NEWBREED YOUTHS SHOULD EXUDE SUNNY EXUBERANCE ON NIGERIAN POLITICS!

Serious-minded global youths - including the fresh " Not Too Young To Run" group in Nigeria, represent the boisterous, energetic, pushful, powerful, athletic, aggressive, restless, adventurous, innovative, extrovetish and exuberant CRITICAL MASS, which always rejected negativity in the line of their exuberant/probing minds! And there is nothing wrong in their kind of attitudinal expressions, provided they were not selfishly motivated, but intended for the good of their entire populace!

We congratulate the resilient initiators of the Bill, now an Act of Parliament, effective from Thursday, 31st May, 2018, when it was signed into law by President Muhammadu Buhari, to assuage additional youth restiveness in the country!

These are the youths whom we described as the FIRST CATEGORY, in our 246th Edition of 29th April, 2018; as follows: "Patriotic and determined youths, who believe in acquiring good education in order to give back to the society."  They can now vie for the highest political office of President at age 35 instead of 40, and that of member of the House of Representatives and State Houses of Assembly, at 25, as now constitutionally amended!

With their new status they needed to quickly imbibe the sterling qualities, tradition and culture of Planet SUN, which has remained a blessing to the Earth and its inhabitant from the beginning of creation: "For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. (Psalm.84:11).

The immense qualities of the flaming hot ball of the sky that strides majestically in the orbit, millions of kilometres from the Earth, daily to blaze a trail of fiery fire and the brightest kind of crystal light of medicinal proportion and with sanitation qualities/effects across the universe - from East to West continually, cannot be over emphasized and should be emulated by these trail blazers! As it has always pleased GOD to consistently care, cater, succour, provide and support His creation, whom he commanded to be fruitful, multiply, subdue and have dominion over the entire Planet Earth, so these newbreed youths should complement the WILL OF GOD ON EARTH AS IT IS DONE IN HEAVEN!

Just as the Sun, which is symbolic of constancy and God's glory, invigorates, man, animal, supports the growth of vegetation/crops and releases the daily HEALING BALM in its daily missionary duties; so should the brand new youths engage themselves in various profitable SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, of the APC administration, beginning from the rural communities by interpreting government intervention programmes to grassroot citizens and involve them in making good living wages that would eventually  terminate poverty from among the peasants!

DIVINELY-ASSIGNED DUTIES OF THE SUN!
World environmental sanitation begins with the Sun. Without this divine phenomenon in the sky, all forms of existence and lives on Earth would have gone into extinction!
Scientists have discovered the immense quality of SOLAR ENERGY which is renewable as the greatest gift of God to mankind and have sourced domesticated electricity for driving dams turbines, thermal energy, irrigation, street/house lightings, car batteries, solar-powered cars, trains, ships and most recently, SOLAR AIRCRAFT!
THESE NEWBREED YOUTHS CAN FUNCTION LIKE THE SUN AND REMAIN THE NEEDED CATALYST OF CHANGE IN THE UNITED STATES OF NIGERIA (USN)!

WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER YOUTHS?
BUT, there are Boko Haram youths who have been brain-washed and induced through hard drugs to resist all entreaties to surrender to the Federal troops in the recalcitrant North East insurgency!
They are perishing in their scores as SUICIDE BOMBERS through religious deceits of eternal life in Heaven!

There are militant "avenger" youths in the Niger Delta, who have completely ruined their farmlands rivers, seas and oceans through vandalization of the crude oil pipe lines which contents were discharged as they violently and consistently "protested" against marginalization of their region by consecutive governments at the centre! There are others - CULTISTS, in Rivers State, who relish in decapitating their victims during electoral political/ethnic clashes and have littered their landscape with shallow graves of HUMAN SKULLS and there are yet still those who are professional/mercenaries, thugs, herdsmen killers, assassins, religious fanatics, who are ready to foment crisis at any time, provided the fees are right!

NOT TOO YOUNG TO RUN GROUP MUST WORK LIKE PLANET SUN!
Plagues, epidemics, pestilences, diseases etc, would have destroyed human, animal, birds/insects and vegetation existence from Planet Earth if the SUN had shirked its responsibilities of providing regular HEAT, WARMTH which are the harbingers of good weather/healthy life/food security to all global inhabitants!

These fresh youths, who are bubbling with new patriotic ideas, must realise, like we have always advocated, that nothing good comes easy and like the Sun, begin to affect lives through massive Community/ Civic/Voter education, to eradicate stark ILLITERACY from the 11 million street children and their over 800.000 counterparts in the various IDP Camps, according to a May, 2018 statistics by Child Right Advocate, Cynthia Mbamalu, a patriotic youth with great passion for child education!
NOW THAT THEY HAVE GOTTEN THEIR HEARTS DESIRE,"WHAT ARE THEY GONNA DO WITH IT?"
We remain unconvinced that the initial motivational factor for the formulation of the Bill was not the pecuniary urge to share out of the NATIONAL CAKE - which is the corrupted description of looting our collective PATRIMONY with impunity through fake politicking and bad governance!

Therefore these YOUTHS will have to convince us, the poor masses and all patriotic citizens, at home and abroad of their good intentions if they would waste no time in quickly embarking on the following assignments:
Correct the ills of administrative stealing of government funds through annual Budget paddings, insertions, re-writing, re- inventing, re-creation, etc, which legislators claim is their constitutional and inalienable rights whereas, it is an open fact that Budget formulation/preparation is the constitutional right of the EXECUTIVE according to the same 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria!
Moot another Bill for the scrapping of the SENATE before the expiration of the FIRST tenure of  the Change Administration and follow it up with the same ZEAL and  REQUEST FOR A SINGLE PARLIAMENT OF 74 Parliamentarians who would work on part-time bases!
Begin ORIENTATION ADVOCACY for the set of BAD youths mentioned above, who are constantly despoiling the good image of this nation through their nefarious activities.
Ensure that henceforth, wastages in government at all levels are blocked through constant monitoring of official appropriations and expenditures of both elected and appointed officials who must be ready to give account of their stewardship at any given time!
Constitute themselves into Watchdogs and Whistle Blowers in respect of the security challenges of proliferation of small arms through the nation's porous borders, killer herdsmen menace and expose those who sponsor the heinous crimes in partnership with law enforcement agencies for quick dispensation of justice against them!
They MUST support Labour Unions in constructive agitations for better conditions of service -   especially now that they are clamouring for N55, 600, as minimum national wage for each worker in view of the fluctuating inflationary effects on the economy!
They should encourage fellow youths to seize all opportunities of the Special Intervention Programmes (SIP), of the APC Administration - especially the N-Power and the Anchors Borrowers Programme for all farmers which has now transferred wealth creation to the Rural people!

All eyes at home and the Diaspora are on these new set of new Nigerians whom most people believe are true agents of CHANGE which is the slogan/hallmark of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Government and would surely partner with the administration to completely turn the economy around and chase poverty out of Nigeria before the year 2020!
As it is written, “TO WHOM MUCH IS GIVEN, MUCH IS EXPECTED!"

THE STOLEN MACE UTTERED A SPEECH THAT MADE NIGERIAN SENATORS CRINGED WITH FEAR!
[IN COMMEMORATION OF THE 3RD ANNIVERSARY OF THE APC RULING GOVERNMENT: 29TH MAY, 2015 - 29TH MAY, 2018.]

The Red Chambers' dumb Golden Mace had to undertake a forceful round-trip journey of about FIVE KILOMETRES from its sacred home at the National Assembly (NASS), Three Arms Zone, Garki to the City Gate, Airport Road and back to teach the legislators how to work with fear and with trembling as servants of the people!

