TINUBU'S "EMI LOKAN'S" DECLARATION IS DIVINE PLAN TO ESTABLISH PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM IN NIGERIA!

During the unfortunate military interregnum in Nigeria, Ahmed Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, identified with the national democratic coalition a pro-democracy pressure group (NADECO), 

which persistently confronted the military junta and demanded for true federalism. 

NADECO was formed on 15th May 1994 by a broad coalition of Nigerian Democrats who called on the military government of late General Sani Abacha to step down in favour of the winner of the 12th June 1993 Presidential elections Chief M.K.O. Abiola.

Bola tinubu was a prominent member among the group which majority were from the Southwest under the leadership of late by Michael Adekunle Ajasin and late Chief Anthony Enahoro. Sani Abacha proscribed NADECO as soon as it was inaugurated. When his life was threatened he exiled and remained abroad and unrelenting in the propagation/advocacy for Nigerian democracy in true perspective and profusely demanded for an end to the illegal military occupation of the nation by soldiers!

TINUBU AS LAGOS STATE GOVERNOR: 1999-2007.

As Governor of Lagos State from1999-2007, Tinubu was able to develop Lagos State as a sovereign state especially when the Army President who took over from Abubakar Abdusalam withheld the 20 Local Governments Federation Account Allocations because Tinubu created additional 32 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs), for faster grassroots emancipation.

Ex-President Obasanjo action was a constitutional violation because he had no right to stop the Federation Account Allocation to any state according to Section 162 Sub-section (4)and (5)of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 

Before his election as the new President of Nigeria 'Bola Tinubu at a forum made the following pronouncements: 

"I was raised to be courageous and this has been working for me. With zero allocation from FAAC, I turned Lagos State around and today the State has become the largest economy in Africa.

" I reserve the right to brag. I want to bring same to bear as President of Nigeria. Accelerated development of Nigeria is about thinking and doing and I am a thinker and a doer."

The campaign jingle Bola Ahmed Tinubu throughout the electioneering window was that he could replicate nation-wide, the expertise and ingenuity that transformed Lagos into an industrial hub and commercial destination of investors from across the world when he becomes president. 

We have never hidden our disdain for all re-cycled politicians who for 24 years preferred the Banana Republic bequeathed to Nigerian Citizens through the accursed military 1999 Constitution because of illicit gains that accrued regularly to them:

BUT from the motley crowd, the Lord divinely appointed 'Bola Tinubu to fulfill His purposive Will which the out-going retired Major General deliberately failed to carry out. 

OUR PROPHESIES - OUR TESTIMONIES,,!

In one of our several publications this year, We concluded that 'he is the best among the four worst candidates" thrown up for the presidential contest because someone had to emerge and take over from the old soldier. However it is important to know that the AFFAIRS of MEN are in the HANDS OF GOD. TIMES and SEASONS are in the HANDS OF GOD! HE is the one who installs and removes KINGS at his own will! We must bring to remembrance of Nigerians that TINUBU like BUHARI was permitted to win at this point in time to fulfill God's purposive plan for Nigeria which BUHARI failed to accomplish in EIGHT YEARS in spite of Divine Revelations. 

Below are some of our publications between January-May 2023 to remind our esteemed Readers and followers and establish that Tinubu unlike Buhari will ensure that within SIX MONTHS in office, Nigeria's political scenario is transformed from the evil military presidential to a popular UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT.

(A) OUR Newsletter 498th Edition titled, "NIGERIA IS NOT ACCURSED TO PRESIDENCY -  TINUBU WILL ACTUALIZE THE PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM IN SIX MONTHS"; published 11 p.m. Sunday 26th February 2023 when COLLATION had just begun, WE PROPHESIED THAT TINUBU WOULD WIN THE ELECTION!

On page 3 of the above publication We listed the entire Divine Message as follows:

Thus saith the Lord to 'Bola Tinubu:

" I The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, your CREATOR believes that if I had made you president of Nigeria from 2015 you would have performed creditably well; therefore now be ready to hit the ground to carry out my orders as follows:

1) Make categorical inaugural statement on 29th May 2023, that you will set up a CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY to look into the masses' demand for the restructuring of the Nigerian Federation with the DRAFTING OF UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION to pave way for a parliamentary system of government.

2) Within your first THREE MONTHS in office you MUST establish all necessary platforms through which the presidential system would wind down gradually for all political structures from the Federal through the States to the Local Government Areas to collapse seamlessly.

3) ON MONDAY 22nd OCTOBER 2023 A PRIME MINISTER FOR NIGERIA MUST BE SWORN IN TO ASSUME OFFICE!

All of the above must be carried out diligently and with precision according to my instructions with a Team of dedicated Patriots that I HAVE already appointed for you even before the foundation of the world! 

"Believe in God and you shall be established, believe in his Prophets and you shall prosper."

(B) IN our publication 499th Edition , of 5th March 2023 and titled: "THE ANECDOTE. Bola AHMED BOLA TINUBU IS THE BEST OF THE WORST!" We documented the following on pages 3-4:

"BOTH JUDAH AND TINUBU ARE NOT SAINTS BUT DIVINE CHOSEN VESSELS!"

"Whomsoever God has blessed no Man can curse. Tinubu is not a saint but a tool in the hand of the Almighty God. Those who have ganged up to oppose his election at the courts should just back off in their own interest and withdraw their petitions. Atiku who said at a press conference that he would pursue the case to the Supreme Court in answer to a question that should he lose at all levels in response said, "I will appeal to God."

We have it on good authority that the six Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), States which petitioned the Supreme Court on behalf of Atiku have withdrawn their cases. Citizens expectation is for all FAILED CONTESTANTS to embrace Tinubu's "Olive Branch" and form a UNITY GOVERNMENT that will produce the divinely Mandated Parliamentary System of Government in Nigeria within SIX MONTHS from 29th May 2023.

 CONCLUSION:

 God can use anyone even SINNERS to achieve His Divine Purpose on Earth because all authority both in Heaven and on Earth belong to him (Psalm. 24:1-2).

THE ONUS IS NOW ON THE PRESIDENT-ELECT TO CARRY OUT THE DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS TO EFFECT A PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION AND CONDUCT FRESH ELECTIONS WITHIN HIS SIX MONTHS IN OFFICE AND BE BLESSED OR DISOBEY AND BE DAMMED!"

NADECO wants Nigeria's Presidential Elections cancelled! Severs ties with Tinubu, President-Elect who is one of its founding members! TINUBU had been a strong advocate in the struggle for TRUE FEDERALISM for about three decades, 1994-2023. In September  2020, he said that "without true federalism Nigeria's unity would constantly be shaken." He also said that "True Federalism is path to true nationhood" and has published a book on True Federalism: Perspectives, Problems and Prospects; to his credit and so we expect that he would speedily and diligently perform The Divine Command.

He would be a round peg in a round hole if he walked in OBEDIENCE TO HIS CREATOR!
