NIGERIAN STREET CHILDREN WILL EXPLODE MORE “BOMBS” SOONEST!

Nigeria's Minister of Education was sacked along with other indolent appointees in a lackluster rudderless cabinet of Bola Tinubu - SO WHAT!

What has the sack got to do with the shameful fact that not less than 20 MILLION NIGERIAN CHILDREN ARE ON THE STREETS and Mr. President does not comprehend the calamitous implications to NATIONAL SECURITY because Education is treated with LEVITY in Nigeria! (Please find towards the end, a short expose' on "Allegations of Derelictions against ex-Minister of Education"). Literature on philosophy of education is replete with a variety of definitions of the word “education.” Some scholars define education as: “the transmission of life by the living to the living,” while others define it as “the acquisition of the art of the utilisation of knowledge” (Whitehead, 1962).

Author Hubert Spencer says "Education is complete living"; William B Yeats "Education is not filling a bucket but lightening a fire.;" Horace Mann "Education must bring the practice as nearly as possible to theory;" According to J F Herbert "Education is the development of good moral character."

According to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), one in three Nigerian children is out of school. This totals about 10.2 million children at the primary level and about 8.1 million at the junior secondary school level. 23 Jan 2024.

Nigeria can aptly be described as a country where ILLITERATE POLITICAL JOBBERS thrive successfully because qualitative educational qualification is the least of their problems!

The defective/offensive Military 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic Section 130 (1) (2), 131 (d) stipulate educational requirement for the position of President as "at least School Certificate level or its equivalent" - same applies to all political appointments from Ward level!

Therefore very few past Nigerian leaders - especially at the level of Presidency ever bothered about Sections 18 (1-3 (a-d); which make education from primary to tertiary free and compulsory for citizens:

18 (1) Government shall direct its policy towards ensuring that there are equal and adequate educational opportunities at all levels.

(2) Government shall promote science and technology

3) Government shall strive to eradicate illiteracy; and to this end Government shall as and when practicable provide

(a) Free, compulsory and universal primary education;

(b) Free secondary education;

(c) Free university education; and

(d) Free adult literacy programme.

GENESIS OF OUT-OF-SCHOOL CHILDREN - MOSTLY FROM THE NORTHERN STATES!

While most Southern States especially the West and Mid-West from early Independence in the '60s introduced FREE PRIMARY EDUCATION, the Northern States failed to nurture their youths in any formal education except the Islamic up to the final hand-over of reins of government to the Civil Population by the Nigerian Army in 1999!

SENATOR ALI MODU SHERIFF (SAS) BORNU STATE GOVERNOR (2003-2011).

It is on record that a two -term State Governor, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff contributed largely to the ILLITERACY FAILURE of Borno State Children during his tenure!

He failed to send them to schools to acquire Western Education and by implication turned them into STREET URCHINS who begged for alms for sustenance!

Those children became puns in the hands of Jihadists and eventually metamorphosed into the dreaded BOKO HARAM TERRORISTS WHO HAVE BEEN DETONATING BOMBS ACROSS NIGERIA IN THE PAST 15 YEARS! He allegedly master-minded their activities to boost his political status while in office. Although he denied the accusations severally, there is no way he could absolve himself of the guilt of DENYING those ebullient youths good education which they were entitled to according to the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria!

Compulsory child education is a worldwide phenomenon and Nigeria is not an exception!

UNESCO BENCHMARK FOR GLOBAL EDUCATION.

Despite the apparent commitment, it is crucial to note that the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) recommends that nations allocate at least 26% of their annual budgets to education but Nigeria's Education Budget Allocation always fell below par!

Tinubu’s Government claims to have allocated about 7.9% of the 2024 budget, a bit higher than in previous years. The provision for Universal Basic Education is 11.5% of the total allocation, while 32.1% goes to TETFUND and 56.24% goes to other ministries, departments, and agencies. Over the years, Nigeria paid lip service to National Education in spite of its importance as the bedrock of economic and security engagements/operations and now swallows the bitter pills of daily insecurity of lives and property! However, the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) President disclosed recently that only 6% of Nigeria’s 2024 Budget was allocated to EDUCATION!

