BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!  REMOVE THE INTIMIDATING MASKED MEN FROM OUR STREETS!

Hooded Aliens!

 Hooded Aliens from outer space have landed…                                                                       An Unidentified Flying Object (UFO), is on our shore;

In the market place, the other day,

The Masked Goons were sighted;

Some were at an elite august occasion,

Closely protecting one particular ‘First Lady’;

Others took over from the Road Safety Corps;

 Peering at passenger vehicles in broad daylight,

Sending cold shivers into human spines;

Our Traditional Masquerades (“from the spirit world”),                                          Are known to be very friendly;

Even, LAGBAJA, (internationally-acclaim musician), “is a cool guy;”

These Masked Ones are different-very intimidating, very unfriendly!                         They are definitely not our KITHS AND KINS;                                                                              But, the last time we checked, they were the UMPIRES…..                                       AT THE JUST CONCLUDED OSUN STATE GUBERNATORIAL ELECTION!                                                                                                 

 

*Once upon a time, in January 2012, when government’s “petroleum subsidy” was partially removed as New Year’s “Greek Gift”, to Nigerians, the immediate reaction was a spontaneous public protest which resulted in loss of several human lives – mostly youths who voted massively for the politicians!

However, Mr. President, “graciously” promised to appropriate part of the “saved money” from subsidy, to create annual employment opportunity of 50.000 slots to compensate the Nigerian youths!

*Subsequently, the SURE-P [Subsidy Removal Empowerment Programme], was foisted in 2013, and some “recruited youths” surfaced in Lagos State early 2014, (with emblazoned ‘SURE-P. T-SHIRTS’), to handle “traffic duties”! The public outcry that Federal Government’s thugs were being deployed to the State to cause mayhem resulted in their immediate withdrawal only for ARMED HOODED YOUTHS to emerge with similar T-SHIRTS, now with DSS (Department of State Security) inscriptions, in OSUN STATE, on August 9, 2014! WHAT A COINCIDENCE!

*Should the fear of the unknown and the uncertainty of life in Nigeria become a burden and an established pattern of existence?

*Are we not sufficiently traumatised as a people with insurgency/terrorism and its attendant bombing casualties of lives and properties?

*Has Boko Haram terrorists not done enough damage to our NATIONAL PSYCHE, having bombed and terminated over 100.000 innocent lives, for no just cause, in the last five years?

*Without estimating the cost of the destruction of critical infrastructures running into billions of Naira, in the North East of Nigeria and some other States, including Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory [FCT], must we remain in perpetual anguish, and continue to lose our loved ones and companions through self-inflicted disasters, due to inept governance and insensitive leadership policies?

Nigeria’s former President Olusegun Obasanjo, in an open letter of December 11, 2013, addressed to his god-son, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, alleged among other things that the latter had, replicated a “Strike Force”, similar to   that of General Abacha’s inglorious military regime, to silence all oppositions to his ‘second term agenda’ of continuity in office and warned that JONATHAN SHOULD NOT TAKE NIGERIANS FOR GRANTED!

The rumour mill has it that the co-ordinator of Abacha’s Strike Force who has “the ear” of No.1, was sighted in Libya, (a terrorist haven), sometime before Obasanjo’s letter, instead of Saudi Arabia, his disclosed destination, for holy pilgrimage!

Hooded Security Agents in other climes are usually deployed for covert (secret) operations which demanded hidden identities for their protection, especially in cases that involved ‘war’ against drug barons, oil thieves and money launderers, who would stop at nothing to maintain ‘status quo’, in their nefarious and heinous businesses!

Although the spokesperson of Nigeria’s DSS admitted that the outfit was being run with the tax payer funds, she still asserted that, “…nobody can dictate to us how our operatives dress when they go on operations!”

We disagree with this unguarded and reckless statement for the following reasons:

(1) From time immemorial, Nigerians have associated HOODS AND MASKS to armed robbers, assassins, murderers, arsonists and the criminally-minded; not to law-enforcement agents!

(2) Government security agents who had to wear hoods in the past were very discreet, because they never paraded themselves in the public glare with masks!