Some hoodlums with hidden arms, on their bodies broke into the Senate Chambers at plenary on 19th April, 2018 seized the Mace, the symbol of authority, just like in a movie drama, dashed out of National Assembly (NASS), Complex (which boasts of 250 security details), into waiting vehicles, and pronto, vanished into thin air!

Although security agents were lucky to recover the Mace where it was abandoned at the CITY GATE within 24 hours, one great lesson that the over-bearing legislators have learnt from the dumb piece of furniture was that  NONE OF THEM WAS SAFE FROM THE CALAMITIES that have befallen the nation except they were united with the EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIARY to win the battle headlong!

LEGISLATORS POSITION BEFORE THE MACE WAS STOLEN!
From the onset of the successful "coup de tat", of 9th June 2015, the Senate legislators behaved as overlords, barons, knights and blue blood royalties over the entire citizens; but have now realised that they are not better SECURED than the talakawas who they always despised as common street urchins!
They always felt superior to the other TWO ARMS of government - EXECUTIVE and JUDICIACY and had rode rough-shod over them by brandishing their CONSTITUTIONAL POWERS OF OVERSIGHT FUNCTIONS like a "magic wand"; but have now realised that the DOCTRINE OF SEPARATION OF POWERS, was binding on them!
In spite of the fact that the All Progressives Congress (APC), has majority members in both Chambers, their members connived to counter all moves to better the lots of the down-trodden; until they realised the remarkable achievements of three years of various SPECIAL INTERVENTION PROGRAMMES of a determined administration inspite of their "bad belle"! Within the short period of three years, - and in spite of an inherited debt of N12.1 trillion/deficit economy and an almost empty Treasury - the Federal Government had spent an unprecedented allocation of N12.7 TRILLION on infrastructure (roads, energy efficiency, especially in power and petroleum industry; manufacturing, transportation, macroeconomic environment, SMEs, etc), as dividends of democracy, under the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP), for the benefit of the poor masses!
These fake APC legislators and their cohorts were critical of the ruling government on virtually all administrative issues as if they were the OPPOSITION; but have now realised, as elections come closer that they had to close ranks in order to survive the HOLOCAUST that was about to SWEEP OUT all oppositions of the DIVINE GOVERNMENT of President Buhari!
According to them INSECURITY was not being tackled adequately by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, with all his WAR experiences and he was so blamed at every opportunity; until the GOLDEN MACE was stolen right under their WATCH at plenary and in broad daylight!
They believed that the war against CORRUPTION was one-sided, because most of them were neck-deep in the despicable act; until they realised that the present administration was no respecter of any citizen - elite or commoner!
When the killer herdsmen/militia groups invaded virtually all the 36 States, especially the Middle Belt Region of the nation from 1st January, 2018, and continued consistently and unabated, the legislators were quick to blame ineptitude of the Executive and all law enforcement agencies for the crisis. They even called on the President to sack all security chiefs and replace them with fresh men with new ideas, while they nested in their COSY ABUJA HOMES - without visiting their CONSTITUENCIES for on the spot assessments, condolences or even empathic supports and  proffer solutions!

INSENSIBILITY AND SELFISHNESS OF NASS LEGISLATORS: 29TH MAY, 2015 - 29TH MAY, 2018!
During the past three trying years, APC legislators, especially, "distinguished" Senators of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, have held the ruling APC Government by the jugular through all manners of political grandstanding because Mr. President said at inauguration, "I am for nobody and I am for everybody"! Ranging from delays in ministerial approvals and in many cases, total refusal to assent appointments of heads of parastatals/agencies and ambassadorial nominees, who would run the engine of the administration at home and abroad, to delays in attending to annual budgets due to selfish motivations: doctoring, paddings, insertions, re-writing and re-inventions of the sacred document, which oversights, they have always claimed was their constitutional birthright!

For instance, the 2016 Appropriation Document, the very first one prepared by the new government, was deliberately kept in the cooler for almost SIX MONTHS, during which the legislators satisfied their ego, before they forwarded it to the President for assent! That deliberate delay generated a lot of furore between the two Arms, but the document had to be assented with the proviso that all grey/unacceptable paddings MUST be ironed out in the cause of the execution of the WORKING DOCUMENT, to avoid further sufferings of the downtrodden, who were always at the receiving end of government lapses! The trend continued into 2017, when the national budget was passed for assent in JUNE and that of the inflated deficit 2018 edition, [N8.6 to 9.1 trillion], was just passed for presidential assent on Friday, 26th May, 2018, in spite of the fact that the President, on 7th November, 2017, requested that the constitutionally-recommended annual budget year of January to December, should be re-introduced when the document was presented to the joint chambers of the National Assembly!

NGOZI IWEALLA UNMASKS LEGISLATIVE BUDGET ROBBERS!
In her recently-published book titled, "Fighting Corruption Is Dangerous: The Story Behind  the Headlines", former Minister of Finance until 29th May, 2015, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iwealla, claimed that legislators of the National Assembly, collected a whooping sum of N17 billion from the Executive as election expenses before passing the 2015 Budget for presidential assent! She disclosed that the leadership of NASS, working through various committees, manipulated the 2015 Budget for their own gains, adding that the initial addition was N20 billion, as 2015 ELECTION EXPENSES before it was eventually beat down to N17 billion through blackmail and arm twisting, before it was finally passed! "Senators and Representatives felt that their role as appropriators of the budget was not just to vet and approve budget parameters and oversee budget implementation, but also to shape the size and content of the budgets, including details of specific projects, adding that in spite of NASS operational budget which had ballooned to N150 billion or 16% of total budget, they would brook no discussions or challenges on the issue; they were  concerned largely about three things - the size of its own budget; the nature and the size of the capital budget, particularly investment projects; and the number of geographical location of the projects," she added!

OUR COMMENT! Ngozi's lamentation is much belated! As a distinguished academician of global repute and exposure, former Vice President and Corporate Secretary of the World Bank, we condemned her acceptance of the Finance portfolio from ex-President Jonathan, having been earlier disgraced out of the same office during Obasanjo's Administration and advised her resign so as not to soil her image and "ERMINE FUR COAT"; but, like the stupid fly, she followed the PDP CORPSE into the grave! Since the demise of the failed government, Iwealla had been accused of various forms of acts of corruption which have diminished her status at home and the Diaspora - she needs more than her new book to keep her "ERMINE FUR COAT PURE AND SPOTLESS!" [Please read our Vol. 2. No. 68. of 30-11-14 Edition.]

COULD THE LEGISLATORS LEOPARD CHANGE ITS SPOTS? MAYBE!
Nigerians cannot quickly forget the National Assembly coupist who despised the blessings of the President and PARTY ELDERS to launch themselves into "IGNOMINY" on 9th June, 2015, in both Green and Red Chambers! The names of Saraki, Dogara, Dino Melaye, Ali Ndume, and Ike Ekeremadu; leading the pack of N-PDP opposition opportunists, will remain indelible in the annals of the Nigerian history! They were vehemently opposed to the ONE BILLION DOLLAR SECURITY FUND, approved by the National Economic Council (NEC), to purchase military hardware and equipments to completely rout the Boko Haram terrorism in the North East and even threatened to "IMPEACH" the President for having paid part of the money to the United States Government without their authorization!

But now, they have become friendlier with the Executive as legislative delegations have been visiting the State House, regularly and frequently! The latest had to do with Senator Saraki's 10-man delegation which protested against a plan to implicate the principal officer in a criminal offence; though the Senate had earlier condemned the Inspector General of Police as unfit for any public office because he failed on TWO occasions to answer to their "SUMMONS"!