ALLEGATIONS OF DERELICTION OF DUTY AGAINST EX-MINISTER OF EDUCATION!

A Non-Governmental Agency (NGO), Education for Accelerated Development (EDAD) stated recently that Prof. Tahir Mamman's SACK was long overdue.

According to the Group, “Mamman was on a mission to reverse the 'gains' made in the education sector in recent times"!

Some critical reasons for the minister's dismissal, WHICH DID NOT INCLUDE REHABILITATION OF 20 MILLION NIGERIAN STREET CHILDREN according to the NGO are as follows:

* "providing misinformation leading to diplomatic conflict," which strained relations between Nigeria, Benin Republic, and Togo.

* "claims about the accreditation of universities in Benin were deemed inaccurate, because only three institutions were accredited when over 50 actually hold this status."

* “mishandling foreign students’ participation in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme, causing thousands to be denied entry into the programme."

 * “conflicts among major educational bodies, including the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB)"

* “inefficiencies in the accreditation processes, a controversial 18-year minimum age policy for university admissions that resulted in lawsuits, and a lack of cooperation with fellow officials, which contributed to operational inefficiencies within the Ministry."

NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT TINUBU'S ADMINISTRATION!

Who is sacking Who? From the onset of this administration the entire population of Nigeria condemned negative policies of an un-prepared President Tinubu who WAS sacked in THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION BY THE CITIZENS FOR POLICY GAFFES ON THE DAY OF HIS INVESTITUTURE - 29TH MAY 2023!

He does not possess the “locus standi” to sack unproductive team mates who could not deliver DIVIDENDS OF DEMOCRACY IN 14 MONTHS OF AN ADMINISTRATION THAT HAS GULPED BILLIONS OF $US DOLLARS IN TAXPAYERS MONEY ON CONCURRENT INSTEAD CAPITAL EXPENDITURES?

Is this not a case of the POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK?

There's only one OPTION open to Mr.Tinubu: HE MUST LISTEN TO THE PATRIOTS DEMANDS FOR SOLUTION TO NIGERIA'S SEEMINGLY INTRACTABLE PROBLEMS – WHICH IS, THE INSTITUTION OF A ONE HOUSE (UNICAMERAL) PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM THROUGH REFERENDUM!

These eminent group of elders in the Society have lent their voices to the very SALIENT DEMAND and WE EXPECT THAT TINUBU WILL BE WISE ENOUGH TO ACTUALIZE IT BEFORE THE MONTH OF MAY 2025 which will be exactly NINE MONTHS from the visit to Aso Villa by the Patriots!

HE HAS NO OTHER OPTION! MAY THE GOOD LORD SAVE HIM THAT HE DOES THE NEEDFUL!

NIGERIA ON THE VERGE OF ECONOMIC SUICIDE THROUGH ONE MAN'S DISOBEDIENCE!

"For as through the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one shall the many be made righteous. Clearly, through one person's disobedience humanity became sinful, and through one person's obedience humanity will receive God's approval."(Romans, 5:19). PETROLEUM SUBSIDY was not a CURSE to Nigeria’s economy but a BLESSING to the critical mass of its citizens who lived in abject POVERTY!

Subsidies had been in place since the 1970s, when the government sold petrol to Nigerians at a price below cost – though most consumers weren't aware of this. The 1977 Price Control Act made it illegal for some products (including petrol) to be sold above the regulated price. Consecutive military juntas which were in power for almost 30 years did not remove subsidy because petroleum products especially PMS, were the only dividends enjoyed by the masses whose liberty and freedom had been abrogated with the suspension of the Nigerian Constitution!

AND from 1999 until 28th May 2023, Petroleum Subsidy regime subsisted in spite of obnoxious/incessant pump price increases.

BY ONE MAN'S DISOBEDIENCE HELL WAS LET LOOSE ON; NIGERIA’S ECONOMY!

ON THE MORNING OF 29th May 2023, the "INVESTITURE DAY OF ONE MAN - PRESIDENT BOLA TINUBU" NIGERIA'S ECONOMIC LANDSCAPE TURNED FROM SUBLIME TRANQUILITY TO CHAOS AND TREPIDATION ACROSS THE LENGTH & BREATH OF THE NATION THROUGH THE ARBITRARY REMOVAL OF PETROL SUBSIDY!