(3) Why would DSS hide the identities of its men on electioneering duties, if there was no ulterior motive – especially when Mr. President, who DSS spokesperson described as “very lenient”, publicly announced that OSUN STATE would witness the FEDERAL MIGHT on August 9, 2014?

(4) Over 73.000 combined Security Agents were deployed to OSUN STATE, but only DSS operatives were hooded to execute very special operations different from maintaining law and order at the elections!

(5) It is on record that the HOODED ONES actually arrested, detained and harassed some electorates with guns, (purchased with tax payer monies), before, during and after the elections!

(6) If deaths were recorded at OSUN on August 9, 2014, who would have been held responsible?

(7) When confronted with the possibility that the criminal-minded could impersonate the masked DSS operatives, the spokesperson categorically debunked the idea by saying that the “T-SHIRTS were designed with special marks!”

(8) If the Boko Haram insurgents could disguise in Nigerian Army camouflage to abduct over 250 Chibok School girls, can’t they or other miscreants don the “specially-designed T-SHIRTS”, now that there is an official approval for masking DSS operatives?

(9) It is not international best practice for security operatives to appear in public, especially in broad daylight, hooded!

(10) With this development it is now very clear that the root-cause of our national malaise of under-development, socio-economic contract failure, deep-rooted corruption and insecurity, in the last 54 years of independence, is due to MASQUERADE LEADERS BEHIND THE MASKS!

*In mid-April, 2014, HOODED MEN invaded the Eastern part of UKRAINE, the largest country in Europe and World Leaders believe that THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE MASKS ARE THE RUSSIAN DSS!

*Just like what we are now witnessing in Nigeria, the most populous African country, the HOODED MEN, just sprang out from among the population of Eastern Ukraine, set up road blocks all over the cities in that region and spontaneously conducted security checks on human and vehicular traffics!

*Because they were hooded, it was difficult for, even the local security agents to decode their identities until, ‘coup-de-grace’ was accomplished, strategic government buildings overrun and  the territory, “annexed to Russia”, by the hooded pro-Russian rebels!

*United States President, Barak Obama; Germany’s Chancellor, Angel Merkel; Britain’s Prime Minister, David Cameron; France’s President, Francois Hollande; the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation  [NATO], Secretary-General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen and many global dignitaries, have publicly stated their belief that Russian forces are behind the events in Ukraine!

*Consequently, series of economic measures, including European Union [EU] tough trade sanctions, were taken by the United States and its allies against Russia, but, the “deed had been done”! *Ukraine, which maintains the second largest military in Europe-after Russia- was ‘sold out’ and had been at war with the hooded bandits in over four months, with innocent citizens of the Eastern territory, bearing the brunt of economic hardship, deprivation of all fundamental rights and freedom!

*As the war escalated, the hooded insurgents, on Thursday, 17-07-14, allegedly shot down, a Malaysian Boeing Airline, Flight MH17, with 298 passengers-including 80 children- passing through Eastern Ukraine air space, and there was no survivor!

* Human casualties of the tragedy-aside the local inhabitants- are as follows:

(1)Dutch, 189; (2)Malaysians, 29;(3)Australian, 27; (4)Indonesians, 12; (5)United Kingdom, 9; (6)Germany, 4; (7)Belgium, 4; (8)Philippines, 3; (9)Canada, 1; (10)New Zealand, 1; (11)Yet to be determined, 4.

*Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Professor Joy Ugwu expressed Nigeria’s full support for an independent international investigation into the disaster, which she described as “a dangerous trend that needs to be checked”!

WE SUGGEST THAT CHARITY SHOULD BEGING AT HOME IN NIGERIA!

HOODING, from the Bible times had been a very dangerous DESIGNER OUTFIT, because it was predicated on deceit!

TAMAR, wife of Judah’s late sons, Er and Onan[Genesis. 38:1-10, tricked Judah with a HOOD, into fathering children, when he refused her his third son, Shelah, for husband, as promised! [Gen.38:11-30].