Also, after a closed-door meeting with all Service Chiefs during the week, in which the nation's security situation was re-appraised by both parties, the Senate advised government to raise a Supplementary Budget which will be promptly approved to meet the urgent needs of the Armed Forces and the Police, in order to end all security challenges across the country! Unity among the three arms of government is most recommended at this critical period of the consolidation of economic gains of THREE YEARS, successes recorded in the war against corruption and the certainty that all forms of insurgency would surely cease because, the HAND OF THE LORD IS UPON THIS NATION CALLED UNITED STATES OF NIGERIA! As it was written, "Two are better than one;................. and a threefold cord is not quickly broken’’ (Eccl 3:9-12).

PRESIDENT BUHARI'S IMMUNITY IS INFERIOR TO THAT OF THE NIGERIAN JUDGE!

PRESIDENT BUHARI'S IMMUNITY IS INFERIOR TO THAT OF THE NIGERIAN JUDGE!

Although the solid foundation for the total eradication of corruption from the Nigerian polity has been laid by the present APC Administration through the option of a TREASURY SINGLE ACCOUNT (TSA), and other strict economic policies which make it totally impossible for any pilferer, no matter how deft, to steal a kobo from the dedicated account without being detected, judges of THE JUDICIARY, which is acclaimed as "last hope of the common man", can collect bribes, falsify documents and retire to enjoy their loots unchallenged!

Is it not very glaring that the present "immunity status" of judges was cleverly inserted as a bargain by some of the judicial officers who drafted and crafted the bogus 1999 Document to suit the whims and caprices of the Military? They had to immunize themselves from prosecutions over crimes and criminalities blatantly committed at the BENCH! Or, how do you explain that law enforcement agents cannot arrest any JUDGE over any allegation of crime without first seeking permission from the Nigeria Judicial Council (NJC), which members, eminent jurists, who unless, convinced that such judges actually erred, would grant permission for his arrest and subsequent prosecution before other judges who, after some judicial rigmarole, would eventually set them free! The African adage says “an empty mouth does not make CRUNCHY NOISE"

For the PRESIDENT, Chapter VIII, Part II, Section 308 (1) (3), of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Constitution 1999, as amended stipulates that he shall be immune from criminal prosecution while in office. However CIVIL litigation could be instituted against him according to 308 (2)! The Vice President, Governors and their deputies also enjoy same immunity!

But for the JUDICIARY, the 1999 Constitution in the THIRD SCHEDULE Part I, Section 21 (a) - (i), recognise the Nigeria Judicial Council (NJC), as the only body, responsible to RECOMMEND to the President, the removal from office of Judges and to EXCERCISE disciplinary control over such officers from office (often without prosecution); therefore every complaint against them MUST first be reported to the body for necessary action and sanctions?

Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, of the Supreme Court, was one of the SEVEN Judges whose homes were raided by the DSS, in a "Sting Operation", on 8th/9th October, 2016, and was eventually arraigned for prosecution on a 13- count charge of money laundering and passport fraud by the office of the Attorney General of the Federation until his recent discharge and acquittal in March, 2018, by a member of the revered fraternity!
Justice John Tosho, of an Abuja High Court, ruled that, "the pre-condition for instituting charges against a judicial officer were not met before Justice Ngwuta was brought to court, because a serving judge could not be investigated or prosecuted without being first disciplined by the National Judicial Council according to the provision of section 158, sub-section I and paragraph 21 (8) of the third schedule of the Constitution!

When, for the very first time the Department for State Services (DSS), of the Federal Government of Nigeria executed a successful STING OPERATION on suspected corrupt serving Judges across the nation, on 8/9th October, 2016, political pundits predicted that nothing meaningful nor positive would come out of the exercise - which was blamed on the EXECUTIVE -  because they believed that the SPIRIT OF BROTHERLY FRATERNITY WITHIN THE JUDICIARY WOULD PREVAIL TO SET FREE THE ACCUSSED PERSONS - AND THEY WERE RIGHT!

Eight months after that operation, described as unheard of, unprecedented and unlawful by detractors of the WAR AGAINST CORRUPTION, even though they are aware that Judges were not above the LAW, one of the accused persons, Justice Adeniyi Ademola, (now retired), was DISCHARGED AND ACQUITTED by his fraternal colleague, on the BENCH, just like Justice Ngwata, following a "NO CASE SUBMISSION" by the defence counsel and was set free to go home to "enjoy the sweat of his labours and RESUME AT HIS DESK for business as usual!" He was among the SEVEN Justices investigated on after that STING OPERATION carried out by the DSS on 8/9th October, 2016.He and his wife Olabowale and Mr. Joe Agi, SAN, were arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes (EFCC), prosecutors on an 18- count charge bordering on criminal conspiracy to receive gratification in various ways contrary to Section 8( 1)(a) of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act, 2000 and items recovered from his home included the following: Large sums of money in foreign currencies; $121.279 US Dollars, 400 Euros, 110 Indian Rupees, £80 pounds sterling totalling several millions of naira and also TWO PUMP ACTION RIFLES! During his trial at the Law Court, evidences were adduced that the Judge transferred N175 million in TWO TRANCHES in N90 million and N85 million respectively to a property company through a Nigerian Bank and was also admitted in evidence that a litigant standing trial before the Judge bought a car worth over N7 million naira for Mr. Ademola junior!

That was not all, while the fate of ONE female Judge who was also on trial – Justice Ajumogobia, was yet to be decided, SIX Judges, who were about to be formally charged, were SUDDENLY RECALLED AND ASSIGNED TO DUTY POSTS BY THE NIGERIA JUDICIAL COUNCIL (NJC), who, arbitrarily decided that EFCC failed to file charges against them, months after their arrest and suspension. They were, Sylvester Ngwuta, Inyang Okoro, both of the Supreme Court; the suspended Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, Ilorin Division, Justice Mohammed Tsamiya; Justice Kabiru Auta, of the Kano State High Court; the sacked Chief Judge of Enugu State, Justice I.A. Umezulike; and Muazu Pindiga, of the Federal High Court, Gombe Division; were also arrested during that DSS Sting Operation!

Patriotic Nigerians at home and in the Diaspora shouted FOUL at the NJC'S DIRTY MOVE and wondered why EFCC would not APPEAL Justice Ademola's acquittal and also PRESS CHARGES against the SIX JUDGES, recently recalled by NJC. But we have it on record that EFCC appealed against the acquittal of the Justice and also formally charged TWO of the recalled Judges to court on 8th June, 2017, for offences bothering on UNLAWFUL ENRICHMENT, CORRUPTION AND ATTEMPT TO PERVERT THE COURSE OF JUSTICE.
However, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Samuel Nkanu Onnoghen has made it clear that the RULE OF LAW should be meticulously pursued in every arbitration resolution at the LAW COURTS because citizens and corporate organisations have the RIGHT OF APPEAL if dissatisfied with the outcome of any litigation.

THE NEW ORDER IN RESPECT OF SPECIAL COURTS!
Prior to this timely move by this Reformist Chief Justice, there had been concerted efforts and clamour by patriotic, decent, upright, and righteous Nigerians, including, very sincere pressure groups, Civil Society and Non-Governmental Organisations who strongly believed that the well-calculated and well- intentioned strategies by the Buhari's Administration to destroy the endemic institutional corruption of several years could actually succeed if SPECIAL COURTS/TRIBUNALS were assigned to handle corruption cases! 

During  a special court session of the Supreme Court held to mark the opening of the 2017/2018 legal year, on Monday, 25th September, 2017, Justice Onnoghen who directed all Heads of Courts in the country to compile and forward to the National Judicial Council (NJC), comprehensive lists of all crime cases being handled by their various courts, also noted that "inexplicable and seemingly intractable delays, and disruption of due process",  had been the bane of CRIMINAL JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION in Nigeria. In addition, he said that the NJC at its next meeting, would constitute an Anti-Corruption Cases Trial Monitoring Committee that would continually monitor the progress of high-profile criminal cases adding that Judges must not lose sight of the Judiciary's fight against corruption which continued to place this noble institution in the "eye of the storm" and must not deter its resolve to ensure victory! DO YOU BELIEVE?