While Tinubu continued His ECONOMIC DESTABILIZATION SPEECH at the Eagle Square Venue of the swearing-in-ceremony, Petroleum Marketers immediately adjusted pump price which plummeted from N195 naira per litre to N617 and presently in October 2024 sells at between N1, 080 - N1, 200 naira across the entire federation!

BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT THROUGH THE UNICAMERAL (ONE HOUSE) PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT THAT WOULD DEBUT VERY SOON THROUGH DIVINE INTERVENTION, A CHOSEN MAN'S OBEDIENCE WILL RESTORE SANITY INTO THE ECONOMIC ARCHITECTURE!

THE DISCOVERY OF CRUDE IN NIGERIA!

Oil was reportedly first discovered in Bayelsa State, in the Niger Delta, in 1956. According to the Organization of the Petroleum Export Countries (OPEC), Nigeria currently has the world's tenth largest crude oil reserves and is the world's thirteenth-largest producer of crude oil.

A MISNOMER IN GOVERNMENT!

Bola Tinubu like US Donald Trump is a multi- billionaire adventurist businessman who believed he could gamble to add political power at the highest level of government to his laurels and actually "succeeded" through a corrupt/manipulated system!

He has no business in government and that is why he failed woefully from the onset by putting the WRONG FOOT FORWARD THROUGH AN UNCEREBRAL SPONTANEOUS POLICY DECISION OF REMOVAL OF PETROL SUBSIDY WITH NEITHER CABINET MINISTERS NOR AN ECONOMIC ADVISORY TEAM WHICH WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THE DISASTROUS AND CATASTROPHIC EFFECTS CURRENTLY RAVAGING THE VERY POOR MASSES!

And Whereas Mr.Tinubu had been Leader of the APC Ruling Party's from 2015 and was aware of the fact that his predecessor in office rtd Major General Muhammadu Buhari was the Military leader who supervised over a very corrupt system which earned Nigeria the worst of negative international indexes because monies were borrowed to satiate the reckless and luxurious lifestyles of the politicians while the very poor masses wallow in squalor!

129 MILLION NIGERIAN CITIZENS ARE TRAPPED IN POVERTY SAYS WORLD BANK!

The World Bank, a major lender to Nigeria has confirmed in a recent 2024 Report that 129 million Nigerians are trapped in poverty to confirm a previous report in November 2022 by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), that 133 million Nigerians faced MULTI-DIMENSIONAL POVERTY in spite of the avalanche of borrowed monies in circulation and that the nation's official currency (NAIRA), was among the worst performing in the world!

*Debt owed to World Bank in 2024 is USD$16.5bn dollars!

According to the World Bank's latest financial statements, Nigeria's exposure to the IDA surged by 14.4 per cent, rising from $14.3bn in fiscal year 2023 to $16.5bn in fiscal year 2024, thus becoming World Bank's IDA third-largest debtor!

World Bank’s International Development Association (IDA) works with a large network of global, regional and local partners to reach poorest people and deliver sustainable result.

NIGERIA'S NAIRA IS AMONG THE MOST WORTHLESS IN THE WORLD! Says World Bank.

An October heart-rending media report by Africa's Pulse states that the NAIRA was prominent on the list of worst-performing currencies in Sub-Saharan Africa in 2024, according to the World's Apex Bank,!

The official currency which exchanges between N1,637.96 - N1, 684.640 to 1 US Dollar, further depreciated late August 2024, by approximately 43 per cent year-to-date, making it one of the region’s weakest currencies alongside the Ethiopian birr and South Sudanese pound.

 According to analysts, several factors, including surging demand for US dollars in the parallel market, limited dollar inflows, and delays in foreign exchange disbursements by Nigeria’s Central Bank.

The World Bank’s report further highlighted that demand for dollars, driven by financial institutions, non-financial end-users, and money managers, has exacerbated the pressure on the naira.

“By August 2024, the Ethiopian birr, Nigerian naira, and South Sudanese pound were among the worst performers in the region. The Nigerian naira continued losing value, with a year-to-date depreciation of about 43 per cent as of end-August.