“She took off her widow’s clothes, covered herself with a VEIL to disguise herself, and then sat down at a road side……when Judah saw her, he thought she was a prostitute, for she had covered her face…not realizing that she was his daughter-in-law…..gave her his Seal and its cord, and his Staff as pledge, to sleep with her! She subsequently got pregnant and bore him twin boys through INCEST!” [verses 14-30].

Tamar DONNED THE HOOD as a deceit to avoid eye contact with her father-in-law, just as DSS spokesperson explained that, the OGAS AT THE TOP, (“for the reasons of efficiency”), emphasized that  the “HOODED BOYS”, MUST not have “eye contact with close relations, even fathers and mothers,” during covert operations! 

*The fire of deceit through HOODING of security agents has been kindled by those in government at the threshold of the 2015 General Elections, but we will not believe that the HOODED ONES in our midst are THUGS or MERCENARIES, like those of Ukraine!

*Ex-President, Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo, [OBJ],  rolled out military tanks in 2007 to terrorize Nigerians because of his hidden Third Term Agenda. HE FAILED, BECAUSE GOD OPPOSED HIS PLAN TO CREATE REASONS FOR A NATIONAL STATE OF EMERGENCY, WHICH WOULD PERPETUATE HIM IN OFFICE, IN THE EVENT OF THE BREAK-DOWN OF LAW AND ORDER, THROUGH CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE! The people were calmed and comforted by the Holy Spirit in spite of government’s provocations!

With Boko Haram still on the prowl, can Nigeria afford a CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE UPROAR AGAINST GOVERNMENT- SPONSORED MASKED “SECURITY AGENTS?”

The same GOD, Our Creator and of the entire universe, is still on HIS THRONE, AND HE WILL put to shame those who have connived to HOODWINK NIGERIANS WITH THE HOODED HOODLUMS BECAUSE THEY ARE BOUND TO FAIL AT THE 2015 GENERAL ELECTIONS! Amen.

BEWARE: FIRE HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE ONE WHO KINDLED IT!

THE MYSTERIOUS AND DEADLY BERMUDA TRIANGLE AND THE DREADED SAMBISA FOREST!

Human families would prefer to accept the reality of losing their loved ones to death, in whatever form, than to remain anguished with that constant reminder that they were MISSING!

 Registers of Missing Persons, in which data of reported cases are recorded, are commonplace with law officers who rarely gave up on investigations for as long as practicable.

One of such register which contains the names of 239 passengers of a Malaysian Aircraft which disappeared from the skies since 8^th March, 2014, is still receiving attention of government authorities in Kuala Lumpur.

Although, in the last 148 days, there was no trace of wreckage, no debris, no single survivor, on land or at sea, Malaysian Deputy Foreign Minister, stressed that government has not declared the plane LOST!

While we really appreciate the enthusiasm and optimism of this highly placed official for exhibiting the nature of human kindness, it must be noted that the search and rescue parties have long concluded that the missing aircraft, “ended its journey in the Indian Ocean, hundreds of kilometres, North West of the Australian City of Perth”!

Not minding, the lacuna between both sides, attention MUST now be focussed on this LAST REPORT of the suspected crash area in the Indian Ocean.

A geographical research of this region of the Earth Ocean reveals a proximity between the “supposedly crash area” and the western part of the North Atlantic portion, where the dreaded BERMUDA TRIANGLE (BTR) is dangerously swirling!

The LAST REPORT deliberately omitted suggestion of a possibility that the missing aircraft might have crashed into BTR, in order to give room for HOPE.

*BTR, occupies a triangle shaped area which covers about 1,140.000square metres, (about 500.000square miles), between the Island of Bermuda, the Coast of Southern Florida and Puerto Rico, where many ships and aircraft are believed to have disappeared in mysterious circumstances!

* This region of the ocean also known as the ‘Devil’s Triangle’, has become associated with maritime disasters, and a sinister reputation traceable to the 15^th Century which made the area uncanny and perilous to early sailors, including outstanding navigator, Christopher Columbus.

* The notoriety of the area intensified in the mid 19^th Century, when a number of reports were made of unexplained disappearances and mysteriously abandoned ships; the earliest in March, 1918, when a United States Vessel, USS Cyclops, vanished into oblivion!

*An incident that consolidated the sinister reputation of BTR, was the disappearance in December 1945, (at the close of World War II), of Flight 19, a Training Squadron of five US. Navy topedo bombers. The squadron left Fort Lauderdale, Florida with 14 crew men and disappeared in the area after radioing a series of distress messages; a seaplane sent in search of the squadron also disappeared!

*Aircraft that have disappeared since this incident include – a DC-3 carrying 27 passengers in 1951.

*Among the ships that have disappeared was a tanker ship – Marine Sulphur Queen- which vanished with 39 men aboard in 1963.

Some speculate that unknown and mysterious forces account for the unexplained disappearances, such as “extra-terrestrials capturing humans for study in the scientific-backed lost continent of ATLANTIS”; gorges that suck objects into other dimensions; and other whimsical ideas. These explanations which are grounded in science, if not in evidence, include oceanic methane gas erupting from ocean sediments and disruptions in geomagnetic lines of flow.

Environmental considerations are also adduced to explain many if not most of the disappearances. Majority of Atlantic tropical storms and hurricanes pass through the Bermuda Triangle and in the days prior to improved weather forecasting, these dangerous storms claimed many ships.

However, some naval personnel and coast guards contend that there are no supernatural explanations for disasters at sea but are the combined forces of nature and human fallibility!

The Ocean, will always remain a mysterious place to humans, and when foul weather or poor navigation is involved, it can be a very deadly place!

However, the intriguing nature of Bermuda’s Triangle is the fact that, no evidence – physical or theoretical - of all disappearances till date has ever been recorded!

In 148 days, no minute evidence or clue has surfaced in respect of Malaysian Plane, Flight MH 370, which went missing with 239 passengers between, Kuala Lumpur and Beijin, China, since 8^th March, 2014, and from all indications, all search and rescue personnel have diplomatically given up!

When RMS TITANIC, the “unsinkable”, British passenger liner, laden with 2.205 people and lots of very expensive cargoes, SANK in the North Atlantic Ocean, on 15^th April, 1912, seven hundred and five (705) people, including two dogs, were saved, while 1,500 perished! Nevertheless, 328 corpses were recovered, while the Titanic wreckage was found, slumbered, over two miles, below the ocean surface on the floor of the Atlantic, 73 years later, on September 1, 1985!

HOWEVER, WHILE WE ARE TRUSTING THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE for a miracle of their rescue, some relatives of the MISSING Malaysian plane victims are already smiling to the banks!

Families of the ill fated Flight MH370, have received payments of $50,000 US dollars or 30.000 British Pounds equivalent each, as advance compensation, for the ‘loss of their beloved ones.’ Each family of the 239 missing passengers could claim up to $175.000 US dollars; but full payment would only be made when the issue of the tragedy is declared over or closed!

Malaysia Airlines Insurer – a consortium - led by Germany’s Allianz, is making the payments!

In spite of their callousness and greed, we will remain on our KNEES – believing that concrete evidence, physical or spiritual in respect of the 239 precious souls would be revealed in Jesus Christ’s Name! Amen!

THERE ARE FOUR BIBLICAL DISAPPEARANCES; namely:

(1). ENOCH, disappeared into Heaven, “for God took him”.[Genesis.5:24; compare, Revelation.11:3-11].

(2). ELIJAH, – to Heaven with Chariots and Horses of Fire, in the presence of his servant, Elisha.[2Kings. 2:11-12; compare, Revelation.11:3-12].

(3). JESUS CHRIST, – to Heaven; taken up into the clouds before His disciples. [Acts.1:9-11; compare, 7:44-56].

(4).KORAH, DATHAN and ABIRAM,  disappeared into the PIT OF HELL, when the EARTH opened its belly and swallowed them up for being insolent to GOD![Numbers.16:31-34].

All of the above instances have known destinations unlike Malaysian Flight MH 370, whose 239 passengers simply disappeared into oblivion!

*SAMBISA FOREST OF NIGERIA, HAS ALSO CAUGHT GLOBAL ATTENTION AS A DREADED TERRORIST CAMP OF THE EARTH, WHERE ABDUCTEES ARE FORCED TO DISAPPEAR!

 It took the Joint Task Force [JTF], the first three years of Boko Haram insurgency,(2009-2012), to discover and bombard the notorious hideout of these enemies of State, but surprisingly, these dare-devils were able to survive the heavy onslaught and have converted the Forest into a ‘formidable stronghold’!

How did they quickly regroup in 2013 to fortify the forest which has now become a ‘NO-GO-AREA to the JTF?

*SAMBISA FOREST was initially a game reserve of the colonial period which occupied approximately 600 square kilometres – North East of Bornu, Yobe, Gombe and Bauchi along the Darazo corridor, Jigawa up to some parts of Kano State! The game reserve had wild animals, of the likes of leopards, hyenas, tigers, baboons etc. and decent huts, constructed for tourists’ relaxation, but which over the years, dilapidated and collapsed into disrepair for lack of further interest!

*In 1991, the Bornu State Government incorporated the game reserve into the Chad Basin National Park [CBNP], and both ventures now occupy a total land area of 2,258 square kilometres, because CBNP, also included the Hadejia-Nguru Wetlands in modern day Yobe State!

*In spite of this move, the whole exercise turned out to be a ‘white elephant project’, because the power and water infrastructures collapsed, the animals either died or were poached and weeds took over the entire forest!

*Laudable as government’s intention seemed, what we have today in SAMBISA FOREST is a jungle of wild people of the STONE AGE, which was deliberately carved out by the colonialists to portray underdevelopment instead of civilization!

Imagine if the whole of SAMBISA was architecturally designed and constructed into modern cities like DUBAI, MOMBAI, PARIS even LONDON, would there be a jungle for terrorists to hide? When there is no hiding place, insurgents find it very difficult to operate because they would be sandwiched within the populace and be caught!

This Evil Forest, where the over 200 Chibok School girls are believed to be incarcerated, spreads to Kano State where girl teenagers are now being deployed by the Boko Haram insurgents as suicide bombers! Within the last 7days, four such girls have caused havoc, destroying lives – including theirs – and properties; and leaving behind, tears, sorrow, pain and anguish in their trail!

The imprisoned population of SAMBISA FOREST increases by the day because more abductions have been reported as the JTF is closing in to rout these sworn enemies of Nigeria and put an end to INSURGENCY BY DECEMBER 2014, IF THEY ARE ABLE TO SAVE THE HUMAN SHIELDS, BEFORE FINAL MILITARY ONSLAUGHT AND BOMBARDMENTS!

The Word of God states that the WHEAT has to be separated from the WEEDS before judgement.[Matthew.13:24-30].                      

AS LONG AS THE LIVING GOD REMAINS THE SOVEREIGN LORD OVER ALL CREATION, THIS TERORRISM AGAINST NIGERIA WILL PASS AWAY IN THE NAME OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOUR, JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH! AMEN.

                  PROLOGUE

 

"GOD is Spirit, and they that worship Him, must worship Him in spirit and in truth."[Jn.4:24]. God as a Spirit person is omnipresence, omnipotent and omniscient; and as the sole Creator of the Heaven and the Earth, possesses the sovereign power which requires   all creation to comply with His eternal plan of obedience to His commandments, laws, precepts and statutes with desired expectations of accountability of righteous stewardship; yet, God chooses to remain benevolent to the extent that the sinners among them could still be saved by GRACE! [Rom.5:8]. This divine attitude poses a spiritual puzzle which only God, in His divine capacity can wisely solve.

 GRACE is an extra-ordinary love, it is incomprehensible, unimaginable   indiscernible,   and beyond human understanding.    It is an all-embracing   benevolence of the LORD GOD, the creator of the heavens and earth, which is given with, "agape"(gr.), ie; the kind of love without borders, without let or hindrance, without human promptings   or intercessions.  

G R A C E, also an undeserved kindness –shown by GOD   to mankind is akin to Christ’s sacrificial gift. For it is written, “…that HE, by the grace of God should taste death for every man.” [Heb.2:9, 10].

Jesus’ mission was to seek and to save the lost. Sinners are saved through God’s great love, mercy and kindness as expressed to us in Christ.

Most bible scholars and teachers express the word ‘GRACE’ with the acrostic –

1. “Great Redemption At Christ’s Expense,

2. God’s Riches At Christ’s Expense,

3. God’s Redemptive Action Continues Expressly” etc;

 but as I commenced this writing, the Holy Spirit whispered to me, this new acrostic:

“God’s Revealed Atonement Continues Eternally”.

 It is on this new revelation that I would hinge my exposition.

GRACE, an unmerited favor, is the common but unique key to SALVATION. The New Concise Bible Dictionary states that the idea of Grace involves forgiveness, salvation, regeneration, repentance and the love of God. So many other proper nouns could be added to convey appropriately, the theme of Grace. The Old Testament [OT], Bible expresses Grace with two Hebrew words, (1.)  Chesed, meaning, steadfast love or loving-kindness – often associated with the covenant love of God for Israel. (2.) Chen, meaning, a totally undeserved  favor,  like the word, 'faithfulness’, which was applied by Prophet Jeremiah in his [OT] book of Chapter 31:2, as follows, “Thus says the LORD, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness, even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.”  This expression of grace transcends from a superior to an inferior, i e. from GOD to man or man to man, but never from man to GOD; man   can never do GOD a favor!

God expressed His love in Grace after the Fall  of man by providing Adam and Eve with a more effective clothing, [Gen.3:21], to cover their shame;  ”...… for Adam also and for his wife did the LORD GOD make coats of skins, and clothed them.”

The New Scofield Reference Bible’s footnote on Gen.3:21, describes the coats of skin as,     “…… a type of Christ, made unto us righteousness [1Cor.1:30] – a divinely provided garment that the first sinners might be made fit for God’s presence.”

In the New Testament [NT], the Lord   Jesus, in many of His parables taught the doctrine of Grace; “The Lost Son”[Lk.15:11-32] being a vivid example of a sinner’s  pardon in grace.

God’s acts of Grace span the entire Bible, but suffice it to say that the true believer’s response to His Grace should be a resolute faith that would establish and ensure a special and permanent relationship with Him.

Paul’s “thorn in the flesh”[2 Cor. 12:7], according to Scofield, ”was some kind of bodily weakness or disease, possibly it may have been an eye affliction, [Gal.6:11,cp.4:13-15].Undoubtedly, the reason that its particular nature is not disclosed is so that Paul’s consolations may avail for all to whom any type of “thorn” is given. For God’s people,- deprivation, weakness, infirmity, and even disease may be divinely permitted :

1. To cause them to be humble; [2Cor.12:7];

2. To caution them against presumption in prayer; [2Cor.12:8]; and,

3. To exhibit the all-sufficiency of God’s grace. [2Cor.12:9].

About a decade prior to 12.55am of 19thOctober, 2002, when God the Holy Spirit inspired this treatise, I made a covenant with the God Head that the manuscripts of my first published work would be written ON MY KNEES! What, in the name of the Lord could have prompted such an unusual promise? It was a biographical account of Apostle James’ “Carmel knees”, in the Foxe’s Christian Martyrs of the World!  It is recorded on page six, that the Apostle James, (half brother of the Lord), reverently called, “The Just” and “the safeguard of the people”, because of his holy life, spent so many hours in the Temple on bended knees, for the remission of the sins of the people,…“that his knees lost their sense of feeling and, became hardened like the knees of a Carmel.”                                   When the Holy Spirit eventually gave His approval for this title, He reminded me of my covenant and promptly I went on my knees and proceeded. Two hours later, I felt discomfited but carried on;  however, three hours on, there was this agonizing  pain all over my body and I was about to renege on the covenant when the voice came soothingly and reassuringly; …”  my grace is sufficient for thee; for my strength is made perfect in weakness…..,”[2Cor.12:9].

I was immediately invigorated and I said,” Yes LORD, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Brethren, the following pages are the reward of God’s revelation through the obedience of bended knees! “Reconciliation with God.”

 

“All have sinned and have come short of the glory of God.” [Romans.3:23] Two parties are involved in this verse of the New Testament [NT], Scripture, namely: Sinners and GOD.

God did not create sinners; He created the Man and the woman in innocence, and in His image and likeness. In addition, and out of divine love, gave them the freedom to take DECISIONS and make CHOICES in the expectation that they would be sensible!

The story of the ‘Fall of Man’ in the Garden of Eden, [Genesis. 3:1-24] in the Old Testament [OT], should give us some food for thought.

Adam and Eve, had everything going well for them. The newly-weds were permitted to eat of every fruit tree in the garden except for the “tree of the knowledge of good and evil”, to which hung the penalty of DEATH (spiritual), for disobedience! [Gen.2:16].

One day, a crafty, subtle and cunning animal that Adam named, Serpent, emerged on the scene and disorganised the happy family through lies and deceits in respect of the forbidden tree! [Compare Gen.2:19-20 with 3:1-13].

Eve was gullible. She believed, ate of the fruit and persuaded her husband also to eat. God was disappointed, displeased, cursed and drove the couple out of the garden! [Verses. 14-24].

“The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”[Rom.6:23]. God intends that man should continue to bask in the euphoria of His Glory which he enjoyed before the ‘fall’ and has therefore unfolded His selfless plan of reconciliation through the sacrificial death and resurrection of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. [Read Gen.1:26-28; John.3:16; Rom.5:8; Matthew.28:5-7].

ADAM FELL! WILL YOU ALSO FALL WHEN YOU HAVE PROPITIATION IN CHRIST JESUS?  The Word of Faith to Salvation is as follows: “That if you confess with your mouth that ‘Jesus is Lord’, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. [Rom.10:9-10].

PRAYER: I believe in your death and resurrection and accept you as my Lord and saviour. Please forgive all my sins and write my name in the Book of Life. Amen.

The Heart of Man!

 

“The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?”[Jeremiah.17:9].

The human heart plays two significant roles in the body: first, it is the organ that pumps the blood, which sustains life and second, it functions as the spiritual centre of character, personality, will,  mind and intellect.[Read, Mark. 2:6; 3:5; and Luke.24:32].

The Book of Proverbs: 4:23; enjoins the child of God to ‘guard’ his heart as a first priority, “for it is the wellspring of life”; while Psalm. 24:3-5; affirms that only the man with “clean hand and a pure heart may ascend the hill and stand in the LORD’s Holy Place”.

In the beginning, the man and his wife had pure hearts and were very innocent. Like little children they worked, walked and played around the Garden of Eden in nakedness and felt no shame. [Genesis.2:25]

The import of the foregoing is that, either in its physical or spiritual functions, man should guard his heart jealously because of the danger of collateral damages to his body, soul and spirit. If abused in the physical, through unguarded life styles of excessive eating, alcoholic consumption and tobacco, a health impairment known as ‘heart-attack’ or, ‘heart-failure’, could occur and result in instant death! If the abuse is in the spiritual, through disobedience to the holy laws of God with IMPUNITY, a total severance and separation from God’s abundant Grace and an exposure to the bashings of Satan and his cohorts will be the divine chastisement!    

No life is hidden before God our creator who has promised to: ….. “search the heart and examine the mind, to reward a man according to his conduct, according to what his deeds deserve.”[Jere.17:10].

IS YOUR HEART RIGHT WITH GOD?

If your answer is in the negative, this gospel tract is your VISA for a spiritual transformation to do the Will of God, from whom you can NEVER HIDE!

It is written: “Seek first, His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things,     (your good heart desires), will be given to you as well.”[Read Matthew. 6:24-34].

PRAYER: I confess that my heart is always dwelling on evil thoughts and the ephemerals, because of my worldly nature; but, I now submit myself to the authority of the Holy Spirit that He may guide me into all divine TRUTHS and save me from a life of self-destruction! Amen.

