to have their share of "National Cake"! Much as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Labour Party (LP), believe they could wrestle power from the incumbent APC "winner," all of their political gimmicks fell like pack of cards at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal which is the arbitration court of first instance while more fireworks are expected at the Appeal Court and subsequently the Supreme Court which will serve as the terminal station! From the onset We of the Editorial Board of Zion B-BC Newsletter shouted loudest through our Weekly Publications that as long as Nigeria continued to operate the dollar-gulping presidential system of government, the country would never know peace! Both citizens and security personnel are murdered in cold blood by angry criminals unabated!

We did not sound alarmist nor as Prophets of Doom but only stated the obvious truth as revealed through Divine sources. 

TINUBU IS APC'S CON MAN!

Below are his 8-Point Agenda described as "Road Map to Economy."

 FOOD SECURITY; ENDING POVERTY; ECONOMIC GROWTH AND JOB CREATION; ACCESS TO CAPITAL; IMPROVING SECURITY; IMPROVING THE PLAYING FIELD ON WHICH PEOPLE AND PARTICULARLY COMPANIES OPERATE; RULE OF LAW; AND FIGHTING CORRUPTION.

According to Him, the unconstitutional Federal Executive Council (FEC), which he inherited from Buhari examined the eight priority areas and identified targets to deliver in the next three years when innocent talakawas would have died without basic necessities of life!?

WHICH OF THE AGENDA IS UNDER ANY EXECUTION? NONE!

1) Tlnubu mentioned total removal of subsidy of petroleum products in the downstream sector during his campaign but failed to tell anyone till date that he had no palliatives in place to cushion the negative ripple effects that eventually played out!

2) He did not tell anyone that he was going to announce removal of the so-called subsidy during his inaugural speech on 29th May 2023 but he did so with callousness because while he was yet at the Eagle Square Abuja, venue of the inauguration, all petrol stations across the country increased their pump prices while some shut down and claimed they had no products. 

3) It is four months and over 100 days of his so-called presidency! Nigerians are at their wit's end because inflation has become their breakfast, lunch and dinner meaning that they could now hardly eat one meal per day as families.

4) Before the old general Buhari left office it was rumoured that not less than 500 Buses to run on Condensed Natural Gas (CNG), would be simultaneously released with the fuel removal announcement by Tinubu - but it was a fluke!

5) There were no such buses on any highway in Abuja or elsewhere and yet he has refused to reverse the obnoxious pump prices of NGN850- 1000 NAIRA which is beyond the reach of the masses except his fellow money bags who like the proverbial LEACH have continue to suck the nation to DEATH through phantom government contracts

6) His insensitivity to the Citizens myriads of sufferings as he jetted and gallivanted overseas to attend phoney Summits which were irrelevant to the socio-economic challenges on hand!

7) And like the Afro Beat Crooner,Tinubu has told Nigerians to mind their business or get lost!

" From Abuja to South Afrika, SA to Dubai, Dubai to America, America to Nigeria; " Ko kanye"! (My pleasurable junketing does not concern anybody!) The truth that Tinubu is an indigenous Lagos Boy is no longer in contention, full of braggadocio - full of motion but STATIONARY - without movement!

TINUBU'S GAMBLE ON DANGOTE REFINERIES FOR 450,000 BARRELS OF PMS PER DAY IN JUNE 2023 BACKFIRED!

According to recent news reports, Dangote Refineries will now begin production in November 2023, with Diesel (AGO), Aviation Jet Fuel and possibly PMS (petrol) in December 2023! The REFINERY would commence importing Crude Oil from abroad as the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), it's major supplier is involved in CRUDE SWAP to the tune of USD$3 billion dollars without National Assembly (NASS) approval but with connivance of Mr. President who must pay salaries and allowances to his retinue of 48 Cabinet Ministers and about 30 Special Advisers who Must also accompany him on his jamboree foreign journeys!

According to the NNPCL, the USD$3 billion dollars "was secured as an emergency crude oil repayment loan from Afreximbank. It is not crude for refined product swap but an upfront cash loan against proceeds from a limited amount of future crude oil production."