“Surges in demand for US dollars in the parallel market, driven by financial institutions, money managers, and non-financial end-users, combined with limited dollar inflows and slow foreign exchange disbursements to currency exchange bureaus by the central bank explain the weakening of the naira", the report further expatiated.

NIGERIA IS ALSO INDEBTED TO THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND! (IMF).

In 1986 under General Ibrahim Babangida's rule, Nigeria initiated its first IMF loan request under the conditions of a Structural Adjustment Program (SAP). SAP refers to the conditionality attached to an IMF loan given to a country, implemented to ensure that the country will establish institutional changes and economic reforms that will facilitate timely repayment.

In July 1986, the structural adjustment program was established under several conditions:

* First, reduce Nigeria's dependence on the oil sector;

* Second, maintain a medium term balance of payment;

* Third, construct a minimal non-inflationary economic growth structure;

* And lastly, aim to reduce unproductive investments.

These stipulations were attempts to promote domestic production, decrease dependency on the oil market, and lessen import needs.

Since 1987, Nigeria has participated in IMF loan arrangements on February 3, 1989, January 9, 1991, August 4, 2000, and most recently, in 2020 a $3.4 billion IMF loan, reaching 100 percent of its national quota. Ultimately, in 1986, Nigeria decided against supporting the $2.4 billion loan from the IMF due to political tensions and the domestic resistance against the IMF's conditions to eliminate the petroleum subsidy and to devalue the naira.

Nigeria has received a loan of $3.4billion from the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The loan was given to support the country's efforts to address the adverse economic impact of the coronavirus and the fall in the price of oil, Nigeria's major export commodity.

WORLD BANK ALSO SAYS IT WOULD TAKE NIGERIA NOT LESS THAN 15 YEARS TO GET OUT OF THE WOODS!

PRESIDENT TINUBU MUST REVERSE ALL UNWORKABLE ECONOMIC POLICIES, YIELD TO THE PATRIOTS/CITIZENS DEMANDS FOR A PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM THROUGH REFERENDUM WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY!

A DISORGANIZED AND CORRUPT NIGERIAN JUDICIARY WILL SET NIGERIA ON FIRE!

The new Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon Mr. Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun (MFR), should be held responsible for the ongoing imbroglio in Rivers State following conflicting State and Federal Courts Judgments in respect of procedure for Local Government Elections!

Massive destruction of lives and properties, conflagration of strategic State structures and bloodshed erupted as the Nigeria Police Force withdrew its security apparatuses of men and armory from the public space in "obedience to the Federal Court order from Abuja" which banned the elections on 5th October 2024! And whereas, there was an earlier State High Court order which granted a go-ahead for the elections to hold on the appointed date 5th October 2024 by the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC)!

The Chief Justice should have put her house in order! The erring High Court Judge in Abuja who was not superior to his counterpart in Rivers State should have been queried to avoid the current disaster being witnessed! Courts of co-ordinate jurisdiction are never in conflict in order climes except in Nigeria where there is no longer a demarcation between politicking and professionalism!

THE SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT ON LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS?

On July 11, 2024, the Supreme Court delivered a landmark judgment affirming the financial autonomy of Nigeria's 774 Local Government Councils. The verdict will enable Local Governments to make decisions and take actions without needing approval from State Governments adding that local governments can now manage their finances, collect revenues, and allocate resources without state government interference.

PART TWO OF THE JUDICIARY DERELICTION OF DUTY IN RIVERS STATE!

The Nigerian Judiciary pretends not to be aware of the feud between the current minister of the Federal Capital Territory Mr. Nyesom Wike erstwhile Rivers State Governor and the incumbent Governor Siminalayi Fubara due to the insistence of the former to still hold on to power by PROXY!

AND WHEREAS THE FOLLOWING FACTS ARE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN!

1. Following the ensuing power tussle between the duo, 27 pro-Wike Legislators out of the 32-State House of Assembly members defected from the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), to the Federal Government's All Progressives Congress which appointed Wike as minister!