TWO MONTHS before the "sting operation", President Buhari, in a petition to the Judiciary (July, 2016), reminded the learned benchers that they should be in the fore-front of efforts to develop right-based jurisprudence as an element in the multi-disciplinary approach advocated in the fight against corruption by enforcing applicable laws to avoid delay in ensuring criminal justice administration because corruption cases filled by government were not progressing as they should! He also complained that in spite of the Criminal Justice Act of 2015, the courts allowed some lawyers to frustrate the Reforms introduced by law and called for a change of attitude for a collective action in building a new Nigeria in the face of dwindling revenue by tackling two ILLS  - Waste and Corruption simultaneously! "To this end the Judiciary is under a duty to keep its house in order and ensure that the public which it serves sees this," he added. IS THE PRESIDENT AWARE THAT A JUDGE'S IMMUNITY WHICH IS SUPERIOR TO HIS IS THE HEIGHT OF CORRUPTION IN THE LAND?

The Presidential counsel could not have impact in respect of the RULE OF LAW or CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM because of that DEFECTIVE 1999 Constitution; and whereas judicial powers of the Nigerian State, both at the Federal and State levels, are vested in the JUDICATURE, which consist of the superior courts of record, established for the Federation, according to Section 6, subsection (5) (a) to (i) of the 1999 Constitution which empowers the CORRUPT to judge the INNOCENT! THIS ILLEGAL IMMUNITY OF JUDGES FROM CRIMINAL PROSECUTION IS AN ABBERATION TO DEMOCRACY, A TERRIBLE DIS-SERVIVE TO THE DOWNTRODDEN, AN ABSURDITY TO MODERN CONSTITUTION IN 21ST CENTURY NIGERIA, A ROBBERY OF OUR COMMON SENSIBILITIES, AND THE WORST FORM OF CORRUPTION WHICH PRESIDENT BUHARI AND ALL PATRIOTS ARE DETERMINED TO CRUSH AT ALL COST! WHO SAYS THAT NIGERIA DOES NOT NEED A BRAND NEW CONSTITUTION NOW, NOW, NOW? “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.’’(Proverbs 29:2).

NIGERIAN YOUTHS SHOULD BE PART OF THE SOLUTION AND NOT THE PROBLEM!

Politics in Nigeria is "yummy", and Nigerian politicians have become very rich and affluent through illegal juicy perks and spoils of office/appointments, at least from 1999 to date and it has become increasingly difficult to draw a line between the "trade" and institutional corruption!
The science of politics in Nigeria is warped and bereft of any form of intellectualism that befits the exigencies of the modern day; its conceptualization is reminiscent of the Ancient World period when political economy was the exclusive preserve of the feudal lords, barons, etc, who believed in massive acquisition of wealth and properties through economic slavery in which serfdom of the common people was inhumanely procured!

While Britain, Nigeria's colonial master and others of the European family of Greece, Italy, Germany, Spain etc, have abandoned economic slavery and have moved on to establish modern democracies where Human Capital assets have taken the front burner and the erstwhile lower class have become their Workforce with inalienable RIGHTS of first class citizens, Nigerian politicians were still possessed with the Dark Age ideologies of "lording it" over the majority masses as feudal masters?

The ignominable role of the Nigerian Military between 1966-1979 and 1983-1999, and the bogus and ill-conceived CONSTITUTION they bequeathed to the people cannot be discountenanced because it laid a vicious foundation of institutional impunity, which militarized the otherwise peaceful and tranquil lives of the Nigerian citizens who have now been transformed into, "socio-economic and political monsters of the 21st Century", whose only ambition in life is the acquisition of MONEY, MORE MONEY, AND LOTS OF MONEY through all illegal sources and channels available to them! 
From time immemorial, soldiers were reputable for brigandage, bribery and even identified as such by a Man of God called "John the Baptist"! This was what he told the soldiers who went to be baptized of him for repentance of sin shortly before the earthly ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ, over 2,000 years ago: "Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely, and be content with your wages."(Luke. 3:14).
Neither the soldiers nor the publicans (modern, public servants/politicians), mentioned in verses 12-13, of that biblical reference, ever repented! In Nigeria, most of them (soldiers and civilians), who embezzled huge public funds, during past administrations, have opted for PLEA BAGAINNING to refund major parts of the looted monies for lesser punishments! While the politicians (especially the 8th National Assembly Legislators), explored the faulty Army constitution to make illegal laws that would shield them from prosecution over amassed illicit wealth from the Treasury, the MARGINALIZED but brazen downtrodden took up illegal arms to "acquire" their share of the booty by force from the politicians and unfortunate vulnerable law-abiding citizens through armed robberies, assassinations etc, and the brutish scenario, which were fall-outs from all of the above deductions, were the chart-buster "dirty linen" stories about Nigeria that were posted freely on the internet social media across the globe on daily basis!

APC IS PRE- OCCUPIED WITH KICKING MORAL DECADENCE AND POVERTY OUT OF NIGERIA!
Year-in-year-out, from 1999-2017, Nigeria was the "baddest" country on the Transparency International Index Chart, the worst in Human Rights Abuses record of presumptions/assumptions; because of the ripple effects of the massive corruption of past military and civilian administrations, but all that have to change now because the new SHERRIF - Muhammadu Buhari - had stood his grounds in charting a new course in RIGHTEOUS GOVERNANCE for the nation and the authentic evidences are currently posted on National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), website!
Signs for an impending RECESSION was identified far back as 2011 by NBS through reckless disbursements of funds for party patronage and institutional corruption of invisible contracts, when Crude oil sold for over USD $100 dollars before the crash in 2015! The Change Government has pulled through, has come out of recession and is very much on course to consolidate on the new international oil price of between USD$ 69-71 dollars, which righteous disbursement into CAPITAL PROJECTS of roads/power infrastructures and diversification to agriculture, solid mineral resources, tourism, film industry, entertainment, etc, to touch lives at the grassroots! The monthly stipend of N5, 000. (Five thousand naira), for very poor Nigerians and the Home-grown School Feeding Programme, are on course in more than 17 States of the federation since inception! It is also gratifying to know that more Nigerian youths are taking advantage of fresh incentives in the agricultural sector through the Bank of Industry (BOI), and within a period of TWO YEARS, several of them have become millionaires through dedication and devotion to land cultivation instead of waiting for the elusive employments by government institutions!
Current position of the growing economy and APC's scorecard of meaningful performances in THREE years of governance have been confirmed by NBS latest statistics!

THE 8TH NASS LEGISLATORS ARE NIGERIA'S PROBLEM! THEY HAVE BECOME ODIOUS AND IRRELEVANT!
Was it not high time that those recalcitrant "motley crowd" of all New PDP Legislators in the National Assembly moved out of APC to go back and eat their vomit?
In spite of the long list of legislative atrocities/rascality committed by them in almost 3 years of the Change Administration, their jobless colleagues still had the audacity to issue ultimatum to the ruling party to settle them over claims of marginalization!

In 2014, four political parties; ACN, ANPP, CPC and New-PDP, merged to form the All Progressives Congress (APC), and from then, the former parties ceased to exist according to the electoral laws! Why should they think that APC would not win the 2019 General Elections without them? We are not unmindful of the fact that the unfolding scenario is the "last card" of the failed PDP MOLES who have lost all attempts to scuttle the hard-earned success of APC at the 2015 General Elections through previous blackmails of being sidelined in political appointments.
For the records,  the so-called N-PDP's Senator 'Bukola Saraki and Hon.Yakubu Dogara, and their accomplices, circumvented, Party supremacy, snubbed the President, and forced themselves on the masses as principal officers, in both chambers of the NASS since 7th June, 2015, to date, in a pre-meditated coup-de-tat, the first of its kind in any part of the world, in recent times! Apart from those two arrow heads, the N-PDP also has, Hon. Rotimi Amaechi, Governors Aminu Tambuwal, of Sokoto State, Samuel Ortom of Benue, Nasir El Rufai, of Kaduna, Simon Lalong of Plateau; scores of Board Chairmen of Government parastatals, Presidential Adviser/Assistants etc, and yet they are "marginalized"! We believe that the "mixed multitude" have over stayed their welcome and should be shown the EXIT DOOR!

IT IS INCUMBENT FOR THE YOUTHS TO INITIATE A PRIVATE BILL FOR ONLY ONE HOUSE OF 74 MEMBERS OF TWO REPRESENTATIVES FROM EACH OF THE 36 STATES AND THE FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY (FCT), AND FORWARD SUCH TO NASS FOR CONSIDERATION, DEBATE, AND NECESSARY CONSTITUTIONAL AMMENDMENT THROUGH DUE PROCESS BECAUSE THE CURRENT NASS WOULD FOOT-DRAG SINCE MAJORITY OF THEM WOULD HAVE TO RETURN TO THE LABOUR MARKET!

Ultimately, during APC's second term from 29th May, 2019, a CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY would be commissioned to draft a BRAND NEW CONSTITUTION for the good people of Nigeria! This move, when actualized, would stop all wastages in government and improve the lot of the TALAKAWAS as more money would be paid into the TREASURY SINGLE ACCOUNT (TSA)!

THERE IS A NEED FOR NIGERIA'S VERSION OF A "MARSHAL PLAN"; NOT IN DOLLARS OR EUROS BUT A CLARION CALL FOR PATRIOTS TO ARISE WITH RENEWED FERVOUR TO ADVOCATE: Character Reformation, transformation, orientation and re-orientation that would erase and totally exterminate the current general and dangerous slide into complete moral decadence - especially among the youths who openly disrespect, abuse and slander their fathers, mothers and eminent elders in the society, once they were under the spell of dangerous drugs which have become their trending pre-occupation in recent times!

'TIS TIME FOR ALL PATRIOTS TO JOIN THE SOLUTIONYOUTH CRUSADERS!
What to do: Become WHISTLE BLOWERS (WB), and expose social vices like bank frauds, currency counterfeiting, money laundering, pipe lines vandalization, crude oil thefts and syndicate robbery of oil sales money at the NNPC etc.! Some WB have been paid legitimate monetary compensation by the Federal Government since the programme debuted.

In this month of May 2018, they were paid N439.39 million for blowing whistle on TAX EVATION! YOUTHS SHOULD DIVERT their energies to playing private detectives; "see something,  say something," instead of abusing Mr. President daily on the SOCIAL MEDIA; Partner with patriots and be vigilant to identify  SUICIDE BOMBERS and distract them away from soft targets; Patronize made in Nigeria goods - eat what we grow and pay compulsory taxes through Value Added Taxes (VAT); Join the new breed farmers in RICE, YAM, MILLET, WATER MELON, CASSAVA, BEANS, CORN, POTATOES plantations and become legitimate millionaires within two calendar years; Form vigilantes, groups and organize "guerrilla  warfare", to win the battle against the Boko-Haram terrorists/armed herdsmen by setting native human traps for them in those terrains that they know better than the enemies and beat them hands down!
AMERICA FAILED TO WIN THE  VIETNAM WAR (1 Nov,1955 - 30 Apr,1975) IN SPITE OF THEIR MILITARY MIGHT BECAUSE THE NATIVES REFUSED TO BE INTIMIDATED BY ALIEN GUNS AND HAND GRENADES! THEY ORGANISED THEMSELVES INTO GUERILLA WARRIORS AND CAUGHT AMERICAN SOLDIERS AS THEY USUALLY TRAPPED WILD ANIMALS!

As patriotic youths, you can save your nation from these ENEMIES OF THE STATE whose only motivation is how to steal, plunder and kill innocent people ( vulnerable mothers and their children),  and also ROB YOU of your inalienable rights of becoming legitimate leaders, today and in the future! Successful global democracies were not founded on bed of roses! Visions were conceptualized with ideas to conceive well-planned expeditions which were executed by determined/dedicated people who believed in exploring new frontiers to spread civilization for better living conditions.
To achieve their quests, they had to face serious challenges ranging from security, to health, weather/climate, environmental changes, hostilities/wars with indigenes of new found lands or settlements etc.

History is replete with stories of the dangerous exploration/expedition experiences of the founding fathers of the various exisisting continental countries without which, many of today's inhabited places of renown would been expansive habitations of WILD LIFE! The United States of America (USA), and the United States of Nigeria (USN), are TWO global countries that stand out with distinctive similarities for our case study on how determined people were able to change the course of history through divine inspiration which empowers Man to possess, subdue, and have dominion over the Earth, and also to be fruitful, flourish, multiply etc. but not without challenges!

AMERICA AND NIGERIA WERE FORMER BRITISH COLONIES!
The Nigerian and the American history cannot be narrated without giving immense credit to the FOUNDING FATHERS; like Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Sir Ahmadu Bello, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Chief Anthony Enahoro; George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Alexander Hamilton and the others, whose determination to change "servants to  masters, and slaves to lords" and whose persistency and consistency to either negotiate or to go to WAR with their COLONIAL TASK MASTERS; and also their tenacity of purpose to achieve the seemingly impossible, gave them outstanding qualities beyond their contemporaries of the 18th and 19th Centuries respectively!

History revealed that one 15th-Century Italian adventurer, Christopher Columbus, discovered America while he was in fact trying to find a westward sea passage to the Orient but landed in the New World, just like the Scottish Explorer of West Africa, Mungo Park, who set out to discover the true central portion of the River Niger in 1795 but eventually died at the BUSSA FALLS in an attempt to reach the source of the river! Long before Mungo Park, Columbus, arrival in 1492 started the European colonization of the Americas with settlements spanning a period between 1600 and the 1770s when thirteen British colonies of about 2.5 million population eventually came into existence, but subsequently had to fight  a CIVIL WAR to severe relations from Britain by declaring Independence on 4th July, 1776, while Nigeria now with 36 States, had its share of a civil war, shortly after independence in 1960!

BECAUSE INDEGENES had weird dispositions to European adventurers, the colonialists had rough times to possess their lands but they always succeeded to fulfil their ambitions of establishing new settlements and to extend CIVILIZATION to remote areas of the world which would have remained DARK CONTINENTS, had they not pursued their intuition!
America in 242 years of its independence as a united country (4th July,1776 - 4th, July, 2018), can boast of strong /iron-cast institutions that run the social contract with the people and determine their limitations ACCORDING TO THE LAW - a condition which is akin to the new drive by Nigeria, which is determined at 58 years to borrow a leaf from this accomplished world power by following suit to also ensure the establishment of VERY STRONG AND RELIABLE INSTITUTIONS, instead of strong personalities that would naturally fade off!
Whatever the American Law states remains an established command that must be obeyed by all citizens - including the President, who is regarded and acknowledged as the most powerful in the world. That was why President Donald Trump could not "bulldoze" the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), into submission, in the cover-up attempt by the Executive to sweep the alleged Russian Government involvement in the hacking of Mrs. Hillary Clinton's website to favour the incumbent president in winning the 2016 US Presidential Elections!

Nigeria is much more determined to even do better than the US - under this divine dispensation of God - headed by President Muhammadu Buhari, who, at the invitation of Donald Trump, visited the Oval Office, to consolidate a new and fresh US-NIGERIAN relationship, through various bi-lateral discussions, negotiations and agreements favourable to both countries in commerce, industry, manufacturing, agriculture, power/energy and most importantly, supply of war armaments of the TWELVE TUCANO FIGHTER JETS -  procured at a sum of USD $ 496 million dollars - thus reversing earlier ban on supply of military weapons and hardwares to the country by the Obama Administration!

THUMBS UP FOR PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP ON THIS ONE! BRAVO!
With this new support by the most-powerful nation in the world, Nigeria, under the watch of President Buhari, will definitely push harder to end the recalcitrant Boko Haram terrorism once and for all and also bring to book all corrupt Nigerian politicians who believe they are "UNTOUCHABLE", recover all looted funds, and ensure that all of them are sent to rot in prison according to the LAW - as it obtains in the United States - Nigeria's formidable ALLY! WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT DONALD TRUMP WOULD MAKE A U-TURN TO FAVOUR NIGERIA IF IT WERE NOT FOR DIVINE INTERVENTION!

DETRACTORS OF NIGERIA WILL COLLAPSE IN THE TWINKLE OF AN EYE!
Detractors have predicted that the Nigeria of their imagination would not survive the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and re-invention of the economy, and the pursuit of safety and security measures of government for its citizens, and have therefore formed a new COALITION comprising of SOUTH WEST, SOUTH EAST AND THE MIDDLE BELT DO-GODDERS which has begun fresh campaign of CALUMNY by spreading prophecies of DOOM THAT THEIR CONCEIVED NIGERIA WAS ON THE PRECIPICE OF COLLAPSE AND BREAK UP - without proffering one credible solution to end the incessant killings by armed herdsmen, who have turned out to be the MONSTERS they created while in government, just as the BOKO HARAM!

We prophesy that Nigeria will be divinely-secured and bask in the euphoria of a bubbling economy! IS THERE ANYTHING TOO DIFFICULT FOR OUR GOD TO DO?  THESE EVIL TIMES WILL PASS AWAY ACCORDING TO THE ORACLE OF GOD IN ZION - AND "BY THIS TIME TOMORROW, THIS NATION WILL BE UTOPIA"! The criminals will repent and surrender to lawful authorities and PEACE will prevail from North to South and East to West!
UTOPIA is a condition of absolute perfection! A state of completeness where thoughts, motives, intuition, drive etc, unite to exhibit a righteous administration where none is molested, rejected, insulted or sidelined in social, political, or economic affairs of the STATE and where all activities are righteous according to the LAW and oversighted by men and women of integrity, probity, and impeccable antecedents!
Utopia is a state where, LOVE, TRUTH, FAITHFULNESS, SINCERITY AND RULE OF LAW PREVAIL!
Utopia is a classic country where only the GUILTY are sent to the GUILLOTINE and the RIGHTEOUS are vindicated, recognized and rewarded to encourage good people to participate in governance! It is a society of LOVE - crime-free, corruption-free, hate-free, tribalism-free, nepotism-free, and without religious bigotry etc.
Utopia is a place of PEACE, TRANQUILITY, SERENITY, BLISS, JOY AND HAPPINESS! To the uncouth, the doubter and the unbeliever, this could be just a dream adventure, but it would happen TOMORROW and Nigeria will be the "NUMERO UNO", THE CYNOSURE OF ALL EYES - THE NUMBER ONE NATION, THE COMMERCIAL, ECONOMIC AND INVESTMENT DESTINATION IN AFRICA, HIGHLY RATED FOR TRANSPARENCY IN GOVERNANCE, DEVOID OF HUMAN RIGHT ABUSES AND HIGHLY-ESTEEMED FOR COMPLIANCE TO ALL INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS AND CONVENTIONS!

PROPHET ELISHA'S PROPHECY WILL COME TO PASS IN NIGERIA!
During the OT Bible times in the nation of Israel just as in today's Nigeria there were several churches, mosques and many worship centres. There were also many "men of God", prophets, pastors, imams, marabouts etc. - genuine and fake! But there was one anointed and highly-revered Man of God called, Prophet Elisha, who carried DOUBLE ANNOINTING OF HIS MENTOR, PROPHET ELIJAH (THE FIRE PROPHET), WHOSE GENUINE  PROPHECIES AND MIRACLES WERE UNPRECEDENTED IN ISRAEL AND WHOSE PROPHECY OF TERMINATION OF FAMINE AND DIVINE RELEASE OF ABUNDANCE IS ABOUT TO BE FULFILLED IN NIGERIA TOMORROW!

When the nation of Israel suffered an unprecedented hunger through a SEIGE by the Syrian King and his army, total food scarcity across the nation precipitated CANIBALISM as citizens BOILED THEIR CHILDREN FOR MEALS! But the Prophet Elisha, pronounced these word of prophecy quoted as follows: "TOMORROW ABOUT THIS TIME, SHALL A MEASURE OF FLOUR BE SOLD FOR A SHEKEL, AND TWO MEASURES OF BARLEY FOR A SHEKEL, IN THE GATE OF SAMARIA!" (Please read 2 Kings. 7 - 1- 19).

The prophecy came to pass! Those who believed enjoyed the abundance while, “a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, Behold, if the Lord would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof.....fell and died according to the word of Prophet Elisha, for he was trodden upon by the surging crowd"

When Microsoft inventor and Philanthropist Bill Gates, came visiting Nigeria in March 2018, at the invitation of Africa's richest man and business mogul, Aliko Dangote, he emphasised the urgent need for the nation to critically re-engineer its Human Capital Architecture in order to achieve economic viability by the year 2020 and also completely eradicate Poverty before the set time for the actualization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s).

The two personalities from Europe and Africa, just like FACEBOOK inventor Mark Zuckerberg, an outstanding global achiever and NAIRALAND founder, Nigeria's 'Seun Osewa, whose site records more than One Million views daily among the top 1,000 sites in the world, should serve as role models for the serious-minded and patriotic Nigerian Youths, because they did not allow initial educational challenges to stop their ambitions to get to the top! While Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg dropped out of Harvard to pursue their interest while 'Seun Osewa, dropped out of University of Ife, from an Electrical Engineering Course in 1998, at a tender age to make success of Nairaland!

There are TWO - albeit - THREE groups of Nigerian Youths:
(1). Patriotic and determined youths, who believe in acquiring good education in order to give back to the society;
(2). Those who have flair for vocational/professional engagements theatre arts, acting, drumming, fashion designing, tourism, welding, motor/tri-cycle repairs, drivers, builders, traders, including land cultivation/animal husbandry - which have now engaged prominent national attention;
(3). Youths with poor academic assimilation who believe in SHORT CUTS AND "FREEBIES", who were always available as evil tools/pawns in the hands of dubious Nigerian politicians or fake Religious leaders!
These last set are the rabble-rousers, who have lost hope of any form of positive achievements in any business endeavour - these, who are classified colloquially as; "LOW LIFES", are those that are bent on truncating the nascent democracy which the present APC Administration is building for the TALAKAWAS!
They have neither respect for God, the LAW, nor for lawful authorities, parents or elders, not even the Executive President and Commander-in-Chief, of the Federal Republic of Nigeria!

NIGERIAN YOUTHS PASSIONATELY HATE THE TRUTH!
Since Wednesday, 18th April, 2018, several Nigerian Youths (between 18-60 years), had thrown caution to the wind to vet tirades of anger and venom against the FATHER OF THE NATION, President Muhammadu Buhari, through several derogatory, abusive, insulting and libellous comments, statements/articles on the internet social media and all tabloids across the globe, in a manner as had never been witnessed before, because he said, "MOST NIGERIAN YOUTHS WANT EVERYTHING FREE WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING."

Reports have it that the President, in a keynote address on "Making Business Easier Between Commonwealth Countries" also said, during the Commonwealth Business Forum  in Westminster, London, that those youths preferred to do nothing because they felt that Nigeria was an oil-rich nation, adding, " We have a very young population, our population is estimated conservatively to be 180 million. This is a very conservative one. More than 60 percent of the population is below 30, a lot of them haven’t been to school and they are claiming that Nigeria is an oil-producing country, therefore, they should sit and do nothing, and get housing, healthcare, and education free."

Special Adviser to the President (Media and Publicity), Mr. 'Femi Adesina, who was present at the forum said the President never described ALL Nigerian Youths as lazy. According to him, the President said, "A LOT OF NIGERIAN YOUTHS ARE LAZY AND NOT ALL YOUTHS", during a discussion/question/answer session at the said forum. The presidential aide attributed the imbroglio to manipulators and twisters whose stock in trade was to lie in wait to make mischief. He said that elementary English recognizes a wide gulf between "a lot of" and the word "all", and he queried, how can "a lot of them" suddenly transmogrify to mean "all of them?" Mischievous and unconscionable! He also said that the focal areas of the administration; securing the country, reviving the economy and fighting corruption were actually intended to give youths a future and a hope!

But in a swift reaction, Mrs. Oby Ezekwesili, convener of the "Bring Back Our Girls" #BBOG, described 'Femi Adesina's defence as sheer "semantic obscurantism", as her father would have described it, adding that it "would have made sense to sincerely apologize on this legendary misspeak of our President.@MBuhari than to rush out with these acrobatics of "A Lot of is Not Equal to All".”When shall his media team learn? Been almost four years. I mean, FOUR YEARS. Haba", she concluded!

IS PRESIDENT BUHARI'S ADMINISTRATION, "ALMOST FOUR YEARS" OR "FOUR YEARS Haba"? HOW WILL OBY'S FATHER DESCRIBE THIS MISSPEAK OF HER DAUGHTER? PERHAPS, "SEMANTIC CONFUSIONISM"?

OUR EDITORIAL COMMENT: This will be the umpteenth time that we will be writing on our ebullient and boisterous Nigerian Youths! In some past editions i.e., Vol. 3... No. 80, of 22nd February, 2015, "AGONY OF THE NIGERIAN YOUTH [1999-2015]; Vol. 4. NO. 118, 15th November, 2015, "MUST NIGERIAN YOUTHS BE DRAGGED INTO THE TRAUMA OF VICIOUS DECEITS AGAIN AND AGAIN BY PDP"? And VOL. 7. NO. 237, 25th February, 2018, NIGERIAN YOUTHS ARE NOW BACKED BY LAW TO CHOP "GOVERNMENT MONEY", we had graphically charted the cultural, traditional and spiritual traits/mien of the NIGERIAN YOUTH vis-a-vis his/her relationship to their immediate environment and perception of world-view as offsprings of a THIRD WORLD DEVELOPING AFRICAN NATION and have come to the unsavoury conclusion that the slow pace of education/civilization was responsible for the serious set-backs which they now grapple with in a fast-growing global village of high-speed Information/Space Rocket Technology!

IN THE BEGINNING OF PRO-CREATION: When the GOD OF CREATION, assessed the failure of the full-grown ADAM (Genesis. 2:7; compare 3:6), He sent him and his wife out of the Garden of Eden to begin the process of pro-creation, according to His blessings upon mankind in Gen.1:26-30, having equipped him with the art of sense of duty and hard work. (Gen. 2:15-17). Children are God's heritage and they are to fill and replenish the Earth. The New Testament talks about the call to duty and how LAZY PEOPLE WHO REFUSED TO WORK, SHOULD NOT EAT! (2 Thessalonians. 3:10-11).

The first offspring’s - Cain and Abel - were into Agriculture and Animal Husbandry while their descendants diversified into, Hunting, Brazier (worker in brass), Brick maker, Builder, Foundry, Aquaculture etc,  as the world progressed into the Dispensation of Human Government.
God did not give room for any form of laziness! The TRUTH must be told that there is plenty of room at the TOP but every aspirant must passionately desire to pursue his/her course diligently with dedication, consistency, persistency, devotion and resilience before SUCCESS could be guaranteed! Must we lose sight that all Nigerian leaders (past or present), started off as YOUTHS before they acquired those positions in life! More importantly, Nigerian Youths should understand that there is no short-cut to success except through dint of hard work! DOES ANY NIGERIAN LAW STOP ANY NIGERIAN YOUTH FROM CULTIVATING THE LAND LIKE ADAM? SHOULD THEY OPT FOR THE PRESIDENCY AND OTHER TOP POLITICAL JOBS WITH THEIR MILK TEETH BECAUSE THERE IS MUCH ILLEGAL LOOTING OF THE TREASURY AMONG UNPATRIOTIC POLITICIANS?

APC WILL NOT STOP DETERMINED NIGERIAN YOUTHS FROM SUCCESS! Outside of the concerted efforts by the APC Governments at Federal and State levels in almost THREE YEARS, to fight insurgency, ensure security and eradicate endemic institutional corruption, utmost priority was placed on improving on YOUTH EDUCATION AND UNEMPLOYMENT.
More than 50% of the children of school age who were roaming the streets have been absorbed into the educational mainstream, over one million of the university graduates, have been gainfully employed through the N-POWER PROGRAMME, (at the Federal level alone), while millions of able-bodied youths are working  at all the resuscitated textile factories, manufacturing industries, Ajaokuta Steel Industry, several construction firms, the oil and gas sector - where SHELL will soon upgrade the stakes through an investment of USD $ 15 billion dollars - that would create more employment opportunities that would gradually eradicate poverty from the polity!

PRESIDENT BUHARI’S COMMENT IS A WAKE-UP CALL FOR LAZY YOUTHS ACROSS THE NIGERIAN NATION!
"Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to ALL people." (Proverbs.14:34). Lazy able-bodied/employable youths believe in SHORT CUTS to the top or to making illegal money, having wasted good opportunities to acquire education or vocations while growing up. Check the following list below and come to your own conclusions!

IMF'S LATEST RATING INDICATES POSITIVE ECONOMIC GROWTH IN NIGERIA!

In 2016, the Economic Management Team of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Federal Government set up the Presidential Enabling Business Council (PEBC), as a strategic move aimed at boosting trade investments at all levels according to its ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN, which is one major plank of its SIX PRIORITY AREAS OF OPERATIONAL CHART to the citizens of Nigeria. President Muhammadu Buhari, promised Nigerians, (especially the downtrodden), on assumption of office on 29th, May, 2015, that he would expressly tackle the burning issue of insecurity posed by the Boko Haram insurgency in the North East, and restore confidence of safety among the citizens, ensure righteous governance through eradication of corruption and urgently boost/restore the dwindling economy.

With the PEBC in place in the following year, government's deliberate and determined posture to create an enabling environment for EASE OF DOING BUSINESS by both local and foreign investors, earned Nigeria 24 points on an Business Index published by the World Bank in 2017!
While the Buhari Administration was determined and focused on fulfilling those promises through the National Social Investment Programme, (NSIP), Central Bank's Anchors Borrowers Scheme, for aggressive diversification into the Agricultural Sector, and the National Cash Transfer Programme (NCTP), to the poorest of the poor, the major opposition PDP, which for 16 years, destroyed the nation's economy, castigated all efforts to revamp it and vowed with impunity, to regain power at the centre in 2019!

But since Nigeria is a major economic bloc and investment destination in Africa and by extension, globally, friendly international bodies/financial institutions had consistently kept watch over all of its economic activities to assess progress/achievements for the major purpose of supporting recommending and charting the way forward.

Because Nigeria is determined to be counted among the first 20 successful world economies by the year 2020, President Buhari ignored all distractions and endured hardness like a soldier of Jesus Christ. "No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier." (2 Timothy, 2:4).

Detractors of this divine administration had always failed to acknowledge the truth that Muhammadu Buhari is the ANNOINTED SON of the Living God, purposely sent on a mission to clear the "Augean Stables" and purge the entire mess of corruption and impunity of past administrations, in order to create the enabling opportunities for job employments and by extension, total eradication of POVERTY in a land that is "flowing with milk and honey"!
Come to think of it, is Nigeria not flowing with milk and honey and even Crude Oil? There is no part of the country that is not suitable for massive agricultural investments; there is no STATE that cannot generate sufficient revenue internally to cater for its citizens if the managers are RIGHTEOUS AND GOD-FEARING!
There is no State that is not endowed with at least, 10-14 economically-viable natural mineral resources (from BITUMEN TO COPPER, ZINC, TIN, COAL, GOLD, even URANIUM), which, if commercially harnessed will supply sufficient IGRs and also enrich its population for positive living!
But, the 16 years between 1999-2015, were the dispensations of satanic agents who robbed, plundered, destroyed and desecrated the economy of the precious land with ignominy and impunity and also exhibited the brazen audacity that they would go unpunished! We can assured them that sooner than they expected, divine judgment would come heavily upon them except they urgently REPENT AND MAKE RESTITUTION!

THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND (IMF), LIKE THE WORLD BANK; has boldly supported the Nigerian Government's economic measures through the Economic Recovery Growth Plan (ERGP), which was launched on Wednesday, 5th April, 2017, and geared towards total elimination of trending inflation on goods and services which to some extent has prevented the large masses of citizens from enjoying the dividends of democracy so far achieved in spite of the fact that the nation is out of recession!
The globally-accredited financial institution says that the economic blue-print (ERGP), was yet to impact significantly on the non-oil/non-agricultural activities/inflation rate and needed to be fast-tracked!
Some of the factors responsible for the slow pace of achievements which the agency also highlighted included, proliferation of non-performing bank loans, weak revenue generation, excessive foreign loan servicing, an aggressive government BONDS, which has almost snuffed out PRIVATE INVESTMENT participation, glaring poverty environment and visible unemployment statistics etc.

It is an undisputable fact that the damage done to Nigeria's economy during the PDP era was colossal and its re-vamping was definitely going to be Herculean and for this very reason, all the efforts of the APC Administration in still less than THREE YEARS, seemed to look insignificant to detractors and undiscerning minds - but the reforms and the achievements are very real and very glaring - like THE STILL WATERS THAT RUN DEEP!

INTERNATIONAL UMPIRES ARE CREDIBLE!
It is gratifying to know that this new APC Administration under the watch of President Muhammadu Buhari has immense credibility before patriotic Nigerians, accredited international communities and agencies because the government is TRANSPARENT in all of its social contracts with the masses. The 2017 figures from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), confirmed that Nigeria's economy recovered from recession after contracting for five consecutive quarters since 2016, with a new growth rate of 0.55%.
NBS further explained that the new growth rate, year-on-year, was 2.04% more than the rate of the corresponding quarter of 2016, which was -1.49%, but higher by 1.46%, recorded in the preceding quarter of 2017.

IMF's major concern, which is in tandem with Nigeria's ERGP, is that the nation should not slide back to recession in the nearest future. The agency believes that the country could be vulnerable unless urgent measures were implemented to capitalize on the gains from favourable rising oil prices in the international market, new foreign exchange measures by the Central Bank, the attractive yields on government securities, the tighter monetary policy regime and increased external reserves, which rose astronomically to a total of USD $46.210 billion dollars in March, 2018, a phenomenon that was not witnessed in the last four years! In addition IMF advised Nigeria to address the current high inflation rates in the economy as precipated through the banking industry, insecurity, delayed fiscal policy response and weak implementation of structural reforms which are risks that beset realistic economic recovery!

"In a very expository treatise by the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the President, Mr 'Femi Adesina, before the launch date, Nigerians were told that the vision of ERGP was one of sustained inclusive growth which a nation needed to drive a structural economic transformation with emphasis on improving both public and private sector efficiency. He also provided the following salient reasons for an urgent but steady implementation of the laudable Plan. That the Medium Term ERGP, which has amongst its broad strategic objectives, restoration of sustainable, accelerated inclusive growth and development; investing in the people and building a globally competitive economy is also aimed at increasing national productivity to achieve sustainable diversification of production, significantly grow the economy and achieve maximum welfare of the citizens beginning with FOOD AND ENERGY SECURITY!
The Plan is a pointer to the type of Nigerian that the people desire in the short to medium-term and encourages the use of science, technology and innovation to drive growth, promote national cohesion and social inclusion in which Nigerians are the ultimate beneficiaries of more inclusive growth which is rooted in the core values that define the Nigerian Society as enshrined in the 1999 Nigerian Constitution, notably, discipline, integrity, dignity of labour, social justice, religious tolerance, self reliance and patriotism and requires all citizens and stakeholders to adhere to these principles.
"We recommend that ERGP Document must be taken over by the National Orientation Agency (NOA), of the Federal Government for incisive grassroots understanding through dissemination of its content by well-trained officials, to the 36 States and the 774 Local Government Areas, so that there would be an avenue to monitor the level of implementation by government and to also require accountability as at when due. The required cooperation by the citizens would equally be ensured if State Governments were also carried along."

President Buhari was not put in the saddle accidentally like his predecessors since 1999-2015! He was spiritually, mentally and physically prepared for the arduous and onerous task of the presidency and above all, was anointed by the Almighty God! (Isaiah. 44: 28 - 45:1-4). HE IS, "MENS SANA IN CORPORE SANO"! A MAN OF "SOUND MIND IN A SOUND BODY"! THE PRESIDENT GOT STANDING OVATION AT THE 72ND SESSION OF THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY, IN NEW YORK FROM 19TH-25TH SEPTEMBER, 2017, AND ALSO AT THE AFRICA UNION (AU), SUMMIT IN ADIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA, WHERE HE WAS NAMED AS "AFRICAN ANTI-CORRUPTION CHAMPION"! ALSO AT THE RECENTLY CONCLUDED COMMONWEALTH HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MEETING (CHOGOM), 18TH-20TH, APRIL, 2018, PRESIDENT BUHARI WAS THE MOST SOUGHT-AFTER AFRICAN HEAD OF GOVERNMENT WHOM BRITAIN AND OTHERS ESTABLISHED BI-LATERAL ECONOMIC AND SECURITY AGREEMENTS WITH IN VIEW OF NIGERIA'S STEADY AND FOCU!SED ALL-ROUND PROGRESS!

Buhari's moving train will move on and deliver to the TALAKAWAS all of the dividends of democracy according to the letters and spirit of the SOCIAL CONTRACT until 29th May, 2023, when all the rogues and vagabonds of past administrations would have been stripped of all stolen COMMON WEALTH monies/properties and sent to prison where they would ROT! Amen.
WE PROPHESIED TWO GLORIOUS TERMS OF IMPECCABLE SERVICE TO NIGERIA BY MUHAMMADU BUHARI! IT WILL COME TO PASS BECAUSE HE WILL WIN THE 2019 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION WITH A LANDSLIDE MARGIN! Amen.