 Citizens of Nigeria should read between the lines. From the above explanation by NNPC limited it is a glaring that the transaction was a fraud on the Treasury Single Account (TSA), the Federation Account, Foreign Exchange Reserves which continue to pile up Nigeria's SHAMEFUL INDEBTEDNESS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND INSTITUTIONS 

Tinubu said that both forex official and unofficial portals should be merged and today everything is in disarray because he has no inkling of idea what economy is all about!

BUT WE ARE TRUSTING GOD THAT IN NO TIME TINUBU WILL BE EXCOMMUNICATED maybe not by the courts BUT BY THE ALMIGHTY WHO TOLD HIM TO INTRODUCED A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT WHICH HE REFUSED TO CARRY OUT!

However he must give account of his stewardship very soon because no SINNER will go unpunished!

#78TH UNGA 2023! HOW DID TINUBU AVAIL HIMSELF AT THE SUMMIT WITHOUT SURROGATES?

YOUTH LEADERSHIP IN NIGERIA HAS NO LIVER!

 

Youth leadership in Nigeria is a rudderless ship adrift on a turbulent sea - which translates to the truth that they have no form of leadership at all!

Historically the Labour Party which came third in the February 2023 Presidential Election is an offshoot of #END SARS END POLICE BRUTALITY GANG, which barked but unable to bite through a massive but dis-organized 2020 Lekki Toll Gate Lagos protests to which several innocent youths lost their lives at the prime!

The dead were unidentified, unappriciated, unmourned, unsung, and unwailed because the Diarchy said, "Nobody died" - in spite of "unknown soldiers" involvement and of a Kangaroo Inquest instituted by Civilian Governor Babajide Sanwoolu of Lagos.

But recently, 13th - 14th July 2023, "103 unidentified dead bodies" were decongested of some Lagos State Morgues and officially disposed in a mass burial by the Lagos State Government at a cost of NGN 61,285,000!

The bodies were believed to those of the unfortunate youths who lost their lives at Lekki Toll Gate on 20-20-20!

And whereas, media news had it that soldiers deployed to quell the legitimate but ill- fated Lekki Toll Gate protests removed all casualties without living a trace with military precision!

Similar Youth Protests were organized in other State Capitals including Abuja Federal Capital Territory (FCT), but Lekki took the shine off the others in spite of the fact that no leadership was identified among them!

A TOTALLY LOST VENTURE?

According to The Cable Report of the 13th October 2020, the protests which started as a gathering in some parts of the country crippled economic activities in major cities.

From Ogbomosho in Oyo to Surulere in Lagos to the nation’s capital and parts of many other states, protesters called for police reform and demanded an end to brutality.

"For the fourth day running, #EndSARS has been among the top trends on social media.

The killing of a young man in Delta state and the brutalization of another person in Lagos had triggered this unrest which made Mohammed Adamu, inspector-general of police, to dissolve the special anti-robbery squad (SARS) 48 hours after the youths trooped to the streets.

"Refusing to back down, the protesters said dissolving of SARS is just one out of the demands that they have. They vowed not to leave the streets until all other demands are met.

"Earlier on Tuesday, Femi Adesina, presidential spokesman, announced that presidential panel on the reform of the special anti-robbery squad (SARS) had accepted the five-point demand of the Immediate release of all arrested protesters

Justice for all deceased victims of police brutality and appropriate compensations for their families.

Setting up an independent body to oversee the investigation and prosecution of all reported police misconduct within a period of 10 days

Carrying out psychological evaluation and retaining of all disbanded SARS operatives before they can deployed (this should be verified by an independent body).

The government should increase police salary and they should adequately compensated for protecting lives and property of the citizens"

SHALLOW DEMANDS OF THE #ENDSARS ORGANIZERS CENTERED MORE ON POLICE WELFARE RATHER THAN RESTORATION OF CITIZENS’ SOVEREIGNTY/FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS, TOTAL EXTERMINATION OF ENDEMIC CORRUPTION AMONG THE POLITICIANS, ELIMINATION OF UNBEARABLE INSECURITIES OF LIVES, PROPERTIES (INCLUDING STRATEGIC GOVERNMENT INFRASTRUCTURES), AND POSITIVE POLICIES TO ERASE NEGATIVE & UNFAVORABLE ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL INDEXES AGAINST NIGERIA!