2. The development debuted in court litigation and their SEATS were declared VACANT! The High Court also ordered that fresh elections be conducted for new candidates to fill the vacant posts!

3. In the process of time, Governor Fubara forged ahead with FIVE Legislators in continuation of State duties and eventually in December 2023, presented a Budget of N800 billion naira which was approved by the Legislators who did not constitute the mandatory ONE THIRD Constitutional Provisions.

4. Appeal Court voids Rivers’ 2024 budget, affirms Wike-backed lawmakers, speaker A three-judge panel of the Court of Appeal ruled in favour of FCT minister Nyesom Wike-backed state lawmakers on Thursday. October 10, 2024

Media Report - Premium Times:

The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Thursday affirmed a lower court’s decision nullifying the Rivers State’s 2024 budget signed into law and being operated by Governor Siminalayi Fubara.

The N800 billion budget passed in December 2023 by a faction of the fractured state’s House of Assembly consisting of four lawmakers led by Edison Ehie. The faction is loyal to Governor Fubara.

A three-judge panel of the Court of Appeal led by Joseph Oyewole unanimously affirmed the House’s faction led by Speaker Martin Amaewhule as the legitimate legislative authority, which had earlier invalidated the state’s 2024 budget.. .

Mr Oyewole made the pronouncements after dismissing the appeal filed by Governor Fubara against the 22 January decision of the Federal High Court in Abuja.

5. Although Governor Fubara is now in a dilemma but from all available reports he would not yield any grounds! According to him the 27 Legislators do not exist in the eyes of the LAW and therefore had no power to abrogate the State Budget!

6. Fubara is believed to be heading for the Supreme Court which may not reverse decision of the Appeal Court and is likely to expose himself to imminent impeachment action except a miracle occurs!

Until the obnoxious, defective and offensive 1999 Military Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is abrogated, more States could still experience arson, conflagration or incidenciary of an unprecedented nature! The ONE HOUSE Parliamentary System of Government in Nigeria is closer than the PESSIMISTS think!

The Three Tiers of the Nigerian Government i.e., the Executive, Legislature and the Judiciary are still being manipulated through the 24-year-old maligned Constitution! Administrative impunity coupled with political rascality had been the order of the day from 29th May 1999 and with increasing rapidity has consumed the 36 States of Federation!

Flagrant disobedience to orders/ judgments from the lower to the apex courts by government institutions and influential citizens are unabated!

RIVERS STATE IS IN CURRENTLY IN THE EYE OF THE STORM!

Following two conflicting High Court orders in the month of September 2024 in respect of the convening of local government elections, contending "power brokers" in Rivers State decided to take laws into their hands and subsequently inflicted more suffering on the unfortunate innocent citizens who became victims of political thugs who also vandalized Strategic structures in three local governments areas of the State because the October 5th 2024 date of the State High Court was observed!

SOLUTION TO THE DEBACLE!

Some un-informed Nigerians have suggested that President Bola Tinubu to whom Wike holds allegiance should arbitrate! No no no! He is already compromised! Others believe that Rivers Elders and past Governors could influence the lock jam! Impossible, they are divided along Party lines with total allegiance to their principals!

THE SOLUTION IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!

Nigeria and its SOVEREIGN CITIZENS are bigger and more precious than Tinubu and those very ungrateful Rivers opportunists who have nothing to lose!

OUR VERDICT!

Whether Tinubu would re-shuffle a non-performing cabinet or not, WIKE should be kicked out of office and probed immediately while his godson, Fubara should be impeached and probed without delay! WHY ARE NIGERIAN PRESIDENTS SO OBSESSED WITH TRANSIENT POWER?

In his eight-year tenure as civilian president of Nigeria retired general, OLUSEGUN AREMU OBASANJO kept the office of the Presidency to his chest without relinquishing it for one second to his Vice, Atiku Abubakar even when he had to travel abroad on several occasions!

And in spite of the fact that he had ruled as military head of state following the assassination of General Murtala Mohammed on 13th February 1976, for THREE YEARS, he still desired a Third Term in office after 2007 in other to accumulate more wealth!