Sanctify Them Through Thy Word!

 

Sanctification is a process of making something holy by separation. In the Old Testament [OT] Scripture, people and places were sanctified to the LORD by means of the sprinkling of sacrificial blood, ie, animal blood until He rejected the norm ![Isaiah. 1:11-20].

In this Dispensation of Grace or Church Age, sanctification is done through the WORD OF GOD as requested by the Lord Jesus Christ for His disciples in the Book of John. Chapter 17, verses 17-19, which states as follows:

“Sanctify them with the truth; your word is truth. As you have sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world. For them I sanctify myself, that they too may be truly sanctified.”

Christians MUST be separated, set apart and regarded as sacred unto God who is Holy, Majestic and Sovereign over all Creation.

The emphasis on sanctification at this end-time is placed on the inward transformation which should lead to purity of thought and deed, expressed in a life of goodness and godliness.

The Lord Jesus, through His sacrifice, has not only set His people apart, but has also equipped them inwardly to worship and serve God.[Hebrew.10:10].

Believers need the solid communication platform of sanctification for prayers, supplications, intercessions etc. to reach the Throne of Grace for positive answers.

Paul the Apostle regards sanctification as a status conferred on Believers but more importantly as a spiritual and moral transformation of the person who has been justified before God by faith in Christ to produce, THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT[Galatians.22-25].

It is GOD’s WILL that all Believers must be wholly sanctified to conform to the image of the Lord Jesus Christ. [Read, Colossians. 3:10; 1Thessalonians. 4:3; 1Corinthians.1:2 ].

ARE YOU SANCTIFIED THROUGH THE WORD OF TRUTH? REMEMBER THAT THIS IS THE WISH OF GOD FOR YOU IN CHRIST JESUS. WASTE NO FURTHER TIME, TOMORROW MAY BE TOO LATE!

Prayer: Lord Jesus, I yield my infirm and mortal body totally to you. Sanctify all members of my body to become servants to righteousness unto holiness. Amen.

Destroy The Spirit of Anxiety!

 

ANXIETY is an evil Spirit! He has a sibling in the evil spirit world called DOUBT. Doubt is the Chief Demon to Satan as they had worked together from the beginning of creation!

In the Biblical story of the ‘fall of man’,  [Genesis. 3:1-7], DOUBT worked closely with Agent Serpent to counsel a second thought in respect of God’s instruction on the forbidden tree!

Agent Serpent: “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”

Mrs. Eve Adam: “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’ ”

Agent Serpent: “You will not surely die….for God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

Three aspects of temptation were combined in that conversation, lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and the pride of life, to make her sin. [1John.2:15-17; 1Timothy.2:14].

The tempter is desperate; Believers must be very cautious of counselling!

 The Spirit of Doubt and Agent Serpent were deployed to create anxiety in the couple who succumbed to the lie that it was better to be like GOD!

Adam and Eve, before their disobedience had spiritual eyes which made   nakedness looked insignificant, but having sinned they lost God-consciousness and gained self-consciousness; they lost the power to do the good and gained the power to do the evil and instead of “becoming like God”, they lost their glorious, sinless and innocent nature to become like Satan!

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”[Phillipians.4:6-7].

To destroy the Spirit of Anxiety, you must bind DOUBT- his sibling first - because the Word of God says that, “…… he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; he is double-minded, unstable in all he does.”[James.1:2-8].

The couple failed to bind DOUBT when tempted; Anxiety gained access and gave birth to the Spirit of Disobedience, which plotted and clothed them in disgrace and shame!

WILL YOU LEARN A LESSON FROM THE FIRST COUPLE’s FAILURE? ANXIETY IS A PRODUCT OF DOUBT. YOU MUST OVERCOME ALL DOUBTS IN RESPECT OF THE TRUTH OF THE WORD OF GOD!

Prayer: Lord Jesus. I kneel at your feet and request for divine support and strength to overcome all doubts arising from temptation and become triumphant like you! Amen.