Freedom Fighters were never afraid to confront illegitimate authorities and kick them out of office - even at the peril of their lives. But these set of the 2020 #ENDSARS GROUP fell short of such qualities or determination!

They would neither go to detention nor prison and the untimely death of all unidentified HEROES OF THE PROTESTS had further kept them in the graveyard of everlasting silence!

NO WONDER THE OLD ARMY GENERAL, BUHARI, LABELED THEM AS LAZY YOUTHS WHILE HIS SURROGATE NOW SAYS NIGERIANS WERE NOT LAZY PEOPLE IN ORDER TO CURRY FAVOUR!

In the past 10 years the Zion B-BC Newsletter Stable in several advocacies on YOUTH LEADERSHIP had published dozens of motivational treatises to encourage them to take over the mantle of leadership from the current PREDATORS THROUGH DEMAND FOR A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT TO NO AVAIL!

HAVE THE YOUTHS NOW CHOSEN PETER OBI AS THEIR LEADER?

The desperation or Peter Obi to become the President of Nigeria through the application of YOUTH FORCE has further denegrated their chances and put them at loggerheads with other law-abiding Nigerians!

These are the same lily-livered youths who could not execute a simple protest against government to change the system when they had the opportunity but are now hiding behind another desperate politician to achieve their goals!

 This is 21st Century World where the RULE OF LAW does not permit aggression by any group or gang of people to change position of leadership except through lawful means!

Leadership must be earned by those who deserve to be there and not by charlatans! No wonder, Nobel Laureate, Professor 'Wole Soyinka, described their attitude as "GBAJU E "!

(Force of lies).

NIGERIA ONCE HAD YOUTH LEADERSHIP THROUGH BARREL OF GUNS - THEY MUST NOW BE REPLACED BY CEREBRALS WHO POSSESS BRAINS, BRAWN AND WITS!

The way forward is for the current youths especially those who have good education to see that a rather costless system of government which can only be found in a UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM which will entertain grass-root politics from the constituencies to the central government level where the party

with the greatest votes present the Prime Minister and a Cabinet.

THIS IS THE WAY TO GO. NIGERIA NEEDS A BUNCH OF SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO COLLECT STIPENDS AS SITTING ALLOWANCES IN A NEW NIGERIA OF OUR DREAMS, NOT PECUNIARY-ORIENTED YOUTHS!

G20 LEADERS MUST RE-LOCATE TO THE MOON FOR AFRICA TO BREATHE!

Neo-colonialism has always been the hidden agenda of the superpowers because they could not sustain their industries without raw materials from Africa. France for instance is faced with a revolution through military coups in its former colonies in Central and sub-saharan Africa which have risen to Eight armed dissentions in the past two years.

Since the close of WW II in 1945. France kept firm grip on those colonies through its military bases which it claimed were stationed for defence strategies!

The United States also has hundreds of military bases across the world mostly in Third World or Developing Countries.

It no longer a secret that such military bases were deliberate exhibition of international territorial expansion program of the world powers!

All eyes have been on the colonies which they manipulate with Aids, Grants and Loans under the pretext of Economic Support whereas the hidden agenda was to keep the countries in perpetual slavery for the main purpose of harnessing their raw materials which are in abundance to keep their industries afloat.

INDIA HAS LANDED ON THE MOON!

Now that India has joined the MOON EXPLORERS and has invited the G20 Club of which it is a member to celebrate its space conquest then it is pertinent for all of them to relocate now to the moon so that the African Nations would be able to develop and breathe!

India also is a prominent member of BRICS but is it not shocking and intriguing that both China and Russia declined to attend the G20 Summit?

We have always said it that these so-called developed countries who want to dominate the world and keep the underdeveloped ones in perpetual slavery even after their independence and sovereignty would continually instigate War of Attrition that would keep lesser countries in permanent state of poverty and under-development.

In 1947 British India was partitioned, ending three hundred years of colonial rule with the creation of two independent nations: India and Pakistan (comprising West and East Pakistan, present-day Bangladesh).

Would it be out of place for India to venture into neo- colonialism?

G20 COMPETITION FOR TERRITORIAL EXPANSION !

Civilized countries of the 16th -19th Centuries embarked on worldwide expansion of their territories through colonization of primitive and underdeveloped countries of Africa, the Far East and the Carribeans.

However the 20th Century Universe gradually witnessed gale of Independent status granted to several overseas slave countries with stringent legalistic strings of treatise, conventions to keep them to the Masters' apron strings!

Come to think of it, is any country totally independent from the other whether developed, backward or developing? The world through modern science and information communication technology has assumed the status of a global village where socio-economic needs and natural resources were exchanged with the lightening speed of light or sound!

Raw materials for overseas businesses in manufacturing and industry were continually sourced from the former colonies to keep their economies on stream while the finished products were exported to the surrogate countries to keep them tied to their masters' apron string permanently!

THE SUPER POWERS AND G20 CLUB HAVE POCKETED THE REST OF THE UNIVERSE THROUGH PSEUDO ROCKET SCIENCE ESCAPADES!

Just like his predecessor in office 'Bola Tinubu preferred to travel abroad and showcase his incompetence and ignorance in governance instead of staying at home to solve socio-economic problems that affect the citizens.

He departed Nigeria on the day the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) declared a two-day warning strike and flew to India to attend the G20 World Summit of developed Nations. And as usual, he was accompanied with an entourage of about 30 Ministers/ business moguls but wasted no time to beg Indian billionaires cap in hand to come and invest in Nigeria!

His 100 days in office have witnessed no development in socio-economic activities but total reversal and backwardness in all endeavors of life. And it has been exposed that, some sections THE NIGERIAN PRESS (especially Ray Power/AIT), are complicit to the myriads of social problems that escalated through sudden removal of subsidy without palliatives in any form through their warped condemnation of the WARNING STRIKE against an INSENSITIVE GOVERNMENT! It is established that the oligarchy and Cabal are at work again in Nigeria to further suppress the citizens who are made sub-servient while those domicile in the Diaspora were also treated with contempt and as "lowlifes!"

YOU MUST STOP THEM FROM PUTTING YOU DOWN EVERY FOUR YEARS!

The game plan of all Nigerian politicians had always been to take undue advantage of the largely illiterate masses and diabolically manipulate them through empty manifesto promises year on year.

The rhetoric is that Nigerians were easy going people who don't need much money to carry on their lives.

Once they have food on their tables, some menial jobs or vocations, regular incomes to pay rents for some shanties, which would be eventually demolished by the same politicians! This is a most outrageous manner to treat FIRST CLASS CITIZENS in their own country while the Constitutions deceive them with false SOVEREIGNTY!

HEADING ON GOD'S MANDATE OF UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT NIGERIA WILL STAND! AMEN.

Immediately the news of APC's victory at the Presidential Election Tribunal venue in Abuja hit the internet towards mid-night on Wednesday 6th September 2023, the Nigerian delegation to the G20 Summit in India burst into singing, dancing and shouting at the top of their voices that “on Tinubu's mandate they would stand"!

The tribunal upheld the 26th February 2023 election of 'Bola Tinubu while the Opposition parties and their supporters outrightly rejected the judgment in its entirety and are in the process of approaching the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for a final adjudication. The devil is a liar!

MUST NIGERIA GO THROUGH CITIZENS COUP TO SURVIVE?

A legal Civilian Coup that will unseat Mr. 'Bola Tinubu and his gang of mauraders is closer than what the bunch of security personnel in Nigeria could phantom!

Who says that Tinubu is not a member of the sadistic seat-tight African Leaders who take delight in the persistent sufferings and corresponding untimely deaths of their majority poor masses?

What is the business of the 71-year-old former Senator, two-term State Governor and now President of Nigeria in a new 21st Nation which bubbles with youthful cerebrals in every discipline of human endeavor - especially in Information Communication Technology (ICT), Modern medicine, Agriculture, Education, Tourism, Entertainment, Sports, Aeronautic/Space Science, Marine, Naval Engineering/Technology, Technocrats in Human Development Management, Manufacturing/ Industry, Highly-trained Security Experts with Hi-Tech solutions to knotty challenges in crimes prevention and detection, institutional corruption, terrorism, gangsterism etc?

Tinubu left active political office since year 2007 at age 55! From inauguration on 29th May, 2023, he has lived in a MIRAGE!

In three months of "subsidy is gone", Tinubu is yet to provide any tangible Palliative Measure in any form and The Labour is spoiling for War!

A Divine message was delivered to 'Bola Tinubu following a prediction of the WATCHMAN that he would win the election but should in his inauguration speech promise the establishment of a UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT for Nigeria in order to eradicate all forms of insecurity due to 63 years of institutional corruption.

He attributed the recent trend of military juntas in Africa, particularly the most recent one that occurred in Gabon, to a number of factors, including the ruthless exploitation of African countries’ mineral resources by the West, Third-term syndrome, political manipulation of the constitution, and the establishment of foreign military bases in African nations.

He warned that as long as figures of extravagant spendings by the National Assembly continue to be churned out, Nigerians will be irritated and so will be enemies of democracy.

“They must be careful not to provoke Nigerians to mutiny. Some of the things going in the National Assembly shows that we are in trouble. 70 billion Naira for palliatives for 469 people and when we said no they claimed it was for the facelift of the National Assembly.

“Three years ago, 37 billion Naira was earmarked for the facelift of the National Assembly. That contract has not been fully executed and there is no renewal of the contract so you cannot talk about 70 billion Naira for facelift.

“Secondly, 40 billion Naira to buy exotic cars now for the leadership of the National Assembly is not going to be allowed.

“The latest provocative news from the National Assembly is that 54 billion Naira has been earmarked for constituency projects for 360 members of the House of Representatives. It has come to 150 million per person. Under this austere condition of the country.

“So when these figures are oozing out of the National Assembly Nigerians are being provoked and enemies of democracy are being provoked.

“The military has been honest to say that they are under pressure to dismantle this rickety political system but someone told them to go and deny it and they came out and denied it. But we can read between the lines. We can’t gather here to talk about democracy that is under threat.

“The immediate causes of coups in Africa today are third term syndromes, manipulation of constitution, military bases.

“Today, America has 29 military bases in Africa. France has 15. Soldiers are protesting because numbers of these foreign bases are receiving salaries as if they are in their countries. So the soldiers are protesting the preferential treatment between them and these foreign troops, so we must look at that.

“The remote causes are the ruthless exploitation of the mineral resources of our country by Western countries.

The people are getting poorer.

“The poor are asked to tighten their belts even when they are dying. We may be discussing democracy, democracy is under threat in Africa through colonial peripheral capitalist system pauperising our country and increasing poverty at a very dangerous level.”

He said that contrary to Section 16 of the Constitution, ”the Economic system was being operated in such a way as to concentrate the wealth of the country in the hands of the few or a group."

“When Dangote was said to be building a refinery, and I it publicly, the government of Nigeria gave him land free, they call it free economic zone, for themselves, all the machinery imported at the official rate which is illegal no duty was paid for the machine and the government went to the bank to take a loan of $2.7 billion to invest in a private sector and they then said, we cannot fix our refineries.

“At that stage we challenged them, you said the government has no business in business why are you funding a private enterprise? It was at that stage that they allocated $1 5 billion to fix Port Harcourt refinery, $1.4 billion to fix Kaduna and Warri refinery.

Chief Falana appealed to Nigeria Labour Congress to monitor the ongoing rehabilitation of the refineries "otherwise these guys will divert the money criminally as they have always done in the past 35 years.

“Secondly those refineries are no longer enough for us, refineries are being sold in Europe and America, The government must buy some of them and assemble them here so that we can earn revenue from our own natural resource.

“Talking about solid minerals, labour must also take cognizance of what is going on. They give licences to individuals to go and mine and pay a pittance to the government, sometimes you don’t pay anything.

“I am handling a case where the government said don’t pay for five years we want to encourage you … and the country will make $500 million in one year but the poor are asked to tighten their belt even when they are dying."

And in spite of a cacophony of public outcry against a large number of 45 Ministers who are definitely round pegs in square holes, yet Mr. President 'Bola Ahmed Tinubu went ahead to swear them with defiance and impunity with various portfolios that were at variance to their acclaimed disciplines! Definitely priority was given to political patronage as re-cycled Governors of the 1999 SET to which BAT belonged carried the day with pomp and pageantry as families/friends and business associates of the AWARDEES romped well-organized, lavish and sumptuous parties to celebrate the show of SHAME!

And yet BAT is determined to fight and destroy the Corruption Monster as enunciated in his 8-point Agenda, just as done by his predecessor in office?

BREAKING NEWS: APART FROM 20 SPECIAL ADVISERS, THE NEW MINISTERS IN THEIR 4-YEAR-TENURE WILL COLLECT A WHOPPING SUM OF NGN8.6 BILLION NAIRA IN SALARIES/ALLOWANCES ACCORDING TO OFFICIAL SOURCES!

Any person who accepts political appointment under the current Nigeria's Presidential system is not only a thief, BUT a rogue and a vagabond and should be apprehended and prosecuted for aiding and abetting criminality!

It is an open secret that Presidential system of government in any developing nation is an abomination because it is too expensive to run! Nigeria needs a UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM of government to overcome the current challenges of INSECURITY and ECONOMIC STRANGULATION when all hands are on deck through PARLIAMENTARIANS FROM AMONG THE GRASSROOTS!

Tinubu and his oligarchic cohorts now in government are knowledgeable of this solution, BUT would rather look the other way in other to satisfy their covetousness and self aggrandizement at the expense of the poor masses who are murdered everyday by Boko Haram Frankenstein's Monsters created by them! Should the Citizens remain docile and allow further manipulation under the current recycled set of the same old unrepentant politicians who MUST shamelessly  DIE IN OFFICE?

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister is already boasting of how he would demolish about 6,000 structures in order to perpetuate the Abuja Master Plan! Question: Why would most Citizens subject themselves to the evil machinations of the oligarchy and continue to recycle them every 4-year only to be given the short end of the Stick to hold? 

Question: Are they jinxed, jazzed or mesmerized or out rightly inundated by the dubious credentials being flaunted by these evil geniuses? Nigeria's 1999 Constitution states that the only educational qualification a Citizen needed to become president, governor, legislator or minister is a School Certificate passed or failed as obtains in Osun State, South West Nigeria!

Question: Are the Citizens a bunch of illiterates who love the sound of Ph.D? That once a politician flaunted a Ph.D Certificate that they became so excited and got carried away in adulation? The drama of the election of the current Speaker of the House of Representative is a point in reference - everyone who voted on 13th June 2023, for Tajudeen Abbas, chorused Ph.D gleefully!

There is a cliche that illiteracy is embedded in the Nigerian DNA! That to confuse an average Nigerian, he should just be communicated through a printed book and he becomes completely lost! TRUE OR FALSE? Presidential system of government in any developing country is a CURSE! IT IS NEITHER DEMOCRACY NOR FEDERALISM!

 DEMOCRATIC GOVERNANCE is the UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM which is COST-EFFECTIVE as it allows for all democratic norms to fester from grassroots to the Central government. But BOLA TINUBU'S Advisers and Kitchen Cabinet's Members will collect humongous salaries on monthly basis without having any infrastructures on ground that are commensurate to show for the monies appropriated!

Everyone knows that the 21st Century governments of successful economies of  the world are driven by TECHNOLOGY,  SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING but what obtains in Nigeria is ANALOGUE ADMINISTRATION OF SPENT RE-CYCLED POLICY MAKERS who have virtually transported Nigeria back to the STONE AGE BACKWARDNESS!

Nigeria's INDEBTEDNESS to foreign Nations has become a constant embarrassment because those loans CANNOT BE REPAYED IN THE NEXT 40 YEARS except an acceptable government of GRASSROOTS PARLIAMENTARIANS ARE VOTED TO POWER THROUGH REFERENDUM!

BOLA TINUBU HAS ADDED PEPPERS TO INJURY BY ACQUIRING USD$3 BILLION FOREIGN LOAN TO THE NGN46.25 TRILLION NAIRA UNPAID DEBT STOCK!

In a desperate bid to prove that he could turn the tide around after many gaffes since his inauguration: 1. Tinubu instead of stemming Oil Theft that had drastically reduced Nigeria's Crude output to a mere 1.8 million barrels per day instead of 2.2 million to earn more Forex and 2. To repair the FOUR moribund Refineries to come onstream and ERADICATE FURTHER IMPORTATION OF FINISHED PETROLEUM PRODUCTS which has continued to deplete the nation's very low FOREIGN RESERVE encouraged NNPC Ltd. (The famous Four Towers of Corruption) acquire the ACCURSED LOAN only for the poor to suffer the more without palliatives through CNG Buses, Cars, Trucks to improve movement of goods and services!

ALL PROMISED PALLIATIVES ARE PAPER TIGERS WHILE THE USD$3 BILLION DOLLARS ARE SAFELY STATCHED ASIDE TO CATER FOR THE NEEDS OF HIS AIDES AND LIEUTENANTS!

On 20th August 2023, the NNPCL explained off how the FOREIGN LOAN FACILITY collected through the Cairo-based Afrexim Bank would serve as buffer and be disbursed to favour Nigerian POOR MASSES as follows:

What is the $3bn loan about?

The NNPC Ltd secured an emergency $3bn crude oil repayment loan from Afreximbank. This is not a crude-for-refined product swap but an upfront cash loan against proceeds from a limited amount of future crude oil production.

Is this loan risky for NNPC ltd or the Nigerian treasury?

No. The exposure for NNPC Ltd is very limited, covering just a fraction of their entitlements. Additionally, there are no sovereign guarantees tied to this loan.

What’s the benefit of this loan to Nigeria?

The loan will assist NNPC Ltd in settling taxes and royalties in advance. It will also equip the Federal Government with the necessary dollar liquidity to stabilize the Naira, with limited risk.

How will the loan be disbursed?

The funds will be released in stages or tranches based on the specific needs and requirements of the federal government.

Will this loan affect fuel prices?

As strengthened Naira as a result of this initiative will lead to a reduction in fuel costs. This means that if the Naira appreciates in value, the cost of fuel will drop, and further increases will be halted.

What about subsidies? Are they coming back?

No. a stronger Naira will result in lower prices from the current level, making subsidies unnecessary. The deregulation policy remains unchanged.

How will the loan be repaid?

The loan will be repaid against a fraction of proceeds from future crude oil production. It’s a strategic move that ensures a balance between our current economic needs and future production capabilities.

What is the difference between this and previous swap deals?

This is not a crude oil for refined products agreement where the government does not earn any proceeds from the swap.

Is this ‘Ways and Means 2.0’?

Absolutely not. NNPC Ltd is not in the business of printing money and is not a Central Bank. NNPC Ltd is borrowing from third party institutions to repay its taxes and royalties to the treasury (which it would have normally paid) in advance.

The NNPC Limited also urged those who seek further clarification and update on its $3bn Emergency Crude Repayment Loan from Afreximbank, to check the official social media channels of the NNPC Ltd and the government of Nigeria.

WE WILL NOT KEEP QUIET UNTIL THE RIGHT ADMINISTRATORS OF TRUE DEMOCRACY EMERGE FROM AMONG THE GRASSROOTS IN A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT.

Tinubu will NOT get away with this SCAM labeled as "Renewed Hope". He cannot administer Nigeria like Lagos State through ALPHA BETA CONSULTANCY! This is balderdash! "The Soul that sinneth shall surely die!" This is the Word of God!