Late UMARU 'YAR ARDUA - who succeeded Obasanjo, 2007 in spite of his very weak health condition held tightly to the office without ever handing over to his Vice, Goodluck Jonathan until he suddenly passed in a foreign country, in 2010!

And having completed the joint ticket from 2010-2011, Jonathan refused to step down but stubbornly contested that year's election, won and ruled until 2015, without handing over to his Vice, Namadi Sambo during all overseas journeys! In that same year, Jonathan believed he was still entitled to "a second term" and therefore slugged it out with retired General Muhammadu Buhari who overthrew him to rule for eight years!

 Mr Buhari was forced to hand over to his Vice Professor 'Yemi Osibajo only once when his health condition was very critical but REVERSED almost all executive decisions taken by Osibajo during his inevitable absence!

PRESIDENT BOLA TINUBU HAS FOLLOWED SUIT BY FORGETTING THAT NIGERIA'S PRESIDENCY IS NOT FAMILY INHERITANCE!!!

President Tinubu travelled out of Nigeria to oversea countries in not less than 21 times since assumption office on 29th May 2023, but did not hand over to his Vice Kashim Shettima for once!

Following his abysmal 64th Independence broadcast which was massively criticized for not addressing salient burning issues of unabated insecurity, abject poverty and hunger in Nigeria sequel to his inauguration blabbing of removal of fuel subsidy, merging of the forex regime and floating of the official currency (Naira);

AND IN SPITE OF FALUIRE TO ACT ON ALL CITIZENS DEMANDS - in respect of #END BAD GOVERNANCE PROTESTS (AUGUST 1-10, 2024), & FEARLESS IN OCTOBER (OCTOBER 1, 2024)........Tinubu flew out of Nigeria on Wednesday 2nd October 2024, on a two-week annual holiday and DAMNED ANY CONSEQUENCES FROM THE CITIZENS AND LABOR UNIONS THAT ARE GEARING UP FOR A NATION-WIDE PROTEST!

This is the same Tinubu whose election into office was very questionable with his mere 37 percent margin! The man whose fore/local educational certification was marred by alleged forgeries contrary to Sections 137.

(1) A person shall not be qualified for election to the office of President if - AND;

(j) he has presented a forged certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission; of the 1999 Military Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria!

DECLARATION OF ASSETS LIABILITIES, OATH OF ALLEGIANCE/OFFICE SHROUDED IN ABSOLUTE SECRECY CONTRARY TO Section 140. (1) A person elected to the office of President shall not begin to perform the functions of that office until he has declared his assets and liabilities as prescribed in this Constitution and he has taken and subscribed the Oath of Allegiance and the oath of office prescribed in the Seventh Schedule to this Constitution.

(2) The oaths aforesaid shall be administered by the Chief Justice of Nigeria or the person for the time being appointed to exercise the functions of that office.

IRREVERSIBLE UNCERTAINTIES OF LIFE!!

There are two irreversible certainties that confront humanity - first, certainty of DEATH and second, the inability to transport earthly WEALTH to Heaven!

The Biblical Truth states that we brought nothing to the world and surely will take nothing out! The race for both legitimate and dubious acquisition of wealth is most rampant amongst Nigerian political leaders. Why would Constitutional Provisions be deliberately and brazenly impinged in the process of relinquishing political position either temporarily or permanently by Nigerian President.

Tinubu hardly read his Independence speech before that he boarded the "new” N160 billion naira presidential jet & headed for UK for a 2-week " holiday (or medical treatment?), according to official sources!

The other time when he was away for 18 days in September from China to UAE and secretly to a London Hospital... but was caught on camera...... And now he is back to complete what he started!

NO NIGERIAN PRESIDENT - PAST OR PRESENT - EVER PREPARED TO SERVE THE PEOPLE FAITHFULLY!

We make bold to say that there are no poor presidents or politicians in Nigeria! All of them are multi-billionaires because they are operating a capitalist system of government in a developing nation saddled with so much underdevelopment due to the reckless lifestyles of those in power - who failed to provide any form of dividends!

Was it not time for them to borrow a leaf from a URUGUAY'S President described as the POOREST IN THE WORLD because of true love and commitment to the plight of his Citizens! Below are few excerpts from his biography according to Wikipedia:
